This is wonderfuk place for experincing low cost. Nice cleaning staff for helping me when I need. However check in male staff should be re-consider. When I was checking in, he was working with me for checking booking agoda number, but at that time the tour guy came with 12 rooms requested, then he ignored me immediately and turned to work with that tour guy even he came later than me. Untill I asked anyone can check in for me, the other check in female came and do the rest job which just took 30s

I got the good deal for 01 night. So, appropriate price, good service, clean room, nice staff. I forgot my kid's bag. Hotel returned this bag right away in the next day and I did not pay any fee. I will book this hotel when I will go to Can Tho next time.

It's a good hotel but there is one thing/ rule I can't understand, like why must have key card to go to the room floors when the staff only gives you one card? We booked room of 4 adults, so imagine if some of us want to go different floors( one to the rooftop pool, the others stay in the room) then how to use the elevators, how to open the room?? In fact, when my husband and kids wanted to go to the swimming pool, I had to go with them, then I went back to the room and lied down, and after 1 hour, I had to go up to pick them up. Funny.

Never, ever again”
On the first day of our stay I informed the front desk that the TV in our room did not work. I was given a new room but the lights did not work in the bathroom. I reported the matter but after checking out after 3 nights the light bulb had still not been changed. Apart from this as a European you definitely cant eat the breakfast that was provided. We only went to breakfast on one occasion because it was disgusting, we had to buy something at a local shop so that we had something to eat. NEVER, EVER AGAIN.

Very bad experience here, despite of a beautiful hotel”
To be fair, I was in a good deal to stay in this beautiful hotel in a functional and modern room. However, when I request an extra power outlet splitter (because I need two outlets but 1/2 is broken), they offered me a poor quality one. Which lead to a power blow, I was almost electrified and the room when black. I needed to change the room because its electricity was not functioning anymore. What's more, I explicitly book a big double bed room, but what I experienced was two small beds cover over by a sheet to disguised! Very professional indeed. Was I supposed to sleep in the ditch between?

Lost in translation. Cockroaches in room. Broken glass and bees in the pool area ”
Our deluxe room with city view was a room with a very small window to a building area with noise from 6.30 o’clock in the morning. And karaoke noise in the evening. Unfortunate we also found cockroaches in the room. The pool area was infected by a bees and broken glass. The staff could not speak any English and was not to any help.
