Super Prime Location with all access to Mall Kelapa Gading ”
I had my weekend gateway with my wife and 3 young boys on 2 -3 November 2019 stay at room 1219. Here my review during stay there; - Front Office : warm and quick services, in just a minute is have my access card to my room and ask my parking ticket (I drive a car to this hotel). - Room: clean, nice and tidy, but the lift little bit need an air refresher, it smelly and not fresh. Breakfast: Ok. Since I don't eat carbohydrates, I just take veggies and some protein meal. Fitness Center: well maintain, clean and tidy . Swimming pool: well maintain, the water clean with looks clear to the bottom of pool. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel services and facility. Cheers, Ken Tanone. -

The Harris hotel saved my life!”
After spending seven days in a different hotel for isolation which was charging the same amount of money for a shoebox of a room, which was shoddy at best, on day three I got food poisoning and was unable to eat for 3 days. Immediately I was released from this hotel I transferred to the Harris in Kalapa Galarding The differences couldn’t be more pronounced, the room was well appointed comfortable, spacious and the staff were super attentive. The food was excellent well prepared and tasty. Thank you to all staff and management

Excellent Location”
The staff were friendly and helpful the facilities were excellent. The room was large and very clean and the service was great we couldn't fault anything. The mall is right at your front door. There is a 24 hour restaurant a big swimming pool and a well equipped gym and business center. This is the best hotel I have stayed in that I can remember we will be back as we are regular visitors to jakarta.

Budget hotel dengan lokasi terbaik”
For the price of around five hunded thousand Rupiah netto without breakfast is the best option for staycation. The Hotel is next to Mall Kelapa Gading 1-5. Just walking and we can find many restaurant, cafe, shops, garden (Gading Walk) and theatre XXI with many studios. The room is big enough for me and wife and 1 child. Even there is a nice long sofa for chill and can use for take a nap. . There is a refrigerator, a pair of rubber sandal, and a bathrobe. This hotel also have small pool with children pool also. And have a fitness centre with several treadmill. Will come again if the price is right not too overprice.

Pleasant stay”
Best part is its beside the huge upscale mall with a lot of food and shopping options. Counter staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently. Stayed in 2 different rooms on separate occasion and both were clean with no bedbugs or dust mites. Morning breakfast buffet was a good indonesian spread, not so great on the western options but enough.

Well Maintain Old Hotel”
Harris Kelapa Gading is old hotel. But Hotel well maintain. Room Clean, Staff Friendly. Swimming Pool also clean. Location directly in Mall Kelapa Gading 5. Very Good Hotel for business trip or holiday in North Jakarta. Problem only in Car Parking, since they dont have their own Parking Area, so it combine with Mall Parking. Others are ok.

New Harris Hotel - more spacious”
All new, furniture, bathroom and I love the sofa they put in the room, the sofa adds more place to sleep and relax. We stayed with small children aged 10 and 2 years, a total of 4 people in the room and that was enough. Moreover, it is connected to the mall so that we can enjoy our time at the mall, watch movies, play in the arcade, and we can enjoy many favorite foods. Not to mention that we can swim even though we have to make a reservation first during this pandemic. Highly recommended hotel

Thank you for great hospitality especially to Ajeng if not mistaken, she work at counter/receptionist when O check in. The room is comfortable, sometimes water pressure is unstable and caused temperature change. But overall it a good place to stay. Easy access to mall too.

Recommended if you have event around Kelapa Gading, the room was so worth it more than its price. Location is above Mall Kelapa Gading, where you don't need to worry about what to eat as they provide complete culinary experience there. Very clean and friendly staff.

We stayed for few nights in this hotel and always love it being here. Since its connected with Mall Kelapa Gading, its very easy to looking for food and shop around. The room also smells very nice even we stayed in smoking room. I just hope the lighting is a bit brighter. I would recommend this hotel for Kelapa Gading area.

The location as part of the mall was excellent and convenient to find foods. The breakfast was also very good with many variety and healthy choices; fitness equipment was top notch and well maintained.
