Friendly staff and cute hotel on the hill”

Our taxi driver said we shouldn't go there, but it was such a cute hotel. The staff didn't speak English, but we were able to understand eachother. We booked a day tour there, and the tour was so good (probably better than other companies, because you don't see the most tourist things. Green travel is it called). The bed was a bit hard, but it was okay. The only thing was that we forgot to bring our luggage downstairs and we had to pay for another night, but we didn't sleep there (which sucked). They booked a bus for us and let it even come to the hotel, which was such a good deal.

Phục vụ tệ”

- Ưu: sạch sẽ, rộng rãi - Nhược: Phòng k có sẵn nươc lọc mà phải xuống lễ tân lấy, bình nóng lạnh chỉ khi khách yêu cầu mới bật công tắc tổng, có khi khách tắm xong đi chơi về đã lại thấy tắt. Điện hay bị nhảy atomat. Phòng đôi 2 giường nhưng cũng chỉ có 1 khăn tắm rất bất tiện. Một điều nữa là tôi khuyên bạn nào nếu đặt phòng ks này trên agoda thì hãy tốt nhất hãy chọn phòng có thể thanh toán trước. Bởi nếu bạn chỉ đătj phòng trên agoda và thanh toán tại ks thì trong trường hợp giá bạn đặt trên agoda thấp hơn giá niêm yết của ks, ks sẽ k chấp nhận và yêu cầu thanh toán bằng giá tại ks. Điều này thực sự rất khó chịu! Có giải thích thì chủ ks cũng k chịu nghe k chịu hiểu. Lúc đặt phòng thì kêu sẽ lấy băng giá như agoda (vì tôi có gọi điện đặt thêm phòng do trên agoda k đủ), đến nơi lại yêu cầu trả bằng giá tại ks. Nói 1 đằng làm 1 nẻo.
