Probably one of the best value for money hotels in this area. Paid 120k dong for a night in a private room with shared bathroom. Bathroom not the cleanest, staff not very professional, don't speak English - I don't recommend this place to picky travellers

Okay, good value for money!”
Other than being called at 9am by the receptionist being asked what time we would check out - the stay was OK. The rooms aren’t the nicest but for so cheap we didn’t expect much. The location is good, right near the beach and lots of other stuff in Nha Trang.

rooms have no ventilation and smell bad. it was not possible to open the window. air extractor in the bathroom did not work. hot water did not work.

- Gần biển, nhân viên thân thiện - Near the beach, friendly staff -海に近く、店員が優しいー 靠近海滩，友好的工作人员 - Khách sạn khó tìm - Hard to find the hotel- ホテルを見つけるのが難しい- 很难找到酒店 - Phòng dơ, nhiều dán, phòng quạt, nóng, phòng kế cục nóng nên mở cửa sổ ra càng nóng thêm - The room is dirty, alot of cockroach, room with fan but, there is air conditioner heater next to the window, so it is super hot when we open the window. -部屋がとても汚くて、蜚蠊が一杯だ、ファンだけあるけど、窓の隣に エアコンヒーターがあるから、とても暑いです - 房间很脏, 有很多蟑螂, 但是窗户旁边有一个空调加热器，所以当你打开窗户时它很热. - Nhà vệ sinh chung, không ai dọn dẹp, rất dơ - toilet share, nobody cleans it, very dirty. トイレ共有, 掃除されていないので汚いです- 共用厕所 -它很脏，因为它没有清洁.

Here's the facts”
The place is actually quite decent for the price but the AC didn't work neither did the fan and it was the back room so it got really hot. To be fair when mentioned they offered a different room without charge. There's too many available options at the moment (2020.03.09) so I wouldn't recommend it but if everything is booked this is definitely a decent option.

Location is inside small pathway....very difficult to locate. Aircon not working that time and rooms are not cleaned.

Makes me feel unclean”
Very old beds, when the sheets pulled off the side in the night it showed that they mattress had mould on it. Tiny, unclean, no external window, they dont provide towels for your use.

Good place”
The hotel is new, clean, nice and centrally located. However, the staff cannot really speak English and they tried to con me into paying for a more expensive room. They said the economic room was fully booked and that have to get the more expensive room. Well, that was a lie. So I just checked-out. Yes, the hotel itself is nice and priced fair....but know that they could try to get more money from you somehow.

One night stop over”
Cheap room for a one night stop over. Very comfortable bed, okay size, clean room however lots of ants. Good location for restaurants and to walk around Nha Trang, room very small though so might not want to stay more than a couple of nights if there is two of you.

Good budget hotel. ”
I booked a stanard double. Small room so only suitable if you don't have much luggage. Aircon, TV, fan and hot water all worked fine. Hotel closes door at midnight, which is ok for anyone not going out partying / dinking. My room was only 337,000VND for 2 nights. Great value if you want a cheap stay. Just 3 minute walk to the beach.

Not bad for cheapest private room we could find on Agoda”
Location is excellent, about 5 minutes to beach, don't need to walk more than 10 minutes to find pretty much anything you are looking for. Room is small, but the picture was clear on Agoda, so as expected. Strong negatives: - room stinks. Absolutely rank when we entered, though we adjusted to the smell. There is no access to outside from room, no way to air it out, so smell of something rotting sticks. - hotel is locked up at night, my partner almost got locked out, the guard was mostly asleep and didn't notice him trying to get in. Thankfully, the gate is also shoddy, and my partner got it open as he was shaking it to get guard's attention - the hallways can be really noisy with large families staying here, no sound insulation - the smoke from other room's cigarette smokers spreads everywhere We are moving to a hotel in same location, for a few bucks more we will get a pool.

Slightly weird stay”
To start with, staff doesn't speak good English, but they are making an effort, using Translators, that's really appreciated. The rooms are clean, but the shared bathroom is not. It was small, had unpleasant smell and was dirty. In the middle of the day staff tried to change our room (downgrade) for some reason, were saying something about budget room that we've booked, but honestly, the room was budget enough (no AC, no window, small bed, not spacious enough,). We stayed there in the end, but if THAT's not budget, we don't know what it. So just be aware of what you're getting for the price you pay. The transportation services offered by hotel are expensive and we found much better prices for bus services on the main street on the way to the beach . Furthermore we arrived with a night bus there, waited for 5 hours for check in. The hotel wasn't full, the cleaner started her duty at 10 am, but it was translated "exactly 12 am", when we asked about the possibility for earlier check-in. And they waited looking at the clock for the exact minute. That was weird and no effort made for earlier check-in. The location is at the far end of the town, but it's 5 min walk to the beach.

Budget place”
Well, because of TET the only available room was a budget one. Which was clean but very tiny and has no window. There was a problem with a common shower, flood all over, however thanks to the management, we were discounted and refunded a little bit of amount for inconvenience. Because of TET the price for budget room was quite big. The staff was helpful.

The hotel is located in a good area. The budget rooms are extremely small and without external windows, so invest a few extra USD in a bigger room. Beds are very comfortable (good mattress). It is still a very god value We had a few confusions with staff but it was sorted in the end. As long as you stand for yourself. I would recommend it anyway.

Don't book the room with just fan and o AC, is impossible to sleep and the shared toilet is dirty. We didn't realised that detail until we got there (our mistake). The rooms with AC are small as well but have a private toilet and are slightly cleaner. We asked to change the room and the staff was really friendly. Basically you got what you pay for (the rooms are super cheap),but cleanliness shouldn't be related with price. Again the staff is amazing

Value of money”
Not the cheapest but the cleanest at that rate range. Nice staff, nice matress and towel. Though our room was on the fourth floor without private bathroom but it was comfortable enough. Highly recommended.
