Perfect stay ”
Brilliant location and price, ideal for seeing bands at the arena opposite. Staff were really friendly, can’t fault this place. Would definitely stay here again. We had a room in the 4th floor with dock view.

Perfect Location”
Mini break for my daughter and her 3 young girls. Location was perfect and the views form the bedroom of Albert Docks was wonderful. Lots of lovely shops, restaurants and Cafes just below this hotel. They even had an indoor play centre next door which was ideal for the my grand daughters as they didn't want to walk far. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, would definitely stay here again

Stayed in hotel over 2 nights and could not have been a better location ! Was visiting to attend concert at M&S arena - our room looked onto the arena - just a 2 minute walk 😀Staff were all very friendly and helpful - would definitely go back 😀

I enjoy my stay there. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were fantastic and did everything they could to help me. They were working in covid lockdown but did there best and were very good about it. The room was fresh and clean and enjoy the room

The building is lovely and the staff are great, rooms are a good size and well decorated, my only complaint would be a lack of vegan choices for breakfast, the only edible option was toast 🙁

Windows could of done with a clean to make the view even better, inside and out. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Breakfast nice and hot. Great location, would recommend the restaurant ‘what’s cooking’ which is next door to the hotel.

Great Location, wonderful Albert Docks view”
Try to get a room facing the Albert Docks - wonderful view, although can be a bit noisy from the ground area night activities. Basic room amenities, teenage son slept out on the sofa bed which was comfortable enough. Good value for location/money, though these were some findings on the other considerations:- need to park at nearby shopping area(10mins) for hotel discount rate (1st time ok, 2nd unsuccessful), breakfast selection basic & can be crowded, lift small & can be quite a wait. Lastly, my husband accidentally left a paperbag at the counter area and within a few minutes, it was promptly disposed when we enquired - good for security , but not so good for customer service as contained some of our favourite biscuits, - they could have waited a bit.

Prime location with restaurants nearby. Walking distance of city centre and railway station. Had requested twin room which had not been passed on to hotel , but staff rectified the situation. A bit pricey, but it was Grand National weekend. Would definitely return to this hotel and wonderful city.

The breakfast isn't good at all. It's really plain and not fresh at all. The water is dirty. I found black dirt in the drinking water, it was huge and I also complained to the staff. The level of comfort provided is not satisfactory. The carpets stink and hot water in the bathroom is hardly available after one person takes the shower.

Went to see live concert which was in the echo arena right opposite the holiday inn. Albert Dock is a great place to stay. Fab restaurants and close to Liverpool One. Short walk (5 mins) to train station.

I was staying here on a training course, great location for restaurants, bars, the city's attractions, hotel was clean, staff were polite, professional, my room overlooked the albert dock and the liver building( iconic building to all scousers) , room was clean, nicely decorated. Deffo stay here again without a doubt

wow, very nice and beautiful hotel and really well situation in downtown Liverpool. All you need to see and do in Liverpool is close to this place, and the morning free breakfast is grreat with evrything you need to start your day.

Good location - right at Albert Dock!”
They are right inside the dock and their room is spacious. Good view from the room and spent whole day exploring Albert Dock without worry transportation and we could get back to our room whenever needed. Unfortunately, they don't provide free parking just like other branches and have to park at multi-level parking behind the hotel. Anyway, not too far - perhaps 7-10 mins walk.
