Brand new hotel in new town quarter”

The hotel is brand new in a newly developed area of Ninh Binh. Big rooms, big restaurant, conference facilities. A bit Far out from town centre. No further comments

Lovely hotel”

This Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was modern, clean and our room was huge. Although not close to the central business district as a walk it is close enough by taxi or scooter. Unfortunately communication was a problem here in this Ninh Binh hotel. English is very limited but the usual hand signals and some words got us through

Excellent Staff”

I had mentioned that is was my girlfriends birthday and that's why we were coming to stay at their hotel. I only mentioned this so they would give us a double bed instead of a twin. When we arrived everyone at the front desk wished my girlfriend a happy birthday and when we got to our room there was a birthday card and a rose on the bed. In my opinion the staff went out of their way to make our stay there excellent. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Their staff are awesome!!!”

The facility of the hotel is okay. But the staff are all perfect!! This is the first time we traveled in Vietnam. The hotel not only privide a free pick-up service in Nien Bien center to Hotel, but also give us appropriate suggestion to solve our traffic issue with very patient and nice attitude. We all have a wonderful time in Nien Bien because of their sweet service! Thank you!

Modern hotel located on outskirts of town”

This new hotel is a located on the outskirts of town and is opposite electricity transformers. The staff did not speak much english but did their best to assist. The breakfast buffet did not really cater for westerners. Rooms were a good size.

Pleasant and comfortable stay,”

Relaxing and stress free! We had a lovely stay here and the staff were so very friendly and helpful with everything. The buffet breakfast was lovely and we had two out of three evening meals in the hotel restaurant.

Comfortable but a little out of the way”

The hotel itself was good value for money and standard was reflective of the price paid. But as a tourist we probably should have stayed nearer to Tam Coc where there were more restaurants. However we ate in the hotel and their meals were reasonably priced.

Under construction and far from city”

This hotel is far away from the city center, is still being built, with all the associated noises and dirt, and, shockingly, the staff are not at all reliable. We wanted to rent a scooter, and the guy told us that it was 30 $ per day with full tank!!!! We asked him how far away was the city center, he said '20 km, and a taxi might be 20 $', which after some Google Maps turned out to be completely false! We discussed and got a decent price, but I was amazed when I saw that such a hotel (4 stars, high prices) tried to throw scams upon us. I'd never come back.

Good hotel with international experience”

Good hotel, clean, English partially speaking. Next time I will stay here again. Not far to tourist attractions like Tam Coc etc.
