Great stay in Glasgow ”

Little bit of a walk to the better spots of downtown Glasgow. The place itself is great and lots of value for the price.

Staff very friendly and approachable. Room ideal. Location perfect for city. Very clean. Fresh cooked Scottish breakfast every day was fantastic but also lots of other options to choose from. I have already booked to go back soon!

Front facing bedroom with a wonderful view of the city. Helpful and courteous staff. Very efficient in finding a table to sit at and serving breakfast. Bathroom and toilet clean and spacious.

Room nr 18 was rather small, but no problem. However, 2 chairs in the room is too much. You'd better remove the superfluous easy chair next to the washing stand , it is in the way. Breakfast and the service in the breakfast room were really good.

Upgraded to ensuite on ground floor, excellent. Breakfast good and the staff helpful and polite all the time, really nice people.

Economic Option in Glascow”

The decoration and quaint style inside is very unique. The room has enough space for lodging. I like their simple yet delicious breakfast. However, it would better if they've got lift for travelers with luggage. Also, the stream for bathroom shower is too weak and not very hot.

The towels I got were torn, the bathroom was unclean. There is no mirror or phone in the room. The decore is very outdated.

The staff at counter usually students should be groomed properly on how to communicate with guests and treat them with respect. Receptionist imran was very nice. Indi the manager nice guy too. Room a bit small and no toiletries were given. Shower should have soap shampoo atleast

The en-suite facilities were not exactly spotless and the shower drainage system was faulty . Your shower had to be very short as the water gathered in the shower tray coming up to your ankles.

A bit old, but value for price”

We booked two rooms, two people staying in each room. The rooms' spaces were very small, do not bring large luggages! One room was provided with cupboard and one wasn't. Each room was provided with a basin, and there's TV, kettle and hair dryer too. Note: obviously the furnitures are old but they're still functionable. No en suite bathroom, we had to bath at a bathroom located at the corridor (just few steps away from our room anyway). We stayed there during autumn and we felt cozy staying in the rooms. Breakfast was English breakfast, it tasted sooo good! There were a lot of restaurants and bars down the street which is just 5 minutes walk from the guesthouse. We had to buy parking vouchers when we parked our car near the guesthouse, but the vouchers were not pricey though. Overall our stay over there is still considered good, would recommend if you're a traveller with low budget cuz everything's still acceptable considering the price you pay.

Easy to reach from both Queens and Central station 15 min walk. Superb Scotish breakfast. Staff very friendly.

Very well designed room. Toilet very has many hooks for hanging our clothes. Suggest add a mini fridge.
