This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff are absolutely fantastic people - all so friendly, kind and helpful in every possible way. You can tell they really care about making your experience at their hotel and in Hanoi in general the best it possibly can be. They all have excellent English and are fantastic communicators. They are very proactive in anticipating anything you might need help with which made the experience much more relaxing. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and were delighted to find our room decorated with rose petals and swan shaped towels as well as a happy honeymoon cake for us to enjoy. The bed is comfortable, the room facilities excellent and breakfast is delicious with lots of different options on offer. It’s in a great location too - we would happily stay here every time we visit Hanoi.

Stylish boutique hotel with excellent staff”
Very centrally located hotel in Hanoi, right next to - and with a rooftop view of - St Joseph's Cathedral and within 5 minutes' walk of Hoan Kiem lake and the main central square. The hotel is very stylish, clean and good value for money. The staff are excellent. They were extremely helpful in helping us organise a 2-day trip to the mountains in Sa Pa and although we weren't coming back to stay at the hotel afterwards, they were more than happy to keep all of our luggage for the two days we were away. Due to construction works going on at the hotel (they're extending to build a new spa!), they offered us free drinks vouchers on their rooftop terrace should we be disturbed by any noises (which we weren't). The rooftop bar is very stylish, dimly lit and has good views looking West over the cathedral and towards the presidential complex. Would gladly go again!

The location is great, right in the old quarter. But what is the most valuable in this place is people - the nicest and most helpful we have met in entire Vietnam. We have booked Delux double room with the view but were upgraded free of charge to a huge suite with balcony, which was just superb! If you want to arrange your trips to Sapa or Ha Long Bay (at reasonable price and good quality) Tam from tour information is the right person to turn to. We made both trips and everything was exactly as we were promised. They arranged transportation, shower place (in Sapa after the night train) and all the activities. As we made one trip straight after another the Hotel made available one room for us to shower and pack/unpack before next journey. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends while in Hanoi.

Best way to start our holiday in Vietnam!”
Thuong and the other staff were super helpful - i had stuffed up a bit in getting to Hanoi and nothing was too much trouble at all for them. They organised my Hanlon cruise, made sure that we went back to the hotel after the cruise and held our luggage that night until our train to Sapa- organised a massage (with someone to come for us so we did not get lost!) and they were just so genuine and friendly it was awesome! The breakfast was lovely too - the food was really nice and cooked fresh - the coffee was yum - use the condensed milk! The location is very close to the lake for a night time walk - reception will give you a map so that you don't get lost- its only a couple of mins away! Also plenty of little cafe's around that you can sit and watch the world go by!

Best place we stayed in Hanoi”
We had stayed at a couple of places within the Old Quarter and this was the best place we stayed within the same price bracket. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, the room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good with decent water pressure and lots of hot water. The location is great within the Old Quarter.

My partner and I stayed at the property for 3 nights in total and everything exceeded our expectations! The staffs were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, the location was so central in the old quarter making it so easy for us to visit all the places we wanted to check out (restaurants, cafes, sights and the night market in walking distance) and the room was beautifully and tastefully designed with the mix of antique furniture and modern fixtures. I am so happy to stay in this hotel. The room is very clean, the staff are ok and the price is so reasonable. On the top of that is the ideal location of the hotel, it just takes few minutes on foot to get the Ho Guom lake.

The pick up from the airport was very easy and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the balcony. Breakfast was fine. The location was perfect! We enjoy walking and were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to visit. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby.
