Recommended! Great location hidden in the middle of Da Nang central town. Near Han Market and both famous bridges, Han Bridge and Dragon Bridge. Although is a bit of walking, the place is very near to very good eatery, coffee joints. Grab or Taxi to the beach is about 50K VND - very near to plan for a beach trip. Slightly noisy due to clubs or pubs blasting at night, this is hardly a problem with the room soundproof . Choose Rever View. The stay over the weekend (Sat, Sun or local public holidays), a 20mins walk to the Dragon Bridge to see the Dragon show, lasts typically 5~8 mins. Very crowded - recommend to go there early and be extremely careful of belongings. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Talk to notable staff Salina Hang - maybe because we get to see her almost every day or night (when she took the second shift). Breakfast can be better and certainly no lack of breakfast if you do not include breakfast in your hotel stay.

Very poor facilities ”
We had the problem since we arrived on day 1 as the staff couldn’t find our reservation but they got us in the room anyway. We got the balcony room on 6th floor. The staff barely can’t speak English so we had some difficulties to communicate with them but overall they were trying to be helpful. The room was old and was sooooo dusty. I’m sure they haven’t give any maintenance for a while. There was a cockroach running in the toilet and the hot water only worked one time then we can only use the cold water. The teapot wasn’t working and the door to the balcony was very hard to slide to open and we couldn’t manage to close it fully so we heard the honking and music (there’s a pub nearby) all night when we slept. Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s a nice place. It doesn’t cost that much but at least we should get the decent room condition.
