Good all round although the internet connection on some floors was intermittent. Reception staff were excellent - Thank you Kim and Kelly and all the other staff were polite and friendly .Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good. The pool is clean but is actually green and appears blue at night due to the underwater lights. You are about 3-400 metres from the main street in the town. Definitely would be happy to stay there again

We came for a week but stayed for a month. Now that says something... The hotel is great, the staff are wonderful and be sure to include the breakfast buffet. You can roll the dice with another hotel or take my word for it and stay here. You will be glad you did, the old town is great but it's even better to be able to retreat to a wonderful hotel. P.S. The spa was very nice as well. Enjoy your stay...

Amazing stay! Great value for money”
We stayed 2 nights at Hoi An Central Boutique and it was a great experience. The room was very spacious, clean, well decorated and with a hugeee bath tub! The breakfast has Asian and Western options and the staff was lovely! Highly recommend this place

Best hotel! ”
We were a group of 3 so we added an extra bed to a 2 single bed room. The hotel room was beautiful with view of the pool. Pros: service by staff was amazing! The manager provided us with recommendations of local eateries and activities to do. We also made use of the facilities such as pool and treated ourselves to massages at the spa. Cons: 13 minutes walk to the market but hotel provides free cycling bikes! Thanks for an amazing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quiet and close to main attraction”
Had a great experience at Hoi An Central Boutique. Room was clean and well maintained, stuff was very helpful, in particular CoCo Joy, she took her time going through all the details and making sure she will answer to all of your questions.

Great location and wonderful staff who were kind and thoughtful. The spa had higher prices than other places but it was a comfortable and convenient experience. Breakfast was good but the options remained the same everyday so can be a little repetitive.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast has varieties and some items change so if you stay more than two nights, you wont be bored with the breakfast items. Room is big and clean. Very quiet. Beds comfy. Very good location.

Good location, great service”
The hotel is just 1 km from old town. They provide taxis and electric bus for commute and also help with day tours. The staff is super helpful. The receptionists - Winter and Joy were an absolute delight to speak to! Their recommendations were on point for day tours as well as exploring the town. The spa is good too!

Nice hotel with great pool”
This was our pleasure trip to Vietnam. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff + the welcome drink. We stayed 1 night in Deluxe room with pool view. Room was clean and very comfortable, we have our breakfast in the hotel and the foods was delicious with various choices. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The hotel was about 500 meters aways to Hoi An Old Town. The scenery in Hoi An old town was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a beautiful environment. We would like to thanks the supervisor name Joy who have given greatest service when we have arrived even having our breakfast in the hotel at level one. She spoke good English too. Overall: Highly recommended. 👍 Thank you Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel and Spa arranged high floor during our stayed and without doubt one of the favorite hotels during my time in Hoi An. Amazing experience and I would definitely come back again!

Absolutely Amazing!”
The staff was absolutely amazing and it was just the beginning. Our room was lovely and the facilities well kept, clean, and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, from my foodie loving husband to my picky toddler. The spa services available and the pool were icing on the cake. We were greeted everyday and the staff always inquired about our stay and if they could be of assistance. It is a perfect walking distance to the pedestrian areas and the available bikes were great, even had a toddler seat for us to use. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others heading to Hoi An.

There was not one negative at this hotel. Rooms large and very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and location not right in the throng of it but not too far away to be too far away. What made this hotel were the staff. From Hai on reception to the breakfast staff and the house keeping girls ..... just wonderful. Then there was "Joy " an asset to this hotel. She went the extra mile every day to make you welcome and happy. Thank you. Do yourself a favour and stay at this hotel.

Great even at this time”
We were the only guests in the entire hotel due to the pandemic and being there on a monday. We were blown away by how great our stay was. The hotel must have very high standards during regular travel seasons, and they were not dropped at all during this unfortunate time. The staff went above and beyond for us. The buffet was unavailable obviously, but the replacement al la carte was the best meal we had on our trip. As someone who has been to Hoi An more than a dozen times, this was impressive. Everything else was excellent. We would give 6 stars if I could

We just finished a 4 night stay at the hotel and we couldn't be happier! I was so glad with our choice of this hotel as it was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was ideal, the breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the staff were incredible. They were all so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel so close to the old town makes it so convenient. Go for it, you won't be disappointed!

i and my bf just stayed one night but we totally love it. The staff here super friendly, specially Joy. We got a pool view room and it immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect with a beautiful bathtub. Highly recommend for any traveler

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff”
First of all, the airport transfer from the hotel was great - safe smooth driver. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and especially the spa staff, altho there were 3 of us using the 1-for-1 offer, offered to give the 3rd person a 50% discount. The family 2-BR we booked overlooked the Main Street but totally not noisy as the balcony has double glazing. The 2 bathrooms were great however, the extractor fan in our room did not work. Breakfast was alright, no big wow factor. Hotel is away from the main ancient town which we like as it's away from the crowd and we welcome the 10 mins walk back especially after dinner. The single beds were in fact large single which we love.
