The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We have some issues with the booking of the rooms and they could help us resolved it quickly together with Agoda staff. We would especially like to thank Bina. She is helpful and sincere and has provided us with exceptional service She has made our stay there a comfortable and pleasant one. She has helped us made booking for transfer to varies places and texted us to see if we were properly taken care. She has also helped us booked a transfer to the airport though we have already left Hoi An and were staying in Da Nang. The location of the hotel is walking distance to the Ancient Town and the night market. The rooms are big and clean. We have enjoyed the pool there. The breakfast spread are good too. We all love their bread :) The only down side is: Our rooms were a corner unit on the ground floor (with no pool view) when I have paid for a room that is pool view. Suggestions: Please make sure the rooms are actually pool view without the trees blocking before making the guest opt for it or pay for it.

The hotel is 10 minute walk to the night market. Large rooms and bathrooms great shower and very comfortable bed. Everywhere is very clean excellent staff throughout the hotel. Nice pool but lots of children with lots of toys and this was low season. We escaped to the smaller pool which was excellent nice and quiet. Shuttle bus goes to the beach 3 times per day and is free. Dropped off at nice restaurant with sun beds on the beach free for hotel guests. Breakfast could have been a bit better same most days that’s ok if only staying a couple of nights but if longer it needs a little more variety.

Hoi An Sil Marina Resort & Spa has a 4 star rating, but the warmth and friendliness of the staff can not be expressed in stars. Super staff that is immediately ready for you and wants to serve you the best. The hotel has really spacious rooms with one or two large good beds and there is also room for two chairs with a coffee table and a desk with chair. The rooms have a good bathroom. An improvement of the bathroom is more lighting. The hotel has also more various rooms and villa’s. Breakfast is excellent. The large swimming pool and the great garden (adjusting the river with a fantastic sunset) is definitely a plus for the hotel. More sunbeds in the sun, use a part of the garden, is an advice. Free hotel bicycles for bicycling to Hoi An and in the area. Its also easy to walk to Hoi An (10 minutes). Overall the hotel is a great choise.

A little bit of luxury in Hoi An”
The location is great, making it easy to walk around the old town. There’s a great pool, pool bar, breakfast and the rooms are very comfortable. The pillows are amazing!!! The hospitality is spot on and very attentive... there’s two great guys you will need to look out for at the pool bar, Minh and Trung, as they make a good cocktail and are up for a chat.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to the Old town. Very spacious facilities. Swim up bar was great to cool down too in the evenings. Buffet breakfast was great as well. Rooms were spacious and clean. We wish we coukd have stayed longer. We will be back.

The room is super clean and provided with all needed amenities. The pool water is also crystal clear. The receptionist will help you with all your needs as she speak perfect English. Unfortunately, the hotel spa and restaurant are closed due to COVID but they will provide you with free but delicous authentic Vietnamese breakfast buffet.

Nothing really to complain about- hotel was clean and comfy we had a suite which was more than comfortable with a veranda over looking the pool and river. Breakfast had a large selection of food and staff very friendly - would recommend to stay at this hotel

We really enjoyed our stay the staff were super helpful the hotel is very clean and in a great spot to enjoy old town and yet be only a stroll to a quieter experience which we enjoyed whilst staying at Silk Marina. Second time and it’s still perfect ”
All the staff are great, very helpful. The rooms huge and nicely set out. The pool was always busy but there is always some where to sit. Bar staff were great at making cocktails. The free shuttle to the beach and beach club is always the best way to spend 4 hours. We all love everything about Silk Marina Resort and if I ever come back I will stay here for the 3rd time

This is our third stay at this hotel over a seven year period. The facilities have greatly improved since our initial stay. On our most recent stay we had a problem with the room which (noisy family of 5+ above) and we were quickly transferred to a more quiet and better room. Our stay was excellent. The staff particularly in the dining room were excellent. Take advantage of the generous happy hour if you like a drink.

First off, the location is perfect if you’re visiting Hoi An and want a place that’s walkable to night markets and old town. On top of the location, the reception staff were stellar and so helpful particularly in helping us track down missing airport luggage. We are so grateful for their helpfulness and kindness. This hotel is very lively due to the pool being in the center. This creates are very nice and busy atmosphere day and night when relaxing on the balcony. Definitely staying here again when in Hoi An.

A great place to stay in Hoi An”
This hotel is very conveniently located near Hoi An Old Town, about a five minute walk at most, so ideal for tourists wanting easy walking access to all the local attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff were very polite and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. We were upgraded to a suite with a river/pool view, which was excellent (large balcony). The bed was enormous (felt larger than a King) and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and very clean. We had room service on one occasion when we had overdosed on Vietnamese food, ordering pizza and chips, which were surprisingly good. The mini bar prices were very reasonable (these are usually very over priced). We ate at the hotel restaurant on one occasion and the food was very good, as was the service. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when we return to Hoi An next time.

Super clean and comfortable, amazing staff, good breakfast buffet and fantastic location close to Ancient Town. My husband and I took my parents here who are in their late 60's. They loved it. Spa was amazing too.
