Excellent hotel”
This hotel is amazing, the staff are polite and helpful , the rooms are clean and fresh. Only one observation about the pillows they are big and hard You can get your own below with you or but the sheets or something and the your head if you don’t like the big pillows The price is excellent the location they can in this I love the place

Delayed check-in”
If you’re travelling to Riyadh and is visiting Boulevard Riyadh World/City and Diriyah, I think this is the best hotel you can book. It’s near to Blvd World and an Uber ride would cost you more or less 20 SAR. The staffs were accommodating. We got to enjoy the city view of Riyadh from our window. They only have buffet for breakfast, and if you’d want to order your lunch/dinner you can order it from their restaurant. The breakfast buffet has limited range of choices, I hope they serve more options. All in all, our stay in this hotel is superb. The only problem we encountered was during our check-in. If I’m not mistaken, we were suppose to check-in at 3 PM but the room isn’t ready yet and we had to wait for an hour or more and was able to check-in at around 4:30 PM. I just hope it’ll be on time the next time we check-in this hotel.

Elevator !!”
A building with 25 floors and has only 3 elevator and 2 of them was not working during my stay. It took me more than 25 min to catch up the elevator.

Not recommended at all ”
The 4G and wifi are very weak almost no signal. House keeping is not clean, I asked for slippers and didn’t get it. The bathroom was smell bad. No safety box. No Iron board. The pillow is so uncomfortable it cause neck pain.

Only matter I have been upset they have only 2 elevator , and one of them always out of service , I stay 5 nights always waste my time for elevator
