Positive - The staff especially at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful! Excellent service. We are on gluten free diet, and the breakfast offered had very limited choices for me (largely continental/bread). We requested for rice, and they cooked it instantly for us ! We are very grateful ! I certainly recommend the hotel to provide ..say fried rice as an option for gluten free guests. Negative - Room 103 - the wash basin was blocked and the water pipe beneath the tile floor is leaking. Every time we shower, water seems to leak through the floor tiles. This really set us back, otherwise it is an excellent place to stay

I was very disappointed with my last stay at Hilton. Considering it’s a international brand, when I checked in I found out their cups still has coffee stain even the linens it seems it was not new at all. The toilet was a disaster.. the tub was flooding even I have tried to figure out how to increase the drain from the tub. Overall stay was horrible and I am a Hilton Honor member. I hope they do something about it.

the hotel was clean and well staffed. the rooms were also well appointed although there was a lack of literature detailing the area. the food at breakfast was reasonably well displayed and there was a good choice, the room service menu cattered for most tastes, and the service was effecient. the staff were always polite.

Very happy with the service and accommodating staff. The location is good although currently traffic is disturbed because of metro construction. I did not feel traffic as too bad though it needs proper time planning for meetings. Breakfast is good. Location is convenient for food as well.
