Almost perfect”
The location is impeccable, no one will argue with this. Price wise, I think it's worth to stay here. Although during pandemic (march 2021) facilities like gym and pool are closed but it's ok. They really did a great job in implementing health protocol during breakfast time, even permitting guests to bring the food to their room, everyone who enter the bfast venue will be checked for temp, the tables are distant enough from each other and the staff will take each food for you. Thumbs up! The bed is comfy, the bathroom is spacious I think this is because I got upgraded? Hahaha, if so I didn't get informed. Anyway if you got the room with windows on two sides, congratulations, enjoy. But... There was one flaw, the AC in room 1205 was not as cold as it's suppose to be, I set it on 18C, but it feels like 24. Not that I perspired or anything, but it's just not to my expectations. I will give the hotel 5 star, if this didn't happen. But I still consider this hotel as an option, keep up the good work!

THE BEST”
I got the best view of the whole of Jakarta on 47th floor! The room is very clean and modern. And the location is great! Facilities nice, aircond anx water heater are great. VERY near the stadium. It is in the mall and is right next to the main entrance so it is easy to find. The mall has various traditional and international restaurants so we had our fill of everything. And there are various shops. The staff are really nice, they comply to my every request. Will come again!

Simply fun and great view!”
This hotel's location is great point to walk to many fun places, near to GBK, near to Astha, near to other malls like Plaza Senayan as well. And the view from 46th floor was great and beautiful at night, sadly my room got the broken window plastic cover so the experience a little bis distracted. The breakfast was so-so, some foods 'guarded' by the staff but some food are not, this is inconsistent and unhealthy too. But overall the experience was great since the mall under also has many great foods for lunch and dinner.

Strategic location & Friendly Staff”
Very good location which is located along the Sudirman road.. The FX Mall is only under the hotel & can buy anything u wanted in here.. Foods for breakfast was good.. I got 43th floor, very good view of stadium Bung Karno & Jakarta City, toilet are good with nice view, can also open the curtain while u take a bath..haha.. Overall i really recommended this place to stay & will come again if i go to Jakarta..Thanks for the hospitalities..

A local Friend suggested this hotel and it was a good location as taxis outside the adjoining mall.Staff very helpful and friendly.Our aircon did not work the first night but the hotel upgraded us for free to a suite.Which we really appreciated.Breakfast was good and plentiful,local and western dishes available on the buffet.Would stay again. As location was excellent to get about without traffic jams if travelling outside peak hours.Also mall has many places to eat .

This is my 5th stay in Harris everytime i'm in Jakarta. Love everything about the hotel esp since it is also located in a mall. Plenty of delicious food choices. Location, availability of food n shopping within reach. Even transport to get around is easy, by taxi or just call Grab. Will repeat again when i'm in jakarta.

I recommend the hotel to all my relatives. The location is superb because it's exactly near GBK only a very short walk, great malls, you can go to North or South Jakarta from there. Staffs were super friendly, the room was clean

Spacious and comfortable”
I really like how spacious the room was and it's very clean and comfortable. The staff was also all friendly and helpful. I also really like how the hotel is situated inside FX mall so i can just comfortably eat and walk around the mall without going outside.

I stayed here for business trips multiple times before the pandemic and after a long while I had the chance to stay here again for another business trip. All the good stuff was still as good as I remember. There was an earthquake when I was there and it seemed that their emergency SOP is well-rehearsed. One small complaint is that the AC unit had a water leak on the last day of my stay. Other than that, it was a perfect business stay.

Great place with perfect location”
I’ve been stayed at this hotel for several times and always satisfy by it’s location. Easy to reach great places around centre and south Jakarta. For people who like sports this hotel offers location near the GBK Stadium. Fast check in and check out. Staffs were nice and helpful. Staying on the high floor even better to enjoy the city lights at night.

Love the big space and placement of furniture inside. The bathroom also quite big. Clean and no need to mention it's in centre, near to Senayan City, Plaza Senayan of course various food in FX, just a bit step out from the lobby. I also love the view from 45th floor. I can see Jakarta with its tall building&lights at night. Hope to stay there again!

With the offered price, and considering the view from the room, and also the location, it is really worth it. You can capture the business of sudirman street from all of the time, and also you can also take a sunset and sunrise timelapse, both in your room. Near this hotel, there are so many culinary spot. Fx mall also provide you the decent and common restaurant, so yeah, try it, it is worth it to try.

If you want to experience living in the central life of Jakarta it's a good place to stay. In the weekend you can enjoy the CFD around the hotel and GBK, in weekdays it's good if you have bussiness trip because the hotel is strategic with many option of public transportation. And obviously the price is not that pricey. I'm thinking to stay there as well.

Good Accommodation with convenient shops around ”
Stayed there for one night. Accommodation was good. Clean room and high floors, allowing nice views. Senayan City and Plaza Senayan are just nearby as well. Even without going to the 2 malls, the fx Sudirman mall has many shops that could already satisfy what you want and need

The hotel is connecting with the mall so we can enjoy stay at the hotel, shopping, and at Sunday Morning doing sport activities on Jakarta Car Free Day area.
