The best location and service”
It was my first visit to HaNoi and stayed at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel & Spa. The facilities and cleanliness were at the best. The whole staff ( from managers, guys and girls at the reception, to the boys standing at the gate) were very friendly and helpful. Every time, if i needed any help or guidance, they would give me the best recommendations. The variety of food in the breakfast was phenomenal. From the restaurant the view of HaNoi (old quarter) was amazing. Above all, the location of the hotel is such that all the best restaurants, shops and bars, are at walking distance. Next time, i visit HaNoi, I will definitely stay here again.

New hotel and great location”
Hanoi Lheritage Hotel is perfectly located in the Old Quarters in Hanoi. Everything is brand new because this hotel is new. The bed is so soft and comfortable. The pillows and comforter are so fluffy and it feels like you're sleeping on clouds. We only stayed here one night before our cruise to Halong Bay, but the customer service we received was top notch and deserves 5 stars. All staffs were very helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfast from the hotel was great and had variety. We enjoyed it before we got picked up for our cruise. The view from the rooftop restaurant though is simply amazing and worth the extra expense. If I ever go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel at the right location”
This hotel is very good . The staff here is very friendly. Good service , good breakfast . There are many tourist attractions near this hotel. .from the transport from hotel to the airport is very big and comfortable. The ha long Bay tour, Sapa and ninh bình tour is cheap but excellent service. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Hanoi Beautiful Boutique Hotel ”
Very neat and clean. Ever smiling and ready to serve staff. Excellent spread of breakfast. All the tour arrangements can be done through the front desk. The city view from the window that comes with an additional cost is not worth. It's a view to not so nice neighbourhood. Ironically, one will be forced to keep the curtains on to avoid the view and pay extra for it!

From the time we arrived till when we had to leave we were made very welcome. The service is very professional and the staff are very nice and always greet you with a smile. Hanoi streets are crazy busy, so finding a good hotel where scooters aren't screaming past beeping their horns at all hours is a must. The location for Hanoi Lheritage Hotel is perfect. Our room is quiet and clean. The staff are excellent with good English language skills. Breakfast was fine for what it was. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone, including family groups

We booked 2 nights in Hanoi and the quality of the hotel was top notch. The breakfast was amazing, the beds the biggest and most comfortable you could imagine, but to top it all, the staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make it an excellent stay. I spent 3 nights in this hotel and really enjoyed my stay here. This is a nice hotel in old quarters with easy accessibility to all areas. Staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, excellent breakfast, outstanding service for a reasonable price. We stayed here for a week and love it. Best location in centre of old quarter”
I stayed at this lovely hotel for five nights. The room was clean, well-decorated and lovely. I also enjoyed breakfast on the 9th floor, where you can see the beautiful view of the old quarter. And the servers are friendly, kind and caring. All the staff members at the hotel gave me kind, friendly, professional and hardworking impressions. I spent 2 nights at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel. Our room was very comfortable and modern, the breakfast was delicious and the rooftop was a great place to unwind after a long and hot day sightseeing. Great hotel & location. Walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Quarter etc. Rooms were spacious & clean, comfy beds, funky antique wooden furniture & lighting that gave the place a bit of character. Free wifi with good connection. Friendly & helpful staff who were also able to help us anything in need. Would recommend to anyone .

The hotel was in a perfect location in the midst of the old quarter which is very busy but as soon as you set foot in the hotel it's a calm escape. The breakfast is excellent. I cannot say enough about the staff at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.They booked our trip to Sapa and all our other ventures including Halong bay and bus/limo transportation to Halong bay and Ninh Binh. Fantastic hotel located in central of downtown, a short walk from the Lake and Night Market. It's out of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi which is really nice. Hotel Hanoi Lheritage's staff was extremely professional and attentive, since before we arrived, to the moment we checked in (we were greeted , and to the final moment we left (the entire reception staff and manager stepped out to say goodbye!). The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped with all necessities. Also, the hotel is within walking distance to Hanoi's attractions.
