Hotel is brand new, so room condition is in very good shape with modern style. Plenty of parking lot. Staff performance and services are good. I like that the hotel is new. Value to its price.

There should be cable TV for foreign movies instead of all channels being in Thai language. Phitsanulok is a beautiful area and to make your yourself more tourist friendly, it helps to be able to relax in the evening in front of program you can understand

Poor wifi, very small double bed, good service”
The parking is adequate for the hotel, though if the occupancy is near full, there may not be enough space. The check in process was quick and easy. Our room is of adequate size, but the double bed is too small for two people that it is impossible to move around in bed. The wifi connectivity is very poor. The breakfast is a standard Thai breakfast with enough variety.

Good price and location. However, it was an inconvenience for us when the elevator did not work (we were staying on the top floor). We were traveling with a senior and a baby.

ห้องพักกว้าง มีระเบียง ราคาพร้อมอาหารเช้า ที่จอดรถเยอะแต่ไม่มีหลังคา มาพักหลายครั้งแล้วแต่หนนี้จองผ่าน Agoda ได้ราคาดีเยี่ยม(อาจเพราะผมใช้บ่อย) จองมาเตียงเดี่ยว แต่ทาง ร.ร. ไม่ได้รับ email แต่ผมมีหลักฐานการจอง สรุปได้เข้าพักแต่เป็นเตียงคู่แทน เตียงเดียวเต็ม ก็พอรับได้ อาหารเช้าที่นี่หมดเวลา9:30 เกือบมาทานไม่ทัน (ปกติที่อื่น10:00หรือ10:30) ใครมาพักอย่าหลงนะครับ ทาง ร.ร. เก็บอาหารหมดนะครับ โดยรวมถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่าย แนะนำครับ
