We arrived early and our room was available.It was spotless.Our television didn’t work but the girl at reception came up after we reported fault.She was so pleasant and helpful.Beds were so comfortable...we both slept really well.Breakfast next morning was terrific.Great customer service.

-Location: Great location with very short walk from Buchanan bus station (about 2-3 minutes). Very easy to travel from GLA airport. Ten minutes walk to Central Station. Two minutes walk to the shopping street. Very easy to find restaurants and convenience stores near by. Easy to go to various tourist attractions. -Breakfast: Same breakfast everyday. It contains sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, various bakeries and breads, fruits, drinks. If you are "easy to eat" people, it's totally fine. -Room: Absolutely no air con! On the first day, the staff provided me a small table fan for my stay. That's pretty nice. The cleanliness is acceptable though the room condition is a bit old. The room is perfect for one-person-stay but two persons is also fine with quite limited space.

Location was good. A few minutes walk to the Main Street where all the shopping is. And quite close from/to queens station. Very strong hair dryer which is good for my wife’s hair. Breakfast was decent too with lots of choices. The receptionist doesn’t appear to be very friendly. But I do agree that they keep the rooms quite clean.

Location of the hotel is strategic with lots of eataries and shopping. Very close to Buchanan Bus Station with Bus 500 Service to Glasgow Airport directly. Very convenient. The only downside was the hotel served the same kind of food for breakfast everyday for my 3 nights of stay.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 days. Prior to booking, I requested for a room on the higher floors, facing the street. However, the receptionist did not accommodate my request upon check-in. Again declined the said request on my 2nd day. The lavatory sink in the toilet is not draining fast. There's no AC in the room and it's hot. You can hear the noises in the adjacent rooms and hallways. They don't provide complimentary slippers, toothbrush and bottled water, so don't forget to bring one. There's only few choices of food served during breakfast - just scrambled egg (dry), bacon (too salty), sausage, beans and 2 options of bread. They served the same menu everyday. Felt disappointed.

The hotel is conveniently located which is only 5 min from Buchanan Bus station, 10 min from Glasgow Queens Station and 15 min from Glasgow Central~ Staff esp. Mark was very friendly and helpful who provided us useful info on the attractions and even helped us join a day tour which we originally didnt know where to join! Room was tidy and clean and Breakfast was good too.

Adequate but not attractive”
Unfortunately I was booked as a weekend trip with a friend in Holiday Inn next door, I asked for a separate room but was quoted double the rate I had paid including flights, I went online and booked (what I thought was the best rate , still more than double I already paid) and found I had booked the cheaper lower class Holiday Inn hotel next door, My room was basic and small and to add insult to injury my friend was upgraded to a premiere room, for which she had paid less than 1/4 price I paid. I would have expected the Staff to have remedied this discrepancy and upgraded me free of charge to the better class Hotel and room.

the hotel is in a great location for shopping, nightlife and restaurants. there is also a car park across the road and you can be on the m8 motorway in 5 minutes. the rooms are modern, fresh and clean - the staff are helpful and friendly as well. in the morning there is a hot breakfast as well as tea and coffee in your room

The staff were very helpful couldn’t do enough for you. Room very tidy with all you need to hand. The only down side would be the breakfast room could do with being larger as we were there at a very busy time felt as though we had to wait to use the facilities but other than that great.
