The BEST Stay EVER!”
This is by far the best hotel we stayed at in our whole time in Vietnam! We fell in love with this beautiful town & hotel. This hotel is fantastic in every way: Amazing value for money (and on arrival we were upgraded to a better room just due to availability) and the breakfast had a wide selection for both Asian and western tastes!! The location was perfect as it was just a short, easy 5-7min walk into the ancient town - which is stunning! The cleanliness was impeccable of both our room and public areas. But I think by far, what made this hotel stand out were the staff, especially a receptionist called Ann. All the staff spoke excellent English, were extremely welcoming (first name terms), helpful and personable. She asked us what our rough itinerary was for Hoi An and gave us the best advice to make the most of our stay, with first class recommendations (cafes, bars, sites, restaurants, tailors, tours and activities). There is so much to do. We booked our cookery class through the hotel - with after research on numerous websites, including Trip Advisor, was in the top 3! We were also desperate to visit Marble Mountain, Monkey Mountain and ride the Hai Van Pass but due to the Tet (New Year bank holiday) the tour company was closed. But it was no trouble at all for the hotel to arrange two motorcycle drivers/guides to take us (reasonable price). The hotel had a gorgeous (cold/refreshing) pool, admittedly we did not utilise, however it still provided a picturesque backdrop for breakfast! Plus, laundry was only 50,000vnd per Kg, which we used - highly recommend as the staff even pushed our washing through for us, to ensure we received it before our departure at no extra cost! On departure, Ann, the receptionist arranged our taxi to the train station, at a price which was quoted on the street, no commission added AND to thank us for staying with Hoi An TNT Villa gave us 2 little lanterns to always remember our stay in Hoi An - THE town of lanterns! Excellent place to stay walking distance to old town. ”
We had an excellent time staying at the TNT Hoi An Villa. We were about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the hotel staff especially Yim, were very caring and attentive. We got our laundry done before we left for our next destination and we got our clothes back the same day neatly folded and pressed like brand new clothes. When we arrived at Da Nang airport, it was easy to spot our driver from the hotel as he was holding a sign with our name on it. Before he loaded our luggage in the car, he started the car and told us to get in and enjoy the AC. The TNT was like our home away from home while in Hoi An - clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. We recommend it to anyone!

Clean and Friendly Staff”
I enjoyed my stay at TNT Villa. It's walking distance to the Ancient Town (around 15 min walk) and away from the crowd. Staff are very kind and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. However, breakfast was very simple with not much of variety. There are restaurants close by which is not too expensive compared to the restaurants in the Ancient Town area. I would recommend TNT Villa if you would like to have a quiet place and don't mind the walking distance to the attraction areas.

A magnificent place to stay!”
What fantastic hotel! The bedroom, which was a free upgrade to a suite, was amazing, the bath tub alone made it special! My view from my balcony was of the beautiful pool! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was very nice! The location of the hotel was superb - really really close to the ancient city, a 3min walk and easily accessible by various modes of transport! TNT Villa was that good, I'm already planning my next stay here!

Fantastic place to stay”
I will certainly return to this hotel next time I am in Hoi An as it was great for the price. It was all finished to a very Western standard and the whole hotel feels much more luxiourious than you would expect for the price. The staff were also very helpful and accomodating in organising the booking and transfers. I even booked the wrong dates to stay, which can be difficult to change through agoda, but the receptionist sorted out the whole thinf for me at no extra cost. Breakfast was one of the best I have had for 3 star and it's served until 10 so you can still have a lie in without missing out.

I really liked T&T Villa. The staff was super friendly and really helpful. The breakfast buffet was a nice mix of western breakfast items, Vietnamese dishes, and fresh fruit. The room was clean, and the patio is a nice place to relax. Ill definitely stay there again when I return to Hoi An.

A weekend getaway ”
I have stayed in Hoi An 3 times, and have payed upto $120 used a night for a room. This hotel offer a very similar experience as the more expensive hotels but for a fantastic price. I plan to stay here from now on.

I felt quite comfortable when I stayed there. - Friendly and cozy place. I appreciated the attitude of the receptionist. Although I came to complain about the room service, I felt much better when she said sorry. - Convenient location which is near Hoi An Ancient town (5 minutes on foot) - Good breakfast

Beautiful Hotel with lovely staff and pool”
The hotel looks like a villa, with a beautiful courtyard pool. Facilities immaculate & very well done, rooms have balcony overlooking the pool. Wifi OK. Outstanding staff & great varied breakfast! As someone mentioned, the toilet is in the shower room, so floor gets wet after shower. However, there is a separate bathtub & sink outside the shower room that is always dry. Unfortunately our shower was very, very slow to drain and we reported it, but it was never fixed. Other than that, the room was perfect, nice towels and linens, fabulous cleaning staff, etc. They left water & coffee daily. There are 2 good & reasonable little local restaurants if you go left from the hotel, cross a road, and they are on the right. Sweet staff at both. We stayed 8 nights and the hotel offered us free lunch one day as a courtesy for our long stay. It was delicious, but oddly they charged us afterwards for drinks after offering them up front, incl water. Still a nice gesture We would stay again!

Cheap, good location and spacious”
Nice room, spacious. Modern design and centrally located. Walking distance to Hoi An ancient town and night market. Reception were great and spoke good english. My only complain is that the room's floor was pretty sandy and the shower water takes too long to warm up.
