Impeccable Old World Charm and Elegance ”
Relaxing ambience enveloped in an old world charm with all the modern acessories. Service and staff attention is genuine and inviting before you arrive at the door. I loved the welcoming tea on the sofa while the staff checked me into the hotel. The Hanoi Pearl is situated in a small quiet street dotted with cafes and shops in the old quarter of Hanoi. This beautiful hotel is surrounded by great markets and restaurants that are a mix of the old world and new influences. The rooms are quiet, clean and luxuriously elegant, with fresh roses, treats and the usual complimentaries. The service is impeccable. Candles Restaurant has atmospheric and very tantalising dining and the popular streetside cafe is a great place to watch the world pass by with coffee and snacks. The Rooftop Bar is definitely a place to try happy hour and exotic drinks. I loved this hotel for all of these reasons. Nothing was lacking here and i can't wait to come back again. Great Hotel in a Strategic Location”
Service by frontdesk staff was very amazing. They are very accomodating and respectful. We tried their Japanese Shiatsu massage with a very experienced therapist. Clean hotel and comfortable bedding. There is no complaint except a construction nearby which is not their fault, and they offer to stop them if necessary. Will stay here again next time.

Great Location”
This is a nice hotel in a fantastic location. A "peaceful" little street in a busy, chaotic city. Just one street back from the lake there are great shops with friendly staff. If you can get up early, there was a lovely pop up food market at 6am every morning and a walk around the lake is a different atmosphere with mist on the lake and everyone exercising in groups. Our rooms were quite big and well equipped. The breakfast room became quite busy around 7.30 am and hard to get a table. The roof top bar is great.

Fabulous service from the front door. Friendly, knowlegable staff who always greet you with a smile and use your name. Beautiful rooms, relaxing decor with a serene ambience. Food is beautiful - don't miss breakfast, it's a feast! The rooftop bar is a great place to relax with friends. Very close to the lake for an early morning walk. Loved it!!

Wonderful stay in Hanoi”
Location is perfect. Walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions and food!! Staff were the best - friendly, helpful and attentive. As I was travelling with my ageing parents, the staff did their best to help with some of our requests. Room is comfortable, well maintained and clean - housekeeping 100%! Breakfast had a vast variety and yummy! Daily fresh fruits and local delicacies. They also have western selection, however I didn’t try this as I loved the local selections. Breakfast staff were also very attentive. Thank you for making our trip to Hanoi so wonderful!

In a quiet side street on the edge of the old quarter- everything within walking distance but away from the din of the busier areas. Friendly helpful staff with good English skills Upon our return from a night away cruising round Halong Bay we were upgraded to a suite - a nice touch and a perfect end to a great stay in Hanoi

Good hotel at a good location”
We stayed at Hanoi Pearl Hotel for one night on our way back from Halong Bay. After reaching at the hotel I realized I forgot one of my bags in the taxi that dropped us at the hotel. I requested the staff to call the Tour company to check. Not only the staff called but made sure the bag is delivered. The location of the Hotel is good with a lot of local food and spa options nearby. It's at a walk-in distance to Hoan Kiem lake and Ngoc Son temple. We enjoyed the walk around the lake in the evening.

Perfect Location near Hoan Kiem Lake and walking distance to most attractions in old quarters. Across the hotel are some bars but they are not that loud at night. you can still sleep peacefully. Facilities are okay and clean. Staff are helpful and attentive. they also speak great English .

GLAD WE CHOSE THIS HOTEL”
Pros : Very good location in Old Quarter. 3 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. A lot of cafes, restos, and food street around. On weekend, a lot of traditional sellers nearby, selling local food, vegetables, flowers, etc. Clean hotel with character. Nice and clean building with attention to detail. Clean bathroom. Nice rooftop bar overseeing the lake and catholic church. High quality service. The receptionist lady (Jeany) was very helpfull providing all information. We stayed for one night, and went to Halong Bay for 2 nights. When we came back to the hotel for another 2 nights, we were upgraded to suite room without asking. Cons : The food selection for breakfast was OK. But the resto size was a bit tight, you may have to que if many guests came almost at the same time.

We were surprised at the cleanliness and fine finishes of this hotel. the breakfast choices were very extensive. Just be aware that the little box of snacks and water bottles in the room are not free (though nothing tells you that until you check out). A good place to stay.
