Day use, best choice we made!”
We returned from Sapa and had a fee hours before our flight out. We asked luggage storage but the room was much mire cost efficient and we were able to comfortably rest, use the bathroom and know our things are safe when we stepped out. The staff was very kind and continued to ask if we needed anything else.

Ha and Wei were our hosts.. The location of the hotel is very good. The staff made sure we knw all the places nearby and they also shared a list of dos and don'ts when we checked in. Also helped us with cab bookings.. Breakfast was tasty..the chef also made us some hot pancakes😀 We were supposed to leave for halong bay after checking out..Ha helped us with the transport at cheapest rates and she followed up with us as well as with the cruise until we rchd the hotel. Thanks Ha..loved the hotel..we would hv loved to extend our stay.. :)

This is about the eighth time I have stayed in Graceful Hotel and many of my family and friends have stayed here on my recommendation. As a boutique hotel it is compact, but athe clever design of the rooms makes maximum use of the space. The staff are super friendly, and if you happen to stay here a second time they will be sure to remember your name. The hotel is also ideally located in Old Hanoi within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops and markets. I do not believe it is possible to get better value for money than the Graceful Hotel.

The staff is very, very friendly! Theyre also very accommodating with our requests, concerns, and they kept the room clean. They also gave really good recommendations on where to eat! What I love most about Hanoi Graceful Hotel is the location. Everything is of walking distance—there’s a store beside it if you need toiletries/water/snacks, a great Bun Cha and bahn mi place are nearby. Beer street is also nearby!

Simple hotel with very good breakfast and friendly staffs. Room is a bit small but cosy and comfortable. Location not far from the lake. Can book day tours with the staff too or ask them for recommended places to go and food to eat. Very experienced.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are very nice and it is in a great location. We arrived late with no problems. The real star here are their staff, Ha is such a lovely lady who helped us arrange our tours at such a great price and made sure we got the most out of our time! She looked after us and made us feel so welcome and I can’t thank her enough. You won’t regret your stay here! It has a family feel which makes you feel like you are at home.

First time staying at Hanoi Gracefull Hotel. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and most importantly the location is spot on. It was just walking distance for you to get to The Hoan Kiem Lake in 3 minutes. Everything was just perfect! Thank you guys for a wonderful stay in Ha Noi for just one day!

Nice hotel in good location with friendly staff”
This hotel located in the central of the city which we can walk to any tourist attraction conveniently. Also, there have many nearby nice local street foods and cafes. There is also have a convenient store nearby (Circle K). The breakfast was nice, we can choose the variety dish with a selection of typical pastry and buffet. The most impressive is the staff. Their staff, Mr. Tran Quang Huy, is the reception that can speak English and give you much useful information. Such as, the one day trip package (which also buys it from this hotel), the local restaurants and many more. He can take care of anything if you have a problem or something inside or outside the hotel (because I added him on facebook).
