Astounding Hospitality”
We were in Hanoi for 4 days, stayed in AirBnb for 2 days then moved here on the 3rd day. We came in very early as we have a tour in Halong Bay so we left our luggage first. We reached back 9pm and they have already placed our bag inside our room although we haven’t really checked in yet. They also upgraded our bed instead of 2 single beds even without us asking. During check-in, they gave a brief intro of Hanoi and some tips for going around and which could have been very useful so we regretted not booking this hotel since 1st day. The next day, they helped us arrange a dinner reservation at La Badiane with so much enthusiasm. It was also my birthday that day and when we returned in our room in the evening, we were greeted by a birthday cake. I’m so touched with this gesture. Every one in this hotel is genuinely friendly, cheerful, and ready to assist. Service is topnotch. I felt like a queen during our stay here. I cannot forget one of the staff on pony tail with a sweet small voice, she’s always helpful and always smiling. I feel sad that she was not on duty during our checkout. I just highlighted the exceptional service in this hotel but actually EVERYTHING is perfect here. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast spread is good. Location is close to the night markets, restaurants and to the lake. In summary, this is a highly recommended hotel!!

Truly a gift on our vacation to stay here! Favorite accomodation of the bunch! ”
Where to start! It was spotless, the check in was seamless and quick, the staff was so attentive and ready to help with anything (not one request took longer than 3 minutes to be handled) and they spoke with understanding and respect through out. Within 15 minutes of checking in they had signed us up for tours we wanted ( a great one that went to Ninh Binh) and gave great suggestions on how to spend our time. The rooms were compact but sparkling clean with pretty great minimalist aesthetics and an EXCELLENT SHOWER! It’s around the corner (a few steps) from the hustle and bustle of the hostels, clubs and bars while itself being quiet, noise free - making it the best of both worlds, party adjacent and relaxation supportive. Will recommend every friend coming who wants to party but wants to sleep in peace - they also gifted us with goodbye presents and could not have even kinder through out - their laundry service was also swift and great! Loved loved loved this place !

Superb Staff and Hotel!”
Hotel located in old quarter and very convenient, you can get close to Vietnam people living. New hotel, very clean and comfortable , bed is really comfortable, how I wish I can just laying on the bed and watch TV program in hotel whole day. :) Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Sophia really helps me a lot during my stay, my trip booking, my spa booking and my airport booking, you make my trip much easier and fun. The staff at Spa reception also very friendly and helpful, thank you all of you. Personally feel Bonsella Prestige hotel really wanted to provide the best service to every customer and they are doing well. When I checked out from hotel, they passed me a survey form, and they really concern about your opinion (I mentioned I prefer city view during my check in, but there are no room available). Wonderful hotel in a perfect location”
We are a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children) and we had such a wonderful stay at Bonsella Prestige. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed warmly, served with cold juices and fruits. A respite from the hustle bustle just right outside the streets. The room decor is very modern and although it's not big in size, it was able to accommodate another additional single bed. The room is very clean and it's very comfortable with netflix on tv. Aircond is cold too plus wifi is fast (a bonus for the kids) After a day of walking with lots of bikes honking, you feel so grateful to have a comfortable room to come back and chill in. The location is perfect, there's a convenience store (circle k) just right next door. A cafe and a laundromat just a few steps away, and a delicious bahn mi shop right around the corner. Beer street is just a short walk away. Special thanks to Emma and her Manager for arranging everything. Also to Kimmie and Henri for giving us such a memorable experience.

Excellent service in every aspect”
We stayed at this hotel as a group of 7 people. The warm welcome extended to us by the hotel staff, Mr Leo was much appreciated. On the first day we were given rooms on different floors. We made a request to him if we could be together on the same floor. To our surprise, we were given all the 4 rooms on the highest (9th) floor the next day!! During our entire stay, we experienced quick and responsive service when we call front desk to attend to our needs including suggesting and making arrangements for us to visit interesting places and eating places. When one of us lost her mobile at the night market, the hotel staff, Ms Shella willingly and personally brought us to make a police report and stay with us until the whole process is completed. We really felt the sincerity of all the hotel staff especially Ms Kimme when they bade us farewell upon getting us into the airport transfer. We would definitely recommend this hotel for all our families and friends wishing to visit Hanoi.

Fantastic service”
Highly recommend this hotel. Staff service was simply fantastic (one of the best I have experienced in all my travels). Very attentive and helpful. Rooms are good sized and very clean. Well equipped with everything we need. Breakfast spread was good (better than some of similar ranged hotels we have check out). Every time we returned to hotel, we were served "welcome" drinks and snacks (pistachio and lotus seeds which were very fresh and delicious. So delicious that we ask the hotel if they could purchase for us to bring home. But we didn't end up buying because we discovered pricing wasn't cheap as the hotel bought the top grade nuts). Hotel is well located - walkable to Dong Xuan market, night market and lake. There are also a number of recommended restaurants nearby. All very convenient.

Best hotel with top notch service”
A new boutique hotel, beautiful, chic and clean!! Biggest praise is the staff. The best service I've gotten from a boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and sincere. We were greeted by welcome drink and fruits and were given very detailed recommendation of the city. They upgraded our room for our family to stay at the same floor! We headed off to Halong Bay after a 3 day stay, hotel offered us free luggage storage for lighter travel. When we came back to collect our luggage, we had issues getting transport to our next hotel due to multiple luggage. But staff went all out to help us communicate with the drivers and eventually offered to help us book a 7 seater and communicated with driver for meter fare. Very very amazed by the service!

Best Hotel Experience”
This is the highlight of our Hanoi trip - staying at Bonsella Prestige. This is now our FAVORITE hotel ever. We have stayed at a lot of hotels (Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan) and this is definitely the BEST hotel experience we’ve had. Their service beats the 5 star hotels we have been to. From the doorman to the receptionists to the breakfast crew to the housekeeping staff —they are all warm, attentive, thoughtful, and courteous. Right when you arrive, delicious welcome drinks and lotus seeds are served. When you come back to your hotel room at night, you will find chocolates and a goodnight note on your desk. Breakfast buffet is really good. They allowed us to check out late at 2pm for free. We left our luggage at the front desk, came back at 5pm to relax for a while at the lobby and they gave us complimentary juice even if we have checked out already. We went out for dinner and came back to get our luggage and they offered a complimentary private room so we can shower/freshen up before heading to the airport. When we were about to leave, they handed us souvenirs to remember them by - definitely felt like leaving home and family. We will never forget this experience.

Was greeted with a warm welcome with drinks and snacks upon arrival. Porters were helpful and the reception ladies made sure our itinery was smooth and made an effort to ensure we have transport and everything in order. Good recommendations for food around the area. Left my luggage under their care while we went to halong bay and sapa. Breakfast was great with egg options and pho for hot food and other continental spread was available as well. Small boutique hotel with great hospitality. You can expect the best service. Extremely convenient location with food and massage within 1km. Rooms were clean and beds comfy

I have no words to express on how amazing the staff have been throughout our stay. The hotel room is big and very clean. They have turn-down service every night. Good breakfast. Very efficient and genuinely helpful staff. A special shout out to Ms Emma at the front desk who helped us sort our dinner delivery almost daily. Mrs Anh who helped us with the tour to Ha Long Bay and that was extremely comfortable and excellent. This hotel has everything a traveler needs. The hotel is situated in the best possible location and I cannot stop complimenting on how gentle and friendly all the staff are. I cannot wait to return back and stay with this property.

Staff made us feel like special guests”
From the moment we arrived at Hanoi Bonsella Prestige in the Old Quarter the staff made us feel welcome and throughout our five night stay the staff treated us like friends. Where the staff excelled our best expectations was in upgrading the room to an extra large king bed with a large window overlooking the city. The staff always asked what we were going to do when we left the hotel, and what we had done when we arrived back at the hotel. The travel desk operated by Ms Anh booked us a day return visit to Halong Bay with a price to suit our budget. The company operating the tour was excellent. Ms Anh has wonderful spoken English and was great in providing information on where to buy coffee, where to eat and what to see in Hanoi. The staff on reception are all helpful and always cheerful and friendly. No question is too much trouble. We had a brilliant time staying at the Hanoi Bonsella Prestige Hotel and we felt like special guests by the wonderful staff.

Outstanding Hotel and Customer attention!!”
I book my hotels on the reviews I read so I was hoping that this would match them.....and it is by far the best service in a hotel I've stayed at for some time. Sofia at the front desk was awesome, very personal and went our of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Henry at the front doors always came out a running, I swear he saw me from a block away.....lol I can't say enough about this terrific hotel, has everything you want inside and outside the front doors...great for your first time in Hanoi. They helped me book my Halong Bay trip and even let me keep my bags there while I was gone without any charge and when I got back I needed a dentist to take care of a veneer which they had his name on file. The breakfast has lots to offer so I can't see anyone not happy with the variety of food on hand, Last I'd like to thank the rest of the staff as I spoke to many and everyone was just as helpful as the rest. I RATE THIS HOTEL 5 STARS ON PERSONAL SERVICE GIVEN BY STAFF....:)

Beautiful clean room and fantastic staff!”
I stayed at Bonsella Prestige for two nights while in Hanoi. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The first night I was in a room which is facing the street, it was extremely noisy due to food stores across the road and I had to get up early next day for a tour so really needed to sleep. I spoke to reception and they immediately found me a room which was at the back of hotel and let me swap rooms. I was really grateful for their help. The service has been fantastic and I felt looked after and cared for. The rooms were new and clean. Will definitely stay again if I came back to Hanoi.

Very Comfortable Stay ”
During our stay, everything is perfect :) The receptionist, Emma, gave us a lot of help from the beginning to the end. Besides that, there's a heartwarming weather note during our second night, because she knows we are going to Ha Long Bay tomorrow, how sweet it is! Its location give you every possibility to explore the old quarter area. There's a vinmart next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Besides to their professional and kind receptionists, the cleanliness, the quality of the room, even the breakfast are all perfect. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who'd like to stay in Hanoi.

Amazing place”
I couldn't speak more highly of this place. Not only is affordable but also is totally worth it, you'll get an smile face made out of sauce on your breakfast, the staff will welcome you with a drink and some snacks to wait during the few minutes of the check in and they'll walk you out of the hotel. The car to the airport is just amazing, the take you fast, and comfortable. Ohh and as a good bye gift I got a traditional hand crafted thing. All so cool. I would definitely visit this place again. Exceptional!”
Very conveniently located in the old quarter with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and just a couple blocks away from the weekend night market. They upgraded our room because we couldn’t find their driver at the airport for about 15 mins. They have a cute introduction card with a map that contains best eats in Hanoi and I would really recommend checking those spots out. They also have a travel agent to help you book day tours to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh and such, however we noted the prices at travel agencies down the street were about 30-40% cheaper. Also note that the street outside the hotel is very loud even on weekday evenings people are out singing and chatting loudly until about 12-1am, but they do offer you ear plugs. Staff were very friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. They provide bedtime snacks and riddles every night to wish you goodnight and even sent us a little departing gift when we checked out. Highly recommend this place!

Great rooms, very comfortable beds, the staff are the kindest hotel staff I ever known and have great English! The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices for everyone and all is really good. I did an order mistake and spoke with the hotel directly, they were very kind and helped through it all. We checked-in around 4AM and they didn't had any problem with that.

Absolutely delightful”
I travel a lot and have stayed at many different properties, from high end hotels to home stay suites. What stands out about Bonsella is the staff. They really do go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is very new so all facilities are in perfect condition. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Location is great, although you need to contend with Hanoi traffic, once there everything is walking distance. Oh ... value for money goes without saying as well.

The hoel and rooms are newly renovated and really nice and clean, and the location is just great with walking distance to everything in the Old Quarters. But the thing that really stood out was the service! We felt so welcome and at home from the first start. They helped us with litteraly everything. Booking flight tickets, great restaurant recomendations, late check out. We could even view and choose between two different rooms when we arrived. Would definately stay here again!

Excellent hotel with excellent staff”
The staff here were exceptionally caring and continually strived to ensure we were satisfied with everything. Their English was perfect. Leo, the concierge was a wonderful resource and as this was our first time in Vietnam, he spent a few minutes upon our arrival telling us some Hanoi safety tips and tricks. The welcome staff provided us with fresh fruit and juice as we checked in. The staff escorted us to our room where we were greeted with rose petals scattered on our bed. Very sweet! The breakfast was beyond perfect with many options as well as personalized a la carte fresh cooked items. Loved the fresh pastries and passion fruit juice! The location is very convenient to both food and shopping. We would definitely recommend it.
