Excellent service and value”
The hotel's hospitality, especially the manager, Jason, was five star service. Jason spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful and thorough in providing detailed information about the neighborhood and travel tips. The 2 doormen were very nice and promptly opened and closed the front doors and greeted every guest, every time. The check-in prices was delightful and personal. Upon arrival, we were escorted to a 2nd floor which appeared to be a waiting area with stylish, comfortable lounge chairs and sofas. They brought each of us fresh squeezed passion fruit drinks and a plateful of fresh cut local fruits while the front desk was photocopying our passports and completing the check-in process. We had the family penthouse suite on the top floor and it was quite spacious and perfect for our family of 4 with 2 older teen kids. The free buffet breakfast was exceptional as was the service. Although it was a buffet, a server took our orders for eggs, pancakes, pho and drinks. Perfect!

It’s a home like place where staffs there are nice and helpful. They greeted us kindly every time when we went out and come back to the hotel. They offered welcome drinks and fruits, and also the leaflets with the local information. It’s warm and so considering. One more thing we have to mention is we accidentally threw a envelope with money inside into a rubbish bin because of our carelessness . They still tried their best to find it for us even after the time we have checked out. Luckily, we got back our money. In the facilities aspect, this hotel are well equipped which they have lifts, good hair dryers and very clean quilts and pillows. We had a great time in this hotel and I am sure I will stay there again in the next time when I come to Honoi.

Hanoi Babylon Garden Hotel locates next to the Hang Trong and the old quarter, which is very convenient. You can find attractions, food, supermarket and bars with 5-10 minutes walk. The good thing about the location is, it is near the quarter but away from the noise. The room is clean, big and the beds are comfortable. Their room service is excellent, and every day you can feel fresh when you come back. We booked a family room for our trip, which is big enough for all of us to have our own space. The only thing we do not like in the room is the shampoo and shower gel, which are not our preferred flavour. Other than that, the place is perfect for us. The staffs from the Hotel are excellent, which we think is the most valuable part of our stay. Staffs of the hotel are kind, polite and helpful; it feels like coming back home. We are very impressed by the detailed welcome briefing by Lana, which gives us a clear image of what we have around the hotel and other useful information about the area. (Also, the sweet watermelon juice and fruits for the welcoming are impressive!) Lana and her teammates of the front desk are helpful, responsible and attaining to details, making sure we have a pleasant stay at the hotel. We are also happy with the breakfast of the hotel, which is fresh, and different dishes every day! They also offer fresh cook eggs, omelettes and Pho too. The hotel also offers packages for tours, airport pickups, etc. We booked a day trip to Halong Bay and airport pickups, which are excellent quality. We must say a big thank you to Lily, the Sales Manager of the hotel for arranging all the trips, transport and answering questions for us all the time! The team is full of love; they even helped me to recover a lost tripod, which keeps me out of panic for my trip. Overall, the hotel is GORGEOUS. Absolutely love them, unforgettable memories for us!

This hotel deserve a 5 star rating! The hotel facilities and cleanliness is superb. The hotel location is perfect and easy to walk to nearest shop and restaurant. The staff is super helpful and excellent! Would like to thank Miss Lily for all the arrangement and help that she did for us. She help us a lot by buying us train ticket online, book taxi and package for us. Other staff are are very lovely and always smile. I had a disaster start to my Hanoi visit at my first hotel and then found Hanoi Babylon! What a huge difference these guys made to my trip! Bid me a fair well each morning with a big genuine smile and welcomed be back the same. Room I had was the Honeymoon suite which has a nice balcony to relax on after a days exploring and the room had all mod cons and very clean. We stayed at Hanoi Babylon Garden Hotel for 3 nights. All staff is really kind and helpful, you can get a lot of good advice from them, where to go, what to do. Location is great, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. While we stayed there, the road around the lake was closed and it was really crowded with local people - really interesting. The hotel is also very close to the Water Puppet Theatre (by the lake) and Night market. There rooms were very quiet and the beds were really comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed four nights at this wonderful place right in the heart of Hanoi. We had my 75 year old parents in one room, and our teenage daughters and my wife and myself in the family connecting room and we all loved this place. It was always a pleasure entering the lobby where you were treated like you were old friends. Great information on the surrounding areas and wonderful insider tips on things to do. The spa connected had great massages and we all had different treatments. Breakfast was a huge spread of fresh foods of all different types from sweet to savory, and their made to order food was a nice addition. Everything was spot on with this hotel. We all would pick this one to return to.

Although we have experienced a very minor issue during our stay in this hotel, but the staffs were very willing to provide second option in order to make us feel comfortable. Booked my stay for 7-8 Mar, upon checking in is hassle free and staff is super friendly and professional. Room is clean and comfortable! We booked a premium room and it's exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is brilliant right in between Old and French quarter, everywhere u need to go is within walking distant and even if u choose to take a cab wouldn't cost much! Really happy to have chosen this hotel and definitely going to be back here if I visit Hanoi again.

We stayed here for five days on Tet holiday. The staff was super helpful in making adjustments to our bookings and arranging most of our tour packages since it was hard to book for one ourselves during Tet. They even gave us a free room upgrade. :) The spa is nice, a little bit of difficulty in communicating with the staff since they speak little English, but the service was great! The breakfast buffet was really nice. They even offer some of the iconic vietnamese food like pho and the classic banh mi sandwich. The housekeeping did an awesome job making up the room everyday. Would definitely book here again for our next trip to Hanoi!

Breakfast was great with variety. There is a lift so is convenient for elderly etc. The staff were Super kind to let us leave baggage there for two days while we go to sapa. Besides, I could shower just before I leave on the night train to sapa. They recommend fabulous food places nearby the hotel which is really awesome. Used their laundry service and the price is decent. Air con was really cold enough to beat the hot summer. Only thing lacking is the room service for food that they don’t have. Otherwise would be absolutely perfect hotel to stay.

Hotel is clean, cozy, rooftop garden is awesome, too bad too quite hazy during our stay, but during normal condition the view and air will be beautiful up there to have drinks and chat with friends without bothering other guests. Customer service was exceptional! staff speaks very good English, no issue with communication, they provide services and assistance in basically everything from list of food to nearby attraction. same day return for laundry service is a bonus. we travelled with a group of friends, and at all times staff were so helpful in accommodating to our needs. free rent bicycles is another bonus to stroll around in city and enjoy the city like locals. Spa is only satisfactory but massage is pretty good and relaxing plus they offer 40% discount for early morning to afternoon service. Excellent breakfast variation, must try the beef pho noodles, great pho definitely not lose to those they sell outside. very satisfied stay and very happy during stay!!

We loved our first visit so much that we booked a second round with Babylon. The staff and facilities are top notch. They always greet you with a smile and are ready to help with your every need. We booked several tours through the front desk which offered very competitive prices! The included breakfast was outstanding as well. You can't beat the location either if you are interested in exploring the old quarter. I was surprised at how tranquil and quiet the rooms were even with all of the activity on the street. This is a must see hotel!

Babylon Garden is a nice boutique hotel in the center of the capital city Hanoi with a few-minute walk away from the Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Quarter and etc. The hotel is away from the busy chaotic center which noisy sound will not be an issue as you may be able to choose a room facing an internal view instead of the road view. Staffs are helpful while checking-in and out, and getting booking ready for several tours with reasonable price. Rooms are big & spacious and the hotel come with breakfast and gym facilities. I am so pleased staying in this hotel. I arrived late at night.Staffs are all well-manner and willing to help. I stepped into this hotel with a plastic bag of an instant noodle in a middle of the night and staff told me that he can make a hot water just for me. He asked me to wait in a lobby and prepared food for me. This is incredible! Best services ever! Feel like my second home. So warm❤️
