Location best : Easy to access by footstep with smooth walk way both Main road (Check in) or Front Beach (Restaurant) Personal : Friendly Staff especially Reception name Ruth ( Sawasdee ka) She greeting me in Thai!! Wonderful! Room : We booked our stay pool access and super love it! Love the wet and dry area in room decoration. Good water pressure , hot & cold, Room Size is bigger than expected Room is Sound Proof! Food : Very Busy for Breakfast time. Be sure to come early, Sappier restaurant kinda slow serve. In Room Service is good and safe way when you dont want to get into the crowed outside. Sky pool: Great view! Big area. Affordable price, try Calamares is so GOOOD! And you can swim too! ( Out side guess are allow if you pay 1,500php consumable ) Main pool : Stay in pool access room is no problem and we can see the staff cleaning pool every morning at7-7.30pm so make sure swim in the morning. Smooth Check in/Check out- its FAST!

Amazing experience with Hennan CS!”
It’s my first time to visit Boracay and Hennan CS made my stay unforgettable for me. Amazing, approachable, and hospitable Hennan CS staff. Kudos to Yvie from the front desk since the start of my stay who’s very kind and approachable, Rosabelle (or Florabelle sorry forgot her name) from housekeeping who cleaned my room when I urgently need it from being cleaned due to some sand on my floor which came from my shoes, security guards whobis really nice and always greet you with smile, and everyone on the Sapphire resto area staff. Indeed they have an amazing pool! They follow health protocols for everyone’s safety and they make sure that i will be comfortable on my stay. This made me extend another night from my original length of stay. They also granted my advanced request to be on a higher floor. Thank you so much Hennan CS! What I like about staying in this hotel is their amenities. It is just so great. The sky pool is my favorite place in the hotel and Oh did I mention that they have a gym near the pool? And their restaurant has a good ambience plus the breakfast buffet is the best I ever had. There are just so many to choose from. Also, I like their airport transfer. There will be a van that will bring you to their own welcome center and then the speed boat ride is just amazing feeling. Then, another van will bring you the hotel. Moreover, their hotel staff is so friendly and polite. You can approach them and they would love to serve you your requests. To sum up, it was an amazing stay and experience! Would love to stay again in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel”
Recently booked our anniversary vacation here and I must say it’s worth the price! I booked the premier room, it’s on the 4th floor but with a good view of the pool below. There’s a queen bed and a single bed in the room. The bedroom is clean and s is the bathroom! Bathroom complete with bidet, hair dryer, shower and separate tub, basic toiletries. There’s a small balcony with seating area for 2, and there’s a clothes rack there to hang ur wet clothes. There’s also a mini ref, and electric kettle. Breakfast buffet in the Sapphire resto is good too! The Sky Pool is gorgeous, nice to take photos. There’s also a bar by the Sky Pool if u want some drinks & snacks. Staff are friendly and courteous. Location is very good, just neat D’Mall and some restos. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time in Crystal Sands. The free bfast was so good. And then it is right there on the beach. I ate my bfast while watching my daughter play in the sand. The location is perfect!!!! It is near Dmall so if you want to eat out or shop, it is so convenient. We also brought an elderly family member whi had a hard time walking far distances. The staff was so nice to us. The rooms are beautiful. The pools are wonderful!!! If you request for room clean up, expect to wait a long tile because they thorougly disinfect the rooms. If your room is not that messy, you can just ask for tissue paper and other stuff from the staff. Overall, wonderful all around experinece.

Worth staying in Henann Crystal Sands hotel”
Our summer in Boracay was wonderful while staying at Henann Crystal Sands. My kids really enjoy their stay they wanted to extend the holiday. Henann Crystal Sands has an ideal beachfront, Sapphire restaurant is facing the beach that the view from there is really nice while dining in. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection and everyday they change the course so we never got bored. The skypool was really wonderful,view was amazing,a bar pool was also available. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained,same as the common area. The patio was cleaned regularly. There was a massage available by the pool,truly relaxing. I cannot fault Henann. It was a great experience. I have been to Boracay 3x and so far the one with Henann is the best.

Great location for me and my best friend!”
After spending months in isolation from the rest of the world, my best friend and I planned a vacation for ourselves because: #1) I had 6 unused vacation days that were not convertible to cash (so I had to use them!) and #2) my best friend just became a doctor. With all the stress that we've experienced, staying at Henann Crystal Sands surely made it easy for us to relax and forget about all our worries. Awesome service, super comfy pillows and beddings, 100% clean and an amazingly accommodating staff! We spent a week in paradise and Henann Crystal Sands made it worth every penny!

Happy Boracaying in this Resort!”
A 4d3n stay in Boracay and this resort did not fail us at all. A beachfront property with an excellent buffet menu be it breakfast/lunch or dinner. I booked our reservations through Agoda at a 20% off using my Mastercard. There was a promo going on that day. I also availed the Hennan resort group transport service. Round trip was 1700 pesos. Roughly converted to $34 per person. Availing the resort transport was really worth it as the transport consists of a van ride from Caticlan airport, a speed boat to Boracay port and then another van ride to the resort. You will be spared from the local lines to pay for the ferry boat. Plus you get to ride the speed boat instead of the local slow ferry boat. The rooms were oh so nice. Bed and pillows comfy. While I was booking, the deluxe rooms always had a queen size and a single bed. A bit off but did not matter. Towels and toiletries up to par. There was sachet coffee and tea in the room. A percolator for boiling water. There is no regular Coffeemaker available. We could use a magnifying mirror as well for shaving and contact lens necessity. Doable, I must say. The service in this hotel is impeccable. My friend called for extra towels and, in a flash, housekeeping was at her front door. Likewise when my hubby, informed Our internet was down and, with just a phone call to the front desk, issue solved. They've rebooted the sever in a jiffy. I am truly impressed at the efficiency of service. Let's talk amenities at this resort. The twin lagoon located on the ground floor was the longest Ive seen. In the four days we were there, I've seen them continually cleaning the pool early morning. Water treatment for the pool was never lacking. i believe the patio from the premier rooms open directly to the pool. Very nicely done. The sky pool, now that's a treat! Located on the third floor but be reminded it is not accessible from the hotel rooms. It is in a separate building together with the sapphire

Honestly the best service I've had in a resort, food is fantastic too and the prices aren't really bad at all. The room is really clean and well-designed. Although sometimes you'd find that there aren't really a lot of elevators around so be prepared to walk/climb a lot. Staff is very attentive to all your needs and not mentioning the eye-catching amenities it offers. Watching the sun set on the sky pool is definitely something you should do all the while enjoying the pool bar with their cocktails. The location is smack dab in the middle of station 1 and station 2 so there are activities and restaurants aplenty all around you.

Quarantine respite!”
The 4-night Boracay trip was a celebration of our silver wedding anniversary, V-Day & Chinese New Year all rolled into one. Despite the unusual sparse crowd, we appreciate the cleaner, quieter & more relaxed vibe of the beautiful island. Husband & kids appreciated my choice of Henann Crystal for our stay: clean, well-appointed rooms; walking distance to d’mall & restaurants on White Beach, & sumptuous breakfast spread. Kudos to Alyssa of front desk; Cheron, Shon, Ian & Benedict of Sapphire, and the rest of its attentive & efficient staff 👏🏼👏🏼 Salamat! Indeed, our stay, albeit short , has been a memorable one as it was a respite from the community quarantine. We can’t wait to go back!

Best Hotel in Boracay”
I've stayed at a few Henann hotels as well as a couple of others in Boracay. This one was the best because of the location. Great view at the sky pool. Staff are always friendly at Henann. Lots of food choices for breakfast, they also had a seafood dinner buffet when I was there. The airport transfer couldn't have been smoother. They handled everything including my big luggage. All I had to do was get on the van and boat. Room was clean, as all rooms at Henann are. Can't wait to go back next year.

Perfect getaway place for our wedding anniversary”
The best location, border of station 2 and 1. So close to everything! 5 mins walk to D mall to the left. 5 mins walk to Starbucks to the right. Theres a 7-11 beside the hotel , its so convenient for us to buy water and basic necessities anytime. The hotel/room is modern. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom with rainshower. Great breakfast selection with nice ocean view. The sky pool was spectacular. We had sooo mch fun and will definitely book again.

Couples Retreat”
Henan was our first pick and clearly was the right choice. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, the room and the whole hotel was clean. They offer eco friendly options that would make your earth hugger plants very proud and happy. We got the room with the pool access and it's worth every buck, it's like you have a private pool on your vacation. Yes it's open to everyone but the access itself and the options of what you can do on your private deck area are well worth the upgrade. Highly recommended, and will definitely come back soon!

Henann Crystal Sands is the perfect resort for solo travelers, couples, and family! Great service, polite staffs, great amenities, very clean facilities, delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, and the best part of all, they have the best location! Situated at the boundaries of station 1 & 2, Henann Crystal Sands is in the middle of great establishments as well as the best part of the white sand beach. Will definitely go back to Henann Crystal Sands again!

Great staff, they are very resourceful ”
Pros - Staff were everywhere ready to help you. The staff looked after us so that we felt very comfortable. The location is prime. Could not be better. When I had a problem the hotel staff solved it. Hennan held an amazing pool party. Cons - I am a British guy so I got special treatment. My girlfriend is Filipino, she felt ignored by the staff. Hennan has become one of my favourite hotels and I will go back. I would definitely recommend.

The place is so relaxing.. As in! Nagbook ako ng room with direct access sa pool sa Henann Crystal Sands. The staffs are very accomodating and laging nakasmile special metion to Ms.Abby at the frontdesk. Feeling mo nasa bahay ka lang kase feel at home na feel at home ka lang. grabeeee sa service 10/10. Ito ang babalik balikan ko ang mga staffs special mention to Sir John Benedict D. Unilongo naging perfect ang breakfast namin dahil sa walang pagod na pagseserve samin ng lahat ng kelangan namin hindi pa man namin hinihingi pero andyan agad sya pra iOffer ang needs namin. Galing!! Nakakatuwa sobrang may puso sya magwork ang sipag di mo na kelangan idemand lahat dahil automatic na nagagawin nya ito. Will surely go back here again. Super sulit!!!

Great place to stay”
The room is spacious, clean ,bed was very comfortable and staff was very friendly/ helpful. We had a manicure ,pedicure and deep tissue massage in our room and it was exceptional and affordable. The infinity pool facing the white sand beach and ocean was breathtaking. The room rate included the free upscale breakfast buffet was totally worth it. We enjoyed our stay. Use the hotel designated transportation transfer service . They are better and economical.

My wife and I loved this hotel. Aside from the ideal location, it is also a good choice for a Boracay hotels because of the following: Ammenities were complete and we'll maintained. Staff were very friendly. Hotel room was clean and well designed. The bed was so comfortable. Food was excellent. We tried the seafood buffet and of course, the breakfast buffet. Will definitely come back and book here again.

We love and enjoyed our honeymoon stay here in Hennan Crystal Sand Resorts. The overall resorts and room were so clean and super relaxing. The staffs were so nice, approachable, and very accommodating, they have also made sure that every day of our stay here was worth it.
