Me and my friends enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was actually very near to the night market and place where you can see a lot of people having fun, oldies and youngsters dancing and singing. It was fun. The hotel is clean and has the basic amenities but most importantly the staff are very friendly, very kind and very considerate. On our 2nd day, the breakfast was until 9:30am only and we’re too late for it because we’re too tired of the activities we did the day before. We asked the reception if we still can eat and she told us that we can but only those in the menu and not on the buffet table because they’re almost done cleaning. The staff still cooked us food with their smile on their faces and we are actually very thankful for it. They were all very accomodating even the staff who helped us carry our luggages from/to the taxi. Thank you and if given a chance to come to Hanoi again, we’ll still choose this hotel.

Would absolutely recommend”
My partner and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Golden Moment Hotel. We stayed in the Delux double room and it was the perfect size for us. The rooms were extremely clean and had all the necessities provided (kettle, iron, toothbrush, toiletries). The hotel was also great location wise - within 5-10 minutes walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. It is also surrounded by a plethora of shops and restaurants, which was extremely convenient. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, we can't thank them enough for their hospitality. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this to all our friends and family.

Fantastic honest service”
We stayed at the Hanoi Golden Moment Hotel for three nightsl in October and could not be happier with the staffs professional service. The receptionists gave us all kinds of information about what to see and do in Hanoi plus the Travel desk in the hotel is excellent for booking tours. The hotel booked the Camel bus but through no fault of their own the bus did not show up when promised in Tam Coc when we finished our day tour there. So we had no choice but to take the next bus and buy new bus tickets to Hue. The hotel apologized for this inconvenience AND reimbursed us the bus money and sent it to the next hotel in Hoi Ann in less than two hours!!!!. The $30 was already waiting for us when we checked in.!!! The breakfast is amazing! A buffet breakfast with omelettes, pancakes with chocolate, cereal, fruits and homemade yogurt and much more. The location is only a 5 min. walk to the famous lake and the BEER STREET area! I recommend booking this hotel and i give it a 10 out of 10!!!

Very Good Location”
Im travelling with my friends here stay in family room for 3 nights. The room is clean, big, air cond, toilet everything is super worth for the price i paid for. The staffs there is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and freshly made. The hotel is located in the centre of old quarter which is 5 minutes walk to night market, 15 minutes to St Joseph's cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake and so on. Easy to find food around and convenient store is just right the corner. Definitely will come back to stay here if i travel to Hanoi again.

Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Hotel is well located in the old quarter, with plenty of great food around, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, especially Mr. Hai who provided us with a very warm welcome to Hanoi and gave us great recommendations of places to eat and things to check out in the area. Breakfast was also provided downstairs, and included a mix of Vietnamese and Western options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers!

From the minute I found this hotel on Agoda and contacted them, they were nothing but amazing. Responded to my queries very quickly and went out of their way to be helpful. I arrived at the hotel at 5.30am but the hotel stayed open to accommodate my arrival. The staff there are so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed as my daughter was sick when we arrived. The room was very nice, comfortable and very clean. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! 10/10 for this hotel and is wonderful staff.

The service of the hotel was superb and just what we needed as our first stop in Vietnam. The staff was extremely helpful with suggestions of where to eat and sites to visit. Additionally we booked an overnight boat ride in Lan Ha Bay which we enjoyed. The hotel location was convenient for walking around town as well. The staff suggested the night market which was just around the block and exciting to see all the merchants and street food vendors out in the street. We were very pleased.

I stayed at Hanoi Golden Moment for 5 nights and a great stay! First of all, the staff is just amazing! They are so friendly and arranged pick ups and tours for me. They greeted me by my name everyone I came through the lobby, which I thought was so personable! My room was great and I didn’t hear a lot of street noise. The location is also great as you can walk anywhere and it’s situated right in the old quarter. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Located in the heart of the Old Quarter is five star quality at three star prices. the facilities are modern, spacious, sparkling clean with a staff that is competent, very knowledgeable and SO HELPFUL in ever way. i will definitely stay here when i return to Hanoi next year! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel when staying in the Old Quarter.

Value for money, central location ”
Our one-night stay at Golden Moment Hotel was a short but great one. The service was impeccable, although we didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we had to set off early in the morning for Sapa. The hotel staff booked us a 2-way bus service to and from Sapa. The room was spacious which is rare for a hotel in Vietnam, and also includes a little balcony! The streets was a little noisy at night but hey, you get to be in the heart of the Old Quarter! Will definitely stay here again if there is an opportunity to!

The room was very clean and convenient. The staff were really helpful and helped us to arrange a day trip tour to Tam Coc which I would highly recommend. The location is also very central as it is very close to the night market at Old Quarter. Overall a very pleasant stay and value for money. Highly recommended.

Quick Stop Honeymoon”
My husband and I wanted to see Hanoi for a little bit before we went to Halong Bay. Staying at Golden Moment Hotel was the best place to be near everything that we wanted to see. Hai, the receptionist, was a very welcoming host and showed us the best place to get food and where to go shopping. We will definitely book here again!
