Best location, excellent facilities, caring staff”
Everything was extremely good starting from facilities, staff response, care, breakfast, to location. Though it is in aziziya shumali, hotel has regular schedule for buses that is provided to guests. The buses drop in saptco bus station and haram is a little far but hotel has to do as there is no other way. We used to hire taxis at SR 15 just that drops under king fahd gate basement and this is the best option. Hotel breakfast was excellent with varieties of items that serves wide range of international community. The staff was so good in response that we used to get our requests addressed within 5 to 10 minutes. There is just one problem that we had two false fire alarm in hotel during stay , one was during night time at 2 am that disturbed our sleep in midnight. Hotel must solve this problem of false fire alarm as that causes panic and disturbances to guests. Thanks Holidays inn for a wonderful stay for us that made our makkah journey memorable.

Great hotel and value of money but far from Haram”
This a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and new. Staff are very helpful. Food in the restaurant was very very delicious (taste and presentation was awesome). The only bad thing is the distance from Haram, but there is a shuttle bus to Haram.

- Some amenities are available upon request only. They are not already kept in the room. - The outdoor pool is surrounded by coffee shop and coffee tables which makes swimming there uncomfortable. And there is no separate indoor pool available. And also, the pool is not open during the morning hours. Its opened only at 6 PM. - FO staff Mr.Abdelaziz was excellent.

They have shuttle bus service during Ramadan but bus stop is far from al haram so not recommended for older people. Hotel is very nice good breakfast but after eid they had little guest and all the breakfast was ran out within 9am

No good communication between the agoda website and the hotel. Some one entered the room while we were inside. We couldnt sleep in the morning because there was too many announcements through the microphone

Worst hotel ever, i have never had such a terrible experiance in my life”
The room wasnt clean and it had only one type of electricity plug and when i asked for an adapter urgently they simply said we dont have one, i was envited to a wedding at their hotel thats why i booked a room with them but i couldnt use my blow dryer to do my hair because they simply dont have an adapter and not welling to help in any way. Another issue i faced is when i requested the laundry to steam my dress the price in the laundry list of services they had in the cabinet said its for 17 riyals however the man from the laundry who came to pickup my dress said it was for 100 riyals!!! And when i asked to speak to the duty manager and i showed him the price mentiond in their list! the laundry man said because she wants it rushed he doubled the price !!even though If you double 17 still it wouldn't be 100 riyals like he said!!! Not to mention that i never said i want it rushed!! Also their list didnt say anything about doubling the price if its rushed! The staff where very rude

الإستقبال غير متعاون في إستقبال الزبائن وللأسف لاحظت ان موظفي الإستقبال يهتمون بالنزيل الأنثى أكثر من الرجل بمررااااحل تلاقي الإبتسامه من الاذن للأذن والترحيب واللباقه بالكلام وسمي وامري وابشري وبنشوف لك حل و و و انا يوم دخلت سحب علي ربع ساعه ويخدم البنات النزلاء يمين ويسار واصل الخدمه عندي انا ولما فضي لي طال عمره قالي وش بغيت قلت له عندي حجز قال الساعه ٣ تعال والله على ماأقول شهيد وهذا اللي صار معي انا طبعا كل الكلام اللي قلته انا مسئول عنه امام الله قبل المتابعين وللأمانه هو فندق جميل بكل زاويه فيه لكن الإستقبال هو واجهه الفندق الأساسيه والمفترض ترشيح من هم اجدر وافضل كفائه وتعامل من الموظفين الحاليين وكذلك النظافه نظافه الغرف لو تهتمون فيها وتركزون عليها يكون افضل لنا ولكم وشكرا لكم

أقمت في الدور السادس لايوجد عوازل في الفندق قمة الإزعاج أصوات الأطفال لم أستطيع النوم لايوجد في دورة المياه صابون ولا شامبو ولا اَي أدوات ؟؟ وبصراحة أضع مائة علامة استفهام ؟؟ وهل فنادق هوليودي ان بهذا المستوى ؟

حجزت عن طريق اقودا بمبلغ غالي جدا جدا جدا تفاجأت عند وصولي الفندق استفسرت من الاستقبال عن السعر وجدته اقل من اجودا ب ٢٠٠ في كل ليلة وللأسف بدون افطار كذلك 🤬🤬🤬 ملاحظة عند خروجي وعند محاولة إيجاد وسيلة نقل إلى فندق اخر وبعد الاتفاق مع تاكسي ... قام الموظف المسؤول عن قسم الحقائب ب إغراء التاكسي للذهاب ل زبون آخر مما أغضبني كثيرا.
