One of the best services I have ever had!”
This is a relatively new hotel, therefore the amount of reviews compared to other hotels is little. Which is immediately one of the reasons I am writing this review. Hanoian Central Hotel offers one of the best services I have ever had. Molly, the manager, is proactive, very efficient and lovable. She deserves all credits. But also the other staff members are exceptionally friendly. The bathroom and room is just great, very clean and beautiful. There is not alot of street noise, despite being located in the heart of the city. The massages are great and also breakfast is great! I cannot say it enough, everything was just great... Besides all of the above, Molly was able to book a bus for me from Hanoi to Laos, because mine was cancelled very last minute. Without her I could never have arrived on time and there was only limited information available on the internet. So for every question, the staff members have an answer ready for you... Their English is by the way expectionably great!

On a busy street in the old quarter, but once you enter it is far from the madding crowd. Great location. The newly remodeled hotel is beautifully done. We stayed few times here.The bedroom and attached bathroom all new, beautifully done, good size and very comfortable amenities including air con. The room was quiet and away from street noise except for the roosters who seem to get you wherever you go and gave us a good chuckle. Delicious breakfasts with a good variety of both western and Vietnamese to choose from.Big shout out for every member of staff from housekeeping, dining, travel desk to front desk. Special mention and thanks to Kate, Molly and the young tall guy with glasses whose name I cannot recall. We were assisted with travel plans and arrangements, airport pickup and drop off, tickets and most of all when I was unwell for a couple of days. Highly recommended .

Great Location ”
This hotel is in a great location in Hanoi old town close to all amenities and visitor attractions. I like my room. It was clean and had everything you would expect from a city centre hotel. The staff were very friendly with some members of staff speaking good English and very helpful. We arranged pick-up from the airport and we were met by someone from the hotel waiting for us. After checking out of the hotel, my husband and I were going onto a 1 night cruise to Halong bay. The hotel staff were quite happy for us to leave most of our luggage at the hotel until we collected it 36 hours later after the cruise. This meant we only needed to take with us an overnight bag. We found this really helpful. If you are looking for a clean hotel in a great location and at a good price I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Linda reached out prior to our arrival to assist us with any details regarding our stay. She arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport and deliver us directly to the hotel. Once we arrived she ensured that all of our needs were met even booking a tour to HaLong Bay for us. My favorite part of our interaction with her was going over the city map and providing directions to a number of points of interest and restaurants . On our 2nd day when Linda was off Alice stepped in and assisted us with Vita Beauty Spa appointments and meeting the rest of our needs. She was terrific. I can't compliment them enough! I would return here just for the staff! The rooms were very comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent .

We had few nights here and liked this hotel. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and all the nightlife. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area but this doesn't detract from the quality. The room was light, and filled with fantastic furniture. There was a mini bar and kettle etc; the bathroom was stocked with a wide range of toiletteries and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was served in the dining room/bar area and was very pleasant. It is mostly geared to the VietNam tourist - breads, cold meats, fruit, eggs, bacon etc - but there was also a small selection of local dishes together with coffee and fruit juices. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely pleased that we had chosen their hotel.

Excellent Hotel With Fantastic Staff”
We stayed here on our trip to Hanoi. The hotel is brand new, clean and comfortable. On arriving we were offered some smoothie while we were checked in. Molly, one of the staff talked to us about the city, what we were planning and gave advice about it where we should go. From then on, the staff knew our names and went out of their way to help us out, even when we'd checked out and returned a few days later while passing through, they continued to welcome us desire us no longer being guests. The breakfast was really nice, with a choice for each course. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi. The location is also great .

Stunning hotel at an affordable price ”
Loved the decor of the hotel. From the beautiful reception that follows the style throughout this spotlessly clean hotel. Justin and the others made our stay very welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble for them from the moment we step through the door. We stopped in room 508 and found it lovely. Best hotel we stayed in in Vietnam. We were upgraded for free to a deluxe room from superior which was very nice of them. Without a doubt dont think twice about booking here. If your staying in hanoi this is the place to stay. Within walking distance of many landmarks.

5 star service in a great boutique hotel. ”
The staff here go the extra mile!! Fantastic little boutique hotel thats well located in the old town. Room was clean and well stocked with everything you need. We left our bags there after we checked out as we were catching the 8pm Laman Express south that evening and when we returned for the bags the staff gave us more welcome drinks, let us charged our phones and let us take showers and get changed. I thought that was a lovely touch as there are no showers on the overnight sleeper train. When I return to Hanoi I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Great work guys and thank you.

what a lovely place to stay”
Stayed a total of 2 nights in this hotel. Everything about it was fantastic! Location dead smack in the old quarter of Hanoi which was perfect for getting about by foot and enjoying the night market and vibrant day markets too. We checked out for one night to go to Halong Bay and came back so we had two different rooms, both beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was epic- great selection of delicious freshly prepared food and excellent quality for both Vietnamese and Western foods. Now the staff ! They are the real stars, they make the hotel special and unique, friendly, helpful and knowledge. A real credit to the hotel

New Hotel With Friendly Staff”
I and my family had the most comfortable stay at this brand-new hotel, thanks to the most genuine and kind staff I have ever met. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi. All the staff was very attentive and took such a good care of us. The hotel managers in the reception (Kate) recommended good restaurants, cafes and tours for us and all of them turned out to be excellent. Perfect stay. Absolutely wonderful staff, great location and comfortable luxury room. Located in strategic area, close by night market, lagoon and restaurants. Breakfast formidably, with all types of food, and a la carte menu. Room with biggest bed ever, amenities and strong shower. All informations that was necessary at the check in, with an very patient and educated staff and front desk. Welcome drink, maps and local lotus sugar sweet when arriving, which was really nice. Employees extremely good. In general, wouldn’t pick any other hotel in town, this was the perfect choice.

Both the facilities and room in this hotel are excellent, clean, and a great value. The location is perfect in the heart of Old Hanoi. But it truly is the people who work here, who make it the best hotel in Hanoi. They are incredibly helpful, genuine, kind, and work extremely hard to make each visit special. In particular, Kate is an absolute star and has gone above and beyond in her duties from check in to departure to make our trip simply outstanding. Nicest hotel I ‘ve ever stayed in ”
This hotel is fantasic. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the nicest people ever. So friendly and helpful with everything, even helping us with a bad tour experience which was really appreciated. The room was excellent too, brand new and very very clean. The air con was powerful too so we were always good when we wanted to be. The location is great too as it's near everything you could need or want to see. Perfect Hotel ”
Hanoi still holds great charm , what Vietnam once was....and very much still is. The location of this gem of a hotel allows you to be within walking distance of all this city has to offer....AND, if you don't want to walk plenty of folk will cycle you through the mayhem at terrific rates negotiated by the staff. They will suggest their restaurant for evening dining at their restaurant! The food is awesome. They will also offer room upgrades at really reasonable rates, and they are lovely rooms.. And Kate the manager is a most attentive host and she captures the essence of these beautiful people - they just want your stay to be perfect and you leave loving their country. It's a relatively small hotel, so never too busy. In walking distance of all major sights in Hanoi. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very tasty breakfast. But what really sets this hotel apart is the amazing service. Everyone of the staff I have met was exceptionally and genuinely friendly. Special thanks to Ms Molly at reception. Excellent Hotel ”
We were very happy with our stay here. We booked our first night at here and 2 nights later. Before we arrived in Hanoi, Tommy and the staff we're so helpful in organising the rest of our two week holiday. They booked us accommodation, transport, tours and even dropped us off personally at the train station with a picnic in hand, they also picked us up at 5.30am and had a room ready for no extra charge. It is also very clean and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Perfect place to stay in Hanoi”
Stayed three nights in a suite. Rooms are small, but well designed. Location is perfect in the middle of the old quarter within walking distance to all major sights in Hanoi. Hotel is spotless clean. Breakfast was great. Employees speak english very well for Vietnam and have a polite and very friendly attitude. Not stressful either as you find in many other places. If you need information or help to something, talk to Elsa at the reception. She is a great customer service manager and get things done. Highly recommended!

Where to begin with reviewing this Hotel! From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, we felt very well looked after. The staff are very friendly and are able to assist with any queries- whether it be arranging tours, exchanging money, recommending places of interest. The breakfast each morning consists of a wide range of options including both Vietnamese and other dishes. The facilities are clean and very new. The Hotel is located off the center and we heard minimal noise from street traffic at night. A short walk to attractions, this hotel made our stay in Hanoi a memorable one. Highly recommended !

Excellent Hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter”
This hotel is in a convenient location in Hanoi. Its but a 5 minute walk to the Don Xuan Wholesale Market if you want to get bargain price goods and but a 15 minute walk to the Lake area and Hanoi's St Joseph Cathedral. But what sets this hotel apart is the small gestures of hospitality they gave my family on our visit. They arranged for us to get a better & larger room for our extra companion at a lower cost; They made sure to ask our inputs & comments on the tours we booked via the hotel each day and best of all they made sure to pack us a delicious & nutritious breakfast since we are unable to avail of it due to our early morning flight home. All this gestures might be small in nature but this is what truly matters and sets them apart from other hotels in Hanoi. Thank you to Molly, Ann and Elsa and the other staff of Hanoian Central for making our vacation in Hanoi a truly wonderful stay. You truly deserve a 5/5 star rating.
