Fantastic location”
Can’t praise this hotel high enough. From checking in to checking out we had a fantastic stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful as were the staff. It’s position is perfect for The Empire Theatre .Lime Street Station. And only a short walk from all the Shops . Highly recommend

front desk officer was very friendly could not remember the guy name even his colleague is friendly too. very welcoming. they make you feel like home. went to the dining area for my coffee and the lady was so nice and warm, make me missed my mum with her gesture, the way she talk to me and warmness. it was a great feeling to be there. room was good too. value for money right in front of Liverpool Lime St Station.

Nice touches such as ear plugs included. My only gripes were the complimentary tea and coffee were on the bottom shelf of the desk, although it did keep the desk clear, no safe and no fridge (the wine we took with us needed cooling). I'd stay again.

Great location right across Lime Street Station”
Great location just across the street from Lime Street Station. There are heaps of shops and restaurants nearby. Family room is large. The downsides are that the beds are small and there is no refrigerator in room. Breakfast is quite limited. However, overall, it's a good choice.

Weekend in Liverpool”
This hotel location is perfect for accessing all Liverpool has to offer, walking distance to everything and just across the road from Lime Street Station. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant, check-in was fast and simple and the lift up to the room was clean and pleasant. the room was spotless and had a great view out over the city. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Liverpool for a short break.

Location was perfect just across Lime station. Debbie the receptionist was very very helpful , friendly and helped us for late check out cos we had stadium tour till 1245 then had to rush back to catch the train .Rooms are big and clean . Thumbs up!! Will definitely choose this hotel again .

The staffs are nice and helpful, the room is comfortable, clean, quiet and with good view. But the mattress is not so comfortable because some part of it is getting soft The hotel is very close to the railway station and other spots. There is a supermarket next to the hotel with Asian foods to buy.

Last minute booking as our original booking was not suitable for myself and my son. Excellent location directly across the road from Liverpool Lime Street station. Rooms well maintained and clean. Very quiet despite the central location. Would use again.

staff was helpful , location was perfect within walking distance, even HALAL food was easy to get along Bold street, to get to Anfield also simply so easy...bus station just few minutes walk away....unlimited ride day pass for bus cost only Euro 4.5

Location is absolutely perfect, right across the road facing Liverpool Lime Street Station. Room is very clean, still it would be better if refrigerator is provided.
