STOP HESITATING, JUST STAY AT THIS HOTEL”
I've visited a number of hotels over the world from budget ones to luxury 5 stars. A hotel with great facilities with such a view and everything is good, but you will not be impressed. However, a hotel with fantastic service and full of warmth are the things make you impressed and your journey special. Holiday emerald hotel was not a super luxury kind but very clean and well maintained and also in a great location close to everywhere but just slightly off the main streets so it's not noisy at all. it was good enough but I wouldn't write a review for them if it wasn't the service I had. The staff there was absolutely fantastic. You will be happy entering back into the hotel after a trip in Hanoi's humid and hot weather. Warm greeting with smile from the heart, taking care of you, remembering everything you've asked for, helping you with recommended restaurants, area, spa, etc, keeping everything about you on track. I miss Charlie and Ha. Thank you both for making my holiday memorable!

Great little hotel”
This hotel has about 6 floors with about 3 rooms per floor, and yes it has a elevator that works great, not one of those take-forever slow kind. If you want a room facing the street get a Holiday Room, it is also a bit larger, plenty of room and a big bathroom. The room is very clean, has very good bedding and mattress, has a safe and they even put fresh fruit in your room everyday. The bathroom is very nice and they give you all the amenities I can think of (soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, razor, toothbrush, comb, sewing kit, ear swabs). Fresh towels everyday and the water is hot, hot , hot all day long. The shower id great, it is one of those big shower heads and it works great. As far as the staff goes, I cant say enough about how helpful they are, everyone of them from the 4 different one's I met that managed the front desk, the kitchen staff, the maids, and the doorman, they where all so nice, friendly and made you feel at home. Thanks to all!

Great little hotel”
A cozy little hotel. Only around 17 rooms, but all are very nice. We has a family holiday room, faces the street area and you can see the road. Around 35 sqmt, it was plenty big, it was clean, had great shower, good comfortable bed, fresh fruit every day (free), and bathroom had so many free amenities (comb, toothbrush, sewing kit, q-tips, razor, etc). The staff from front desk to kitchen and doorman are all outstanding & friendly. Free breakfast was very good. Most say the location is excellent, so close to everything! No need for taxi for normal running around things like street shopping and eating. A Poppeys chicken, Burger King, KFC, and Domino's just 200 meters away, but also so many good Vietnamise restaurants nearby also. Had a great time at this place!

AMAZING”
The staff at Holiday Emerald Hotel are so incredibly kind and helpful. The room is generously sized and able to be made ‘romantic’ with petals and such at your request. The breakfast has a range of options and a lovely bowl of fruit is provided in your room every day. The location is only a 5 minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market (Friday-Sunday Nights). It’s also very easy to book well-priced day trips/2 days 1 night tours through the hotel. There’s a range of tour options for Halong Bay, we took the Deluxe option and were very happy with it. We also went on the Tràng An day tour which turned out to be our favourite day in Vietnam. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Hanoi!

All good. The receptionist was helpful to support us in booking a rental bike and showing us around. The hotel is just in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi, convenient to enjoy the area by walk.

I don't even know how to start! It exceeded our expectations! We arrived early like around 10am. The staff welcomed us and helped us with our bags. Welcome drinks were served while the frontdesk checked us in early and arranged that our room and my friend's would be in the same floor (Thanks Hung!). Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Airconditioning worked perfectly especially when the weather was around 40! Fresh fruits were delivered to our room everyday. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Aside from the buffet, you can order à la carte! It is something we look forward to everyday when we wake up 😁. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and towels were changed. This is by far one of the best places we've stayed. It is centrally loacated and super close to everything- restaurants, cafés, convenience store, street food, smoothie stalls, souvenir shops, spas and tourist spots! But the thing we will never forget was how we were treated here!Their service was topnotch. Will come back!

We took the ariport pick up service from the hotel. Hom & Tracy, staff who welcomed us, were extra helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Room was designed tastefully. Clean & bright with pretty new facilities. Location is great at the heart of Old Quarter and facing the road. There's Hanoi Garden (i think its called) restaurant next door. And in the same strip of road to the well liked Pho place at 10 Ly Quoc Su. Breakfast choice were plenty, and tastes great. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Surprise of Vietnam”
Vietnam was a bit of a up and down ride with a lot of interesting happenings. But this hotel was super nice and a good home base with friendly staff clean spacious rooms and an awesome breakfast to start the day right. I would recommend this place the value for your money and niceness of staff is worth it for sure.

The hotel is well located in the Old district, in a street near a well known bun cha retaurant and two street away from Pho 10. The street is filled with convenience stall, hotels and gift shop The staff are polite and everhelpful, offering umbrella when you need (if it rain). When In have to change USD with them, they actually gave me the market rate. The only problem it has it does not have much facilities like swimming pool which i am sure that less than 2% of hotels in hanoi would have)

Lovely boutique hotel, great location, fantastic staff”
This hotel is in the heart of old Hanoi, a perfect location for anyone who wants easy access to the charming Old Quarter. At the same time, my room was very quiet. The was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is small — 15 rooms, I think — so it can feel a bit too intimate at times, but I suppose that's part of the charm. The staff was very helpful and spoke great English. In particular, they helped me arrange a wonderful day tour. The free breakfast is plentiful and includes a buffet and made-to-order options, both Vietnamese and Western. I would stay here again.
