One of the best value for your money”
The hotel is based right in the center of Hanoi. The neighborhood is full with restaurants, cafes and everything you need for living. The room was clean and well set up. Water, fresh towels and shower\shampoos are of course included. The size of the room was absolutely fine for a solo traveler with a big bed. Everything was functioning correctly like TV, Netflix, AC and so on. The staff was absolutly helpful and nice. 24h desk is very helpful if you want to explore the city and come back late. They also take care of your rented bike and help with ordering food. The receptionists were always very helpful with every problem and question. There was nothing that you can complain about this hotel.

Great experience in Hanoi”
The room looks exactly the same as the pictures in Agoda. It's clean and big. The quality of equipments inside are good. I love the TV which installs the Netflix and YouTube. We can enjoy the TV show in room after a busy schedule. The staff is also highly appreciated. They are helpful and nice. They speak fluent English as well. Thank you so much for their warm welcome ! The breakfast there is also tasty like the reviews mentioned. I would recommend you wake up earlier to enjoy the breakfast buffet(The Pho is the MUST eat food!). Overall, it's a great experience in Golden holiday hotel. The price is low but with high quality!

Thank you very much for the assistance and excellent service when we stayed in the hotel. Ms kim was very helpful and went out of her way to give us information and assist us in what we need. All the staff were very polite and nice. The rooms were always clean and looks new. There were snacks also provided in the room everyday. The buffet breakfast was really good also. The location was in the more quiet street in the old quarter and perfect for someone like me who is a light sleeper. It was a wonderful stay during our first time in hanoi and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful people that were able to speak English and were very kind. Delicious Breakfast. The bed was great. They even had fruit in my room to greet me. I was lucky enough to join in for a free cooking class they were offering. I don't know if it's a regular occurrence but it was definitely a highlight of my stay in Hanoi. I learned new skills and relaxed in style. Thank you for making my stay in Hanoi so comfortable.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We had no problems whatsoever in this hotel. They even gave me a birthday cake which is a pleasant surprise. We love the daily housekeeping, free snacks and drinks at the lobby, buffet breakfast, spacious and clean room, separate slippers for the bathroom, complimentary snacks at the room, and the helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Great Experience and Cozy Hotel”
Great Cozy Hotel, we had great experience for all Aspects. Staff (Ms Kim) has personal touch with all of us in family and always taken care of our needs with fastest response. Starting from airport pickup arrangement, hotel staff to hotel rooms and Breakfast, we have enjoyed 2 night stay in hotel and definitely go back to same hotel in future. The triple room with Balcony is much nicer.

a very kind and honest hotel”
The master is very kind and takes care of the inconvenience of travelers in advance. I left my purse with my passport on the table and stayed where it was when I went. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was sanitary, and the hotel was away from the old city, so it wasn't too noisy at night. I stayed so contentedly.

Fantastic service and very clean”
My check in wasn't until Saturday but I could leave some luggage here before departing to Sapa on Tuesday. Upon arrival at 6am, our room wasn't ready but Ms Kim kindly texted/emailed us when our room was available. Service is great and location is excellent. It wasn't loud at all on Saturday night despite the night markets/pubs being so close to the hotel. Breakfast was alright, nothing special. I particularly enjoyed the long cushions, free snacks, spacious bathroom and fan in our room. The double bed was two twin beds stuck together but this didn't bother us too much. Thanks again!

Staff were friendly and helped arranged the Ha Long bay tour and taxi to the airport. Very accommodating when we requested to change to a room with a bathtub. Location wise, it's convenient but not too near heavy traffic to be noisy. The laundry service is also super convenient for those that travel light or stay for long. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Excellent location at downtown Hanoi!”
I was at this Hotel for few times. The location is great, 10 mins walking to Hoan Kiem lake, 15 mins to the old quarter area. However, not like the Old Quarter area, the hotel area is pretty quiet at night, and staffs are very nice and helpful. I had a good time there.

Everything fine besides Wifi”
Everything was very nice, except the wifi. Clean and comfortable rooms, very silent also when it's directly at a busy street and beds are comfortable. TVs are smart TVs so you can use YouTube and Netflix, great service. Just the wifi was very bad most of the time.

Location is great; it's close by to all of the action without actually being noisy! If you stay here, pay for the breakfast buffet, it was delicious! Nice and clean facilities. AC in the rooms were solid. Staff was friendly and was a totally helpful resource.

The hotel room is clean with all primary essentials. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't really like is the linen in my room which was old and in red with patterns like ancient wedding (this personal view off course) Anw, it's good value for money.
