Beautiful hidden gem”
My mom and I stayed here for four nights for a mother daughter trip and it was a perfect stay surrounded by lots of green and relaxing, quaint vibes. The location is about 50-60 mins away from Da Nang Airport. There was a shuttle from the hotel to the beach and also to the ancient town which was useful and we were able to hire a private driver for a day to see the main attractions in Da Nang. Anh from the front was very kind and went out of her way to introduce herself and welcome us during our stay. Anh was very accommodating and set us up for drivers, activities etc. Anh also teaches a wonderful yoga class which was a great way for us to start our day! Van from the restaurant was very sweet and always made time to chat with us whenever she saw us. She also helped with setting up a cooking class around our schedule. Anh & Van both made our stay extra pleasant with always having wonderful smiles on their faces, while being very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

We travelled here at the end of Dec with my family including three kids and had an excellent stay! The staff are spectacular at caring to every detail, the pool is amazing, the beds are huge and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this resort. Plus the hotel offers a shuttle to Old Town and the beach which is a plus.

Great value for money, lovely rooms and fixtures, wonderful staff and a quiet location by the rice paddies with convenient shuttle bus to the old town. Really really awesome breakfast spread, lovely pool, amazing spa which I want to go back now! We also had lunch and cooking class there and both were of great quality and value. Highly recommend and would definitely return again!

The best resort in Hoi An with the best manager”
I stayed here for 2 nights. It was the first trip with my mom. So I was concerned about room condition and service of a hotel very much. Ancient house village has a beautiful garden and very cozy and clean bedroom. We are really satisfied. One day, I and my mom waited the hotel shuttle bus nearby the acient town but we couldn't find the bus stop. we thought that we waited at the right address on the map the hotel gave us. But we missed the bus. We came back to the resort by Grab and asked about the suttle bus. And it was found to be our misunderstading. But the staff kindly checked and explained all situation. Plus, she suggested that they will help us to move to the another hotel on the next day. (We booked another hotel in Hoi An for 2 more nights) Especially, the manager Anh (I think she is the general manager of Acient house resort) checked our schedule every single morning and suggested good ways to enjoy our trip. She also knew about our situation(the shuttle bus episode) As if she was my sister, she felt sorry for me. I could feel her sincerity and I was very impressed about it. Also, I was really grateful to Anh. I hope she would have happy days and be healthy! Plus, every staff of the Acient house resort was very kind. And the chef of restaruant have a great skill. If I come to visit Hoi An again, I will definitely book Acient house village. Thank you! It is the first time I write the comment in Agora this long! Lol Thanks from Korea!

Absolutely beautiful resort with beautiful rooms and facilities, it was truly a delight to walk through the resort to all the facilities. Enormous sized pool to cool off and relax with poolside service. Excellent breakfast with a big range of choices, I was so excited to finally have some waffles after staying at 2 other places without them. Free shuttle service to and from An Bang Beach and Old Town numerous times a day. Super friendly and helpful staff, they really couldn’t do enough to help and make sure your stay is a pleasure. I really enjoyed relaxing on our massive balcony area with a drink to wind down at the end of the day. Mini mart at the front of the resort with snacks, drinks etc. My partner organised with the staff for flowers and cake for my birthday at no extra charge, it made my day! We (my 3 children and me) had booked one night in this hotel, coming from a first one downtown and intending to spend another 2 nights in a 3rd hotel closer to the beach. After half a day, we cancelled the last hotel and decided to finish our stay here. What more to ask? Great rooms, spacious, very nice staff, nice pools. The location is slightly remote, but they provide the bikes, you can easily rent a motorbike, there is a shuttle bus for the city, also quick and easy by taxi. The price was like the hotel, great! I could complain about the rooster in the morning - which has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, but even that was handled nicely by the staff, asking us every morning about our night and trying to find ways to make us happy. Loved it!

Really relaxing time”
Our friends recommended the hotel for us and they really praised it so we had high expectations. And we were not dissapointed at all. The staff was very nice and really did their best to fulfill our request. For example Ms Ahn really helped to organize a special cooking class for my wife. We also were pleased with some small thoughtful complementary gifts we received during our stay. The SPA was also very nice with professional staff. Not sure how is the pricing compering the other places, but it was really nice that after the treatments you had a short walk to your room. We really appreciated having the SPA in the hotel. Good shuttle bus arrangement to Hoi An and to the beach, even thou we used also the free bikes from the hotel as both are not so far from the hotel.

It was my first time to stay in resort and I love it:-) Room was very clean and staff was very kind. I highly recommend this resort! I think it’s better than some other 5 stars hotel. I really enjoyed room service at the first time, but when I ordered beef burger again, the bun was very chewy:( It’s a bit far from ancient town and beach, but it didn’t matter. Cuz they offer free shuttle and it’s not that expensive take taxi(about 5-60,000 vnd)

It was very wonderful time”
This hotel is first stop on Danang. I went there worried, but the accommodation was better than I thought. I arrived early, but I was able to check in early. The staff were very kind. The hotel feels like a pretty vietnamese house with a garden. Although the soundproof is not good, the hotel guest and the hotel were generally quiet, so we were able to stay comfortably without any loud noise. The size of the room is large and I did not feel any inconvenience. The food was quite delicious and the breakfast was not much, but overall it was delicious. The coffee tastes great, too. The swimming pool is small, but it is quiet and comfortable. It's far from downtown, but it didn't matter at all if I took the shuttle bus, so I was able to relax quietly. When I checked out, they picked up my taxi, but it was cheaper than my reservation. I hope to visit this place again and I would like to recommend it to my friend.

Retreat hotel with a lot of charm”
We wanted to be protected from the crazyness of Hoi An city, and we were not disapointed. The rooms were charming, vast and beautiful. The hotel is very nice to walk around, in the middle of the rice fields. You are not near Hoi An though, be aware! The swimming pool is nice, with a lot of sun loungers. The local food of the restaurant was good, and the staff very patient to explain us each ingredient. The breakfast was ok.
