Excellent Hotel”
No problem recommending this hotel with this being a return visit for me. The staff are ultra friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool and spa facilities. Rooms are very clean, the bathroom is well equipped, coffee and tea making facilities provided etc along with two bottles of water. WiFi throughout the hotel is very reliable. They do provide a computer in the room both mine mine and my friends were faulty including the substitute laptop. I think it would be better if they just concentrated a couple of PC stations in the lobby for those who do not have their own devices, that way they can ensure they are always working. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the town and the beach. Buffet breakfast is excellent plenty to eat even for myself as I am vegan I still found enough to eat. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and when I return to Hoi An will use it again.

Wonderful Hotel”
Our family had a wonderful stay a Sincerity hotel. The staff are so kind and friendly and really go out of their way to help. The room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds and nice clean bathroom. Pool was great too. It actually was bigger than pictures suggest and nice and deep (1.8m at the deep end). Breakfast buffet was also great. Nice selection of high quality food, fruit in particular was very impressive. Also impressed that they continuously refill all the buffet foods right up until the end of breakfast time so no disappointment in missing out. Finally the location is great too. Located in a nice quiet area away from noisy traffic and the hustle and bustle but still close enough to the old town or beach not to be inconvenient. Free hotel bicycle use was also good for exploring the area. Highly recommended and would stay again if returning in the future. Special thanks to staff members Flora and Phoebe for their friendliness and help during our stay.

Excellent stay in Hoi An”
We stayed at Sincerity Hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a quiet spot 20 minutes by walking to Hoi An city centre. Free transfers are available from and to the city and beach every hour which was great. They treated us with a welcome drink upon arrival. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, always taking care of our needs. Breakfast was really good with a wide range of food in the buffet and additional cooked dishes available. The receptionists were very helpful and professional. They arranged for us guided tours with Venus to Marble Mountain and My Son which were great. Also arranged our airport transfer and gave us very useful information and wonderful tips about places to visit in Hoi An. I highly recommend staying in Sincerity Hotel if you visit Hoi An.

Sunny the Lovely Host ”
This hotel makes you feel so welcome as soon as you step into it. The rooms are very spacious and very nice and clean. Everything from the bar to the free morning breakfast was delicious. I had an issue with VietJet Airlines as one of my flights was canceled , I had an issue on calling the airline. The Hotel Host Sunny got involved and called the airlines for me and got me and my family on another plane without a problem. I am forever grateful that she was able to help as there was a miscommunication issue with the airline when I called (English speaker). If I ever return to Hoi An. This would be my hotel of choice. The hotel is a bit further away from old town but you should be able to get GRAB fairly easily and the hotel offers free shuttles on a time frame.

The BEST hotel/resort I stayed till date. - Quiet location - The staff is so welcoming and cheerful, wishing you all the time you pass by. - The rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained. - The bathroom is so nicely cleaned and provided with all basic toileteries. - They give complimentary local fruits also along with tea/coffee. - The swimming pool is also clean and very well maintained. -The hotel provides FREE BICYCLE for renting and also they have timely FREE SHUTTLES to city centre/beach nearby, with umbrellas and towels. - And the MOST IMPORTANT POINT is complimentary breakfast was excellent. There were some VEGETARIAN options already, but the staff members themselves prepared some more SPECIAL VEGETARIAN meals for us. ######## NO FLAWS AT ALL ########

Great choice in Hoi An”
We were so happy with our stay at Hoi An Sincerity Hotel and Spa. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Selena helped us book a tour to My Son (the ruins from Champa kingdom). Phoebe was there to welcome us and always being helpful with suggestions of sights to visit. The hotel is clean and centrally located between An Bang beach and Ancient Town. The hotel offers free shuttle, free bicycles which we fully utilized. And if you choose to walk back to the hotel after a big meal, it's very walkable. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious too. We're very satisfied with our experience at Hoi An Sincerity Hotel & Spa and will stay there next time we visit. Peter & Nancy

We booked a superior room, but they assigned a Junior coz do not have superior room. It was more than expectation with nice balcony with 2 chairs, a big room with a computer but It was not working, but never mind, FO dept are always smile but maybe not take care guest a lot of with any question and do not have any guest's review also. F&B dept are good, breakfast is delicious over I think. Room is clean and good smell. I am so happy and satisfied with hotel. Pool is good, but at night was quite dark, should have some lights to make sure guest can see everywhere around.

Perfect place to stay in Hoi An for solo, couple or families”
The rooms are very spacious and clean. There is a well-equipped gym and a beautiful swimming pool. The staff on the reception are extremely courteous and very helpful. Its located at around 5 mins bicycle ride to the old town. Its a peaceful area with a big walking park just in front of the hotel. The property also offers complimentary bicycles to more around. There is a lady's stall just in front of the hotel, where you can get ur laundry done at a very cheap rate and also rent a motorbike.

The best 5 star hotel in Hoi An ! The rooms are spacious and extra clean, very large pool. The free buffet breakfast is amazing and so much variety. The chef and cook pay special attention to your needs. Everyone there is extremely helpful and En Ri is a super star she makes everything perfect for your stay. Siri helped us take a 2 day trip to Ho Chi Minh taking care of our flights and other tours making everything so easy ! Free and quick shuttle to the beach and old town .

Second stay at this hotel. This is one of the best managed hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms are modern and a decent size. The bathroom is very good with plenty of hot water. Rooms provide all facilities guests need. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Pool is a good size, with loungers, and umbrellas plentiful. Staff are well trained and friendly. They interact with guests during the entire stay and provide a very welcoming environment. They provide timed shuttle to both beach and town (only takes 5 minutes), if you choose not to walk. I highly recommend choosing this hotel, you will not find better in this price range or even higher priced options. I have been to other hotels in HoiAn and this ones is by far the best.

I’ve been coming to this hotel every year since it opened. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and the pool is a great place to relax all day. What really make this place stand out though is the staff. A special mention for staff member En-Ri who went above and beyond to make sure my 4th visit went as smoothly as all the previous times. Perfect place to see Hoi an. A short walk to the old quarter. The staff are fantastic and so helpful. They can book all your tours at really competitive prices; even arrange ones that they don’t normally offer if you request. The pool was great, not too busy at all and plenty of space. Brekkie was tasty too with lots of options. Rooms super clean and everything you need.

Excellent location, staff and facilitiies”
We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and couldn’t fault it. Their location between the beach and Old Town meant it was very quiet. Their shuttle bus makes it very easy to go between the 2 locations. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was located in the sister hotel next door at the Anio Hotel and it was magnificent. The best and most varied of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip. Fruit, pastries, Asian, western, omelettes, fresh squeezed juices, you name it and they had it. I will stay there again next time I go to Hoi An. ,

I strongly recommend this hotel for enjoying vacation at Hoian in Vietnam. Free shuttle bus frequently goes round to a famous market and Anbang beach every day. Some unknown restaurants with specific cuisine are near the hotel, and light blue colored pool inside the hoel attracts many kids to swin and play in the clean water. I think kindness of the staff is highly notable. If introducing my episode, as soon as I left the hotel after having checked it out, I found out that I left my cross-bag on a couch in the hoel with moving to Danang city by taxi served by the hotel. On arriving at a new hoel in Danang city, I requested a manager of the Sincerity hotel send my bag to Danang city. A very kind staff named "Flora" did her best to serve me in order that I got the bag back. I feel really thnakful to her for the helpful care to me. Anyway, I recommend the Sincerity hotel is the best hoel for many travelers to take a trip at Hoian in Vietnam.

Sincerity hotel and its new sister hotel Anio are great. Anio is right next door as is brand new and so beautiful! Sincerity is a bit of an older building but it is clean, comfortable, has everything you need and is great value for your money. All of the staff were so friendly, attentive and very helpful! Harry and Simon were wonderful, thank you for all your help! The breakfast was fantastic, I looked forward to it every morning. I also enjoyed that the location of the hotel was just outside the very busy and noisy ancient town so it was quiet at night and you could sleep well away from the busy streets. But it was only a 5 or so minute taxi ride to get to the ancient town. Very convenient. I would definitely stay again and I recommend it.
