This hotel has all that I wanted when I pick a hotel. This is my first visit to Vietnam and this hotel blew me away. All the hotel staffs are courteous, friendly, helpful and genuine. They really want us to have the best time in Hanoi. The hotel breakfast was sufficient. The Ala Carte menu was executed well. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We were well informed of where to grab good food and coffee. Very happy with the stay. Will recommend to friends and will return.

The hotel is a cut above the rest of the hotels that my Vietnamese wife and I have stayed in here in Vietnam over the past weeks.. The owners and well trained staff are service oriented. The buffet breakfast is organized and the food is of a higher quality than most hotel buffets. The rooms are clean right down to the air conditioning vents. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I stayed here for a day and were satisfied. We just need to walk to the old town, a bit far but OK. Breakfast was good and staff were super friendly. The room is big and beautiful, sparkling clean and the bed is great.

3 of us stayed there during Christmas 2018 (1 year ago) , we booked 2 rooms. The rooms were pretty spacious, very clean and the interiors were almost brand new. Cleanliness was top notch! better than some 5 stars hotels. The staffs were pretty attentive, always greeting everyone with broad smiles. During my last day before departure to airport, I woke up pretty late and had no time for breakfast, I asked the staffs if I could takeaway some of the food and they gladly gave me one of those plastic lunch box + disposable cutleries. However, the hotel is pretty small since it is very close to the central tourists area, as such there isn’t much amenities. The pool is indoor and it’s just beside the restaurant where ppl are dining.

We stayed a few night and we were lucky as we got an upgrade for our room. It was very spacious, lovely, clean room. It was very quite place but still very close to the center. Stuff was really helpful and nice, they can arrange for you a bus, very good breakfast. There is an information about discount for massage, but do not believe it, you can get massage much cheaper in the city. Be careful with scooter renting - our scooter was loosing petrol so we spend quite a lot of money for it. We informed the hotel about the situation and the gave us back 50k, which in my opinion is not much considering how much we spent for the fuel. Besides this, all was great.

Great service with fantastic staff - our flight from Da Nang to Hoi An was delayed by a significant amount but our airport pick was still waiting when we arrived. Additionally a tour booked through another agency did not show up as expected - reception phoned them and solved the problem for us. These people went well and truly above and beyond what I expected. Will definitely be back - this has a great location for people interested in the Old Town

This place has almost everything, great location very central to walk to all markets & major attractions within old city. Staff excellent, breakfast is very good with Good blend old Asian & western foods. Only downside would B the free wi-fi is slow & drops out when uploading or downloading.
