Excellent service and an amazing experience”
I would certainly recommend the Havana Nha Trang Hotel to anyone wanting to stay on the beach in Nha Trang. The hotel itself is modern, clean, with luxurious rooms at a fraction of the price for similar hotels in the west. The access to the beach via an underground tunnel is priceless for avoiding the hectic Vietnam moto traffic. I would particularly like to comment on the dedicated service and friendliness of the staff. From the employee who checked us in, to the guest services representative who attended to our room while they (promptly) fixed an air conditioner problem, to the attendants on the beach, everyone was amazing. Look no further if you want a relaxing vacation in Nha Trang while still being close to the action in the city.

Worth every dime!”
This place met and exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and the staff was above and beyond. We ate most of our meals at the hotel and food was great. Had something on the buffets for everyone even if you a slightly picky eater. We also enjoyed the spa and gonna have to say the USA don’t have anything on a Vietnamese massage. The light house roof top feature and skylight bar was super cool and also very convenient. Great atmosphere and a huge bonus to enjoy a Corona beer there.... The Havana is conveniently located on main drag with private underground access to beach... Beach was absolutely spotless and one of the nicest I’ve ever visited.

Amazing Location with Private Area on the Beach!”
Generous rooms with an ocean view right in the heart of the beach area. Just take the tunnel from the hotel under the busy street to the beautiful beach where they have your chaise loungers waiting along with food and cold beer... also very clean bathroom facilities with showers. The staff were great and had a very spacious sauna and steam with changing room and lockers. The gym is a good size and gives you a good vacation workout. The rooms are well very comforatble and well appointed and the exchange rates at the front desk were as good as you could find anywhere! I hope to see you all again soon!

A very good place to stay in Nha Trang”
We love this hotel, location is a beach front hotel and it has its own sky roof DJ bar at the 43rd floor which has amazing view toward the beach. Room is so clean with a very nice professional staff services that you can expect from a 5 star hotel. The breafast buffet in the morning is very deliciuos. The evening dinner is also very good and I would highly recommend it. You can request to book for virtually all kind of island tour with a very good pricing. Well I would recommend the four season coffee loundge across the street for a night life relaxing by beach.

Pros: Room was very clean and spacious and really loved the ocean view. The Hotel was right in the middle of the waterfront strip and close to everything - food, shopping, beach. Food at the seafood buffet was awesome! Great variety too. Most importantly for us, the staff was wonderful. Wanted to personally thank Mai Xuan Tuan and Le Thi Phuong Anh for their warm hospitality and making us feel welcome. Cons: A lot of tourists from China. Nice people, but still have some travel etiquette to learn. Overall - loved the hotel and their staff and would highly recommend the stay

WOW!! First class service and amenities”
WOW!! First class service and amenities We stayed at the Havana for 4 nights and it was fantastic!! The hotel manager John greeted us on arrival and looked after us for our stay - very professional and his staff were also amazing. We travelled as a group of 12 - adults, teenagers and younger children. The breakfast staff were very helpful and the food was beautiful. Having an underground tunnel to the beach was the best!! We had dinner one night at the Starlight - wow - the views, the food, the staff - all incredible. We had Anna as our table manager for the night, she was so lovely :) I was celebrating my birthday that night with my family and friends and she went above and beyond to ensure I had the best night possible - massive thank you to her! xx We then partied into the night at the rooftop bar - so good. I highly recommend anyone visiting Nha Trang to stay at the Havanna - you won't be disappointed. We were travelling from Sydney, Australia - and we absolutely loved our time her

From My Experience”
We were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchenette and a dining table. I'm glad to have hair conditioner and slippers provided. The ocean view is awesome. But Skylight rooftop is not included. We paid VND60000 to visit it during the time of 9am-2pm. Evening time is charged more expensive. Even in our room we still could hear the beat from the rooftop disco night music. Careful with your belongings while on the rooftop. A family from Russia took away our new bottle cool drink and cool wipes when we left them on the bench while we took photos. Free breakfast is abundant in both 2nd & 3rd floors. There are more choices of fruits and less main dishes. So glad to have soya milk and condensed milk in the menu. The noodle soup is delicious. Variety of juice, dried fruits, and fermented snacks. Tap water is not safe to drink inside the room so we refill plain water during breakfast. Going to every sight-seeing by grab car is good. 86 Tran Phu is Airport Bus Station ,VND100000 per person.

Our family of 5 stayed at The Havana for 12 nights. We had 2 junior king suites which were very spacious with wonderful views. The staff at The Havana were extremely efficient, attentive and friendly and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met - always with a smile. The General Manager, John, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He introduced himself to us on our first morning and gave us a personal tour of the hotel. Each day he would check in with us at breakfast to ensure we were satisfied with everything. One day early in our trip we had a problem with the language barrier and transport to pick up one of our children from the airport. To our relief, John phoned the driver for us and sorted it all out. Thank you John! The breakfast buffet had a good variety of fresh Vietnamese and western food. We were shown to the private buffet room each morning, which was much quieter than the main buffet area. Amazing View from Hight Level ”
Everything are fine with this hotel but just full crowd with tour and it's super noisy especially at lobby area. For the breakfast, hotel will arrange for private room which more comfortable and foods serve in fresh. For the Bed we did try for family room which room are big enough and spacious. COMFORTABLE bed and pillow. But Ocean View slightly bored.. hehehe. It is a lovely hotel and resort. Perfect location. Sea view rooms. Has private sun beds on the beach. Fantastic swimming pool. Good gym. Suna and steam room are free of charge. The hotel has sky bar at the roof with panoramic view. Fantastic breakfast. The room is very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff in all areas and all time. We are so happy that we got a big room with sea view more than we expected. For the breakfast, it is so good. There are 2 floors for breakfast and a private breakfast room. The foods are quite nice. Especially, there is a private way to go to the beach (the tunnel), so we do not need to cross the street with a lot of vehicles on the street. Besides that, here also has Sauna/Steam/Jacuzzi for relaxing. Location is quite convenient to travel around the city. Moreover, all the staff are so friendly and have a quite good customer service skills. My husband and I had a great weekend holiday at Havana Hotel in Nha Trang. We highly recommend you guys should try being here once. We think you will like it. Let's try it!!!😃. Next time, we think we will come back to Havana when we travel to Nha Trang again.

Well we’ll do I start I’ve been staying at this beautiful hotel for 7 years now and you get this warm sense of welcoming as you enter the hotel. On this occasion I was greeted by the new manager Annie nothing was ever too much see always had time to sit and have a chat at breakfast as did she with many other guests she organised a ticket for me up the skylight bar New Year’s Eve a luxury car to the airport it is a busy hotel I’ve seen 3 different manages and I must say this young lady and her team are a credit to the company even the owner came over while he was there for New Years and said good morning it was the best stay ever from the pool staff applying my sun cream as I was alone even Annie came up because my tv wasn’t working and changed the batteries putting my name in my coffee a personal note under my door not only did I have the best holiday but made a new friend lots of love Annie you deserve a wage rise

The Havana Hotel was absolutely a 5-star hotel. My husband and I travel frequent and this hotel far exceeds other 5-star hotels we have visited. The hospitality was above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We both had pedicures and a massage at the Spa and both services were some of the best we have received. We didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel for food as the food and variety offered was delicious. The Skylight Bar had us up dancing with lots of laughs. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Havana Hotel and will definitely be back!

Great Hotel”
My partner and I loved this hotel. It was centrally located. The beach was across the road. The breakfast was amazing and the room was magnificent. We were upgraded upon arrival and I can't say anything but amazing things. The views from the room were sensational and we didn't want to leave the place. The room service was excellent and I couldn't fault it in any way. It's a big hotel and very busy. This did not bother us and we'd stay there again. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel with underground tunnel access to the beach”
I am a frequent traveller so it’s hard to impress but really can’t fault. Hotel is attached to sky bar which you can see 360 degrees of Nha Trang city. Across the road is the beach and Havana club. They say you get what you pay for and it’s true. I stayed at a couple hotels in Nha Trang just to try so speaking from experience. We got the executive suite, vip check in and also breakfast was a private room away from the crowd which is worth it.

The trip started with us getting an upgraded room, it was spacious and so clean we almost did not want to leave it. The tunnel to the beach is a life saver during the busier times of day. We loved relaxing on the lounger chairs on the beach.

Loved this hotel in Nha Trang. The view from our bedroom was amazing. I loved the location. We travelled in March 2020 so it was probably quieter and cheaper than it would normally be also a few things were not available to us but I would be happy to return to this hotel in the near future.
