Great experience”
Enjoyed my stay at Hilton Pattaya thoroughly. The room was spacious even though we added an extra bed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The room amenities are stylish and comfortable. Perhaps the only gripe is that the shower room and bathroom share a sliding door, so you can't really have two people using both at the same time without one being exposed. It's not a major issue for most, I guess. In terms of hotel facilities, the infinity pool is amazing, with an expansive view of the ocean. There are also plenty of deck chairs and spots for you to work on your tan. Would have been great if there was a sauna/steam room. In terms of location, it is pretty much unbeatable as it is located right in front of the beach, in central Pattaya. The hotel co-located directly above the huge Central shopping mall, so it is very convenient. All in all, I had an excellent stay and I will highly recommend Hilton to anyone who is visiting Pattaya!

We are a couple from Bangkok and Hilton Pattaya is our preferred destination to make a quick escape from work and relax. The road to pattaya is great and only takes 2.5 hours to get there and the hotel location is super convinient situated right above Central mall on the beach road. The breakfast facilities, lounge overlooking the ocean, swimming pool are all great and not too crowded for us to enjoy a quiet afternoon. The rooms are spacious and clean and with great views of the sea (recommend 20th floor and above). The only complain i have is that there is no "free" in room breakfast option which other 5 star resorts offer. I paid for the room with breakfast but was unable to have it served to my room without costing a full breakfast fee. This service needs to be included when guests are paying for rooms inclusive of breakfast in my opinion. Overall we had a great relaxing stay.

This hotel is very high end with excellent service .. we have been impressed with the rooftop bar and did the pool for a couple mourning with drinks !! It’s a pretty awesome place and I will come again .. the room is relaxing the bed top quality and the cleanliness is spot on.. we will try the food as well but can’t comment on food quality as yet .. I am not a big Hilton or any other brand fan but I have been impressed enough to book a 2 week stay here in August and I’m a a budget kind of guy …, oh yeah the high end mall is here too with lots of shopping and food options and AC if you get overheated by me ‘nn

The hotel room is very clean and has plenty of space. Great location right overlooking the beach front. Super convenient shopping mall attached to the same building, and everything from fine dining at the rooftop bar to street food available along the road outside. Staff are all super friendly and helpful, even the cleaning staff say hello as you pass. The only bad point is that you strangely cannot close the door to the toilet fully, so there's always a gap. Also it is a shared sliding door with the shower which is odd... beyond that, really good overall aesthetically and very relaxing.

Great Choice & location ”
The staff make you feel extremely welcome. Mic, the chief in the Edge restaurant was a pleasure to talk with & he brought us extras from the kitchen that made the breakfast special. The rooms are well appointed, clean & super comfortable. The pool at the lobby level is the only one the hotel has to offer; it's small but well laid out with a great view & is quite popular. We will be back.

This hotel really impressed me, I feel special and treated well. Delicious and various buffet breakfast. The location is really perfect, as it is the best view of pattaya beach. The room and bathtub is perfect as well. I went to 2 more five stars hotel in this trip and they didn't impress me as much as this hotel. Come back for sure!

Best hotel in pattaya, The location cannot be anymore perfect as it is attached to central the best shopping center in the area. Out the front of the hotel is the beach where there are motorbikes and trolley services available to take you anywhere in the city. The pool and restaurts are some of the nicest in Thailand

Was there for Creamfield Party. The hotel was perfect. Perfect view of the coast line. with a outdoor jacuzzi. Clean. HDL . Aircon food court. Shopping mall just below the hotel. The lounge serves awesome pad krapow too.

Have been to Pattaya twice now and have stayed in 3 different hotels. I must say Hilton Pattaya is exceptionally good and convenient for a traveller. Opposite to the beach, above a shopping mall, near all the famous restaurants and massage parlours. Had a great time. The rooms have exceptional view.

Wonderful hotel with great service. Really nice view and convenient location. Staff is very helpful but since the hotel is quite big, it can take a while to get the requested items. Room is very practical and flexible. Parking a little hard to find because it is in a shopping mall.

The hotel is beautiful! I love the design and decoration. The breakfast restaurant has great sea view. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. One thing which can be improved is checking in. The queue is pretty long and we waited for a while.

The staff are very kind, in the first night we had a problem and they resolved immediately and for to say sorry they offer us a dish of fruit. The after tea is very yummy and also the cake are yummy and cheap, more than Europe.
