Perfect place ”
We were exhibiting at the SEC and this is the perfect place to stay. Two minutes walk to the venue with parking and on the Clyde for scenic views. We walked into Glasgow to eat a couple of nights and it is easy to get to and walk about. The beds are comfortable and a good nights sleep was had. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times. First night the service was slow but Saturday night excellent and food allergies fully catered for. Will stay again.

Welcoming”
Really enjoyed our stay here at Hilton Garden Inn. Staff very welcoming, rooms were nice and clean. Plenty on offer at Breakfast, which we enjoyed. Food and drink not too pricey. This is an ideal place to stay for The Hydro and SECc as it is practically on the doorstep. Nice walks along the river Clyde and only a 35 minute walk from the town centre. Would definitely recommend this hotel. There is also plenty of sanitising stations around the hotel.

Booked an overnight as was attending a concert at the Hydro. Great location, room was spotless and staff very friendly. Breakfast had a great selection of fruit, cereal, fully cooked and continental breakfast, waffles, omelette and any type of eggs you requested. Definitely be back

Beware the scam parking charge”
Great hotel, great location and great staff during this repeat visit. The one and only thing I have marked them down in and I grudge is the scam car parking charge they add to your stay. This is slowly creeping into various hotels in Scotland. 😡

Great location for Hydro and lovely river view.Have stayed at better hotels for same money ,needs updating of rooms and better soundproofing very noisy hotel rooms .All staff I found very friendly and helpful.

Mother & daughter”
Location excellent, reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was a little disappointing. In the bathroom, there was a complimentary bar of soap, but it was out of the box and already used!! The carpet was very stained. We were at a concert st the hydro, and when we got back went to get a drink at the bar. The bar was full so decided to go and sit outside where other people were and as it was a very warm night my daughter is 13 she didn't want to sit in a bar. We got halfway through the revolving door when a man came running up - not shouting, but louder than talking and said "you can't go out there"! Didn't say why we couldn't, lots of other people were out there, so just took our drink to our room. If there was some rule why we couldn't sit outside with the other guests he could have explained why in a more friendly manner, it just seemed a bit odd. I think for £89 -not including breakfast, the location for the Hydro was fantastic, but i will try a different hotel next time

The room was small and dingy and a little bit grubby. Asked for a room on a high floor and got the 1st floor with a look over the river, the seating area outside has seen better days. Never asked if we wanted breakfast, a wake up call, a newspaper or anything at all.

Stayed 1 night in Glasgow. Hotel is located about a 30 minute walk from the city centre (which is a bit far) but has many other nice things around in the area to see and some nice eateries as well. We stopped at an Indian restaurant on the way about 1-2 minutes which was really nice. The hotel is in good condition, very well presented, rooms are clean and well furnished. Overall the hotel itself is very very good. Staff are also friendly and accommodating. I recommend this hotel if you don't mind being a bit outside the city center.

Although there is a lot of development work in the area the Hilton Garden Inn Glasgow seemed to cope well. We stayed in a riverside view room & didn't hear any of the building work going on outside.The room was clean with comfortable bed,bedding and pillows(the bathroom was a bit on the small side) The food in the restaurant for an evening meal was a little overpriced however we had breakfast included in our rate & it was very good with a choice of freshly cooked eggs etc if preferred.The only facility we used was barrier Parking at £5 per day which I thought was very reasonable..all in all a very nice stay..pity it rained!!

Very Comfortable Hotel with Great River View Deck”
Though not in the heart of the city centre, the hotel is in easy transportation distance to Merchant City & the West End. The hotel is right next to a new developing area with the convention centre and new stadium next door. The best thing about the hotel is that it's right next to the river and if it's nice outside you can relax on the massive deck.

Loveiy hotel and rooms service was first class”
the stay was great rooms were very comfortable clean everything worked although the instant coffee in the rooms could have been better. cafe and bar were great, very good selection of bar food and drinks service was excellent. stayed in this hotel when it was the city inn and must say the standard has been raised since then.

Good standard hotel in good location”
Hotel was as we expected for a Hilton (cleanliness, shower quality, etc) - we also got a great deal through Agoda for a Queen room. Location was good for us and we didn't mind the 10 minute walk to the city centre as we also explored in the other direction towards Ashton Lane and the University.

Good overall stay”
For an excellent price, no significant complaints about hotel. The location is a little out of the city centre, but perfect for the conference center and city highlights are no more than a short cab drive away. Imacs in room are a nice feature and free wifi is always welcome. The breakfast was a bit overpriced but overall would highly recommend for business travellers.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff & great location”
Stayed at the Hilton after seeing Kevin Bridges in concert. My partner and I were very impressed with the computer in our room, comfy bed, friendly staff and the great buffet breakfast the next day. Room was a bit small but had everything we needed in it so not a problem really. Would definitely go back.
