Nice villa with a lot of green n pool. Room is huge. Only at the night from entrance to the villa is dark,they should turn on some light.

We have stayed here twice now as we love it so much. This time the owner has added a beautiful Koi Carp fish pond - absolutely huge with waterfalls - absolutely beautiful. The rooms are huge, kept very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is great, there are bikes for free use, though I must admit some of the could do with a bit of maintenance. There is a super restaurant just opposite the hotel if you don't fancy the walk into town. We will be back

This place is a gem. Comfortable, clean rooms, helpful front staff, and a great location to explore HoiAn. The pool is nice, and there are a couple delicious restaurants right across the street. The value for your money here woukd be tough to beat in Hoi An.

Lovely boutique hotel”
To start , it was quite , due to the caronavirus . The rooms are all a good size , the pool was big for that size hotel , and the grounds were filled with fantastic gardens and bonsai plants etc. We stayed in the top floor , facing the pool , the balcony is a good size , and they all have morning sun 😁 ,we were after a ground floor , but being close to the pool ,privacy could be a bit of an issue , so 1st ,then 2nd level👍. Breakfast was ok, pool bar was good , happy hour all day, but they may have been to circumstances . We used the free bikes everyday as it’s only a easy 5 minute ride into the touristy old quarter / restaurant / market area , with bike locks provided , or else there is a restaurant across the road on the river , which we used a lot , with a little mini mart next door . Not sure if there would be enough bikes ,or sun lounges , if the place was full. PS .. forgot to mention how helpful the staff were 👍👍👍 Overall it was great for the price and will recommend it

Hoi An Adventure”
A fabulous place to stay! Don't expect 5 star but then you're not paying the price for 5 star. There were a few minor issues but nothing that impacted our comfort. The staff are great, the breakfast very good with custom made omeletes a bonus, but the best of all was the very spacious room with very comfortable bed. The outdoor pool was superb! We're already planning our next trip! Thank you Emotion Villa for an awesome holiday!! Jenny & De Wet from New Zealand.

Good value for your money!”
Couple of negative things- free breakfast isn’t great and the coffee is downright awful. Never have enough towels for pool side, but you just have to ask. Room is nice and spacious. Bathroom is huge. A bit slippery when showering, because the floor is all tile. Would recommend this hotel- it’s a decent walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
