Our stay at Ivy Hotel was perfect”
Our stay at the Ivy Hotel was perfect. It is located right next to the ancient town, it was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. We stayed there 4 nights and we will definitely stay here again. The staff helped us book a driver to Hue and even assisted us in getting an item we left at another hotel. They really went above and beyond. The breakfast is good and the rooms were spacious and very clean. We loved this hotel.

Fantastic location ”
Located right by the main attractions, just a short walk into the hub of old town Hoi An. Very clean, good breakfast, great coffee! Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Restaurants, taxis, ATMs, night market, everything close by and convenient!

Best location with reasonable price”
Nice hotel, still new. Located right next to the ancient town, you can walk there by a couple of minutes. They also have free bicycles to ride. Highly recommended!!

Good Hotel Good Location”
Pros:- Located right by the main attractions, just a short walk to the Japanese bridge. The hotel owner/ staff was incredibly helpful- they offered day tour with instant confirmation/ private charter car with affordable price. Cons:- Breakfast choice is limited. However, we can easily walk to the ancient town for breakfast.

we stayd 2 nights. Breakfast was nice for additional 70 000 VND/pax. Staff very helpful. We used laudry servise for 50 000 VND per kg. Location is grat, five min from Japanese bridge. Pitty they dont have a pool

More like a 3 star guesthouse”
This hotel is more like a 3 stars guesthouse to me. Room size is average. It's a little bit outdated. No safe in room. No elevator. However location is perfect as it is approximately 100m away from old town and night market. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Hence we booked it for its location.

Good location but they dint care of my request since I know there is no elevator but they give me3 floor room. In fact they thought I want 4 floor room , I sent request for2 floor. Bathroom smell unpleasant and cleaners thrower away of some bag that i need to keep my things Just like location and free bicycle ride

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff and great location”
My wife and I spent 6 nights at Ivy Hotel in September 2018. Our accommodations were very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was great, assisting us with transportation to and from the hotel, making reservations for a tour, changing rooms for us when my wife wanted a bigger room, and just being so nice with daily greetings and offers of assistance. The location is also very nice, a very short stroll to the old city from the very edge of the old city. We found it simple to walk to restaurants and shops day and night. The hotel recommended a tailor who made my wife a lovely gown for a New Orleans ball and recommended a massage place just down the street where we received wonderful massages and received a discount for the referral. Air conditioning was excellent, the internet connection was solid -- both are high on our list of needs.

Great location! Cozy and comfortable stay”
We stayed at Ivy hotel for 2 nights, the location is great, walking within few mins to souvenir shops those located outer area of ancient city, within 10mins we reached the center of ancient city! Walk 10 mins to night market, and there are many spy/massage places around our hotel. The hotel is small n no lift, you may pick low level if travel with senior. Our rooms were clean and decent, breakfast are good too. The staffs were very helpful with smile, we felt so welcome, it is very worth for the price and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Near to the Ancient Town”
The room was so big and clean. I went there with my friend and booked for 2 single bed. But we got the the special room which is 3 queen beds. Our room was the highest floor which is 4th floor and there is no elevator provided since it is an ancient town :) . But for sure their staff will help to carry on our luggage. Other than that, we rent bicycles from this hotel to go around Hoi an. The price is only 1usd`/bicycle. You can use it for the whole day. It was great and super fun. Besides, the staff also friendly and feel free to ask anything.

Exceptional”
This simple great tiny hotel is great as it is near the old quarter, so easy to walk to and from. Our room had modern furnishings and a modern washroom so a plus. AC works perfectly and fast. YOU NEED a Fast cooling AC after walking under hoi an's heat. Breakfast buffet was ok. Limited choices but you always can choose to eat out. Staff was very helpful , friendly and can speak good English. CON: They take visa but have to charge additional 3% from the total. I think its bank processing. so better pay in cash. The Bikes which are for rent are unsafe. no bells, seats are uncomfortable, pedals croked and no locks and helmets provided. and In hoi an you need those , cause its crazy due to how people drive there.

Amazing stay at Hoi An at the beautiful Ivy Hotel”
We really loved our stay at Ivy Hotel. Employees are always ready to help, specially Lisa that speaks an amazing french language. The rooms are clean, beautiful and from our balcony, we saw wonderful sunrises. I really recommend this hotel if you want to be 2 minutes walk from old town. We will come back for sure.

Nice Hotel, Good Loction and Nice Staff”
We was stay in Hoi An for 2 Nights,the Hotel Staff very nice and polite, nice Breakfast, room was clean only Wifi very weak everything all good . It very good Location and very close to Hoi An Ancient, the hotel don't have Elevator so people aware don't bring a Big Luggage maybe carry to up stairs everything all good.
