Fantastic hotel easily 5-star”
Walked into this hotel thinking we make a mistake in our destination (as we thought it’s a 4-star hotel), it was easily 5-star hotel standard. The staff from the bellboy, receptionist to cleaners everyone was so friendly and warm. It was one day past my bday during my check-in, hotel staff even prepared me a small cake. The facilities there were great, location ok, and most importantly the cleanliness very good! Loved my stay here! For those going to Vietnam do consider this hotel and also do engage some local tours for sightseeing!

Beautiful clean hotel with lovely staff”
Will definitely stay here next time in Ho Chi Minh City! We had the spa room and it was amazing, very clean and so comfortable with all the amenities. The clear spa inside was the best! The shower was a lacking in pressure but that is ok. The staff were the best, the lovely woman who greeted breakfast 13/11 and 14/11 remembered us from the day before, was so kind and helpful. The door man on 12/11 and 13/11 looked after us and was very kind. All staff were lovely. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Stay”
The hotel is centrally located with an efficient and friendly staff who go “above and beyond” to facilitate your requests, the rooms are clean, well appointed and the beds comfortable. The bathroom compact but the water always hot! And the shower easy to operate! Breakfast was plentiful and diverse.

The hotel is beautiful & the facilities are quite good. The breakfast was good, although we could eat only bread, fruits & cereals. The location is also nice, as the bus stop to & fro Airport & vegan restaurants are in walkable proximity.

Room was an executive suite and was large and comfortable. Bedding was clean . Staff were very helpful. Gym was small and pool was under cover...clean and efficient. Breakfast on the roof had a reasonable selection and staff were very helpful

Staff were very professional and helpful. The moment I reached the hotel, the staff came straight to help me unload and bring the luggage to the lobby. They also provided amazing breakfast with local cuisine and other choices. In the evening, there will also be a live performance on the grand piano.

Thid was our first 4 days in Vietnam, and Harmony Hotel Saigon and Spa has been a perfect choice. Great hotel, quiet snd clean room with jacuzzi, free afternoon tea, sumptuous breakfast, right in the center of the first quarter - and on top of it, a great staff, everywhere. We felt pampered, everything was so simple, easy and comfortable. We definitely recommend this place, and we will come back.

Feels like home, my choice everytime I visit Hochiminh city”
Yes, always the best, with exceptional service, professional and attentive staffs. After I discovered Harmony Hotel the first time 1 year ago I always come back and stay here whenever I visit Hochiminh city. Location is good, rooms are clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast buffet is back after a few months break because of Covid-19. Swimming pool is too small but that is the only minus point. Keep up the good work!

Attentive and accommodating staff”
The staff is very attentive and polite. Since I had a later flight in the afternoon, I asked if I could have a late check-out. They extended my stay to 2PM without question (standard check-out time is 12PM). I actually checked out at 2:30 PM and they didn't even say anything. Will definitely look at Harmony again next time I go back to Saigon.

Boutique feel with 5 stars service”
Have been staying at the hotel on multiple occasions in 2022. The hotel is clean with great facilities, the only minus on the facilities is the water pressure can be stronger. Can’t beat the location as it is in walking distance to within District 1. The staff here treat you more like family than just hotel guests. A shout out to Andy, Alice & Jackson from front desk for all of their help to make my all stays memorable.
