Lovers' Escape”
Found this place just scrolling through Agoda and was very happy that I booked for our anniversary. The villa was well maintained, very private and intimate. The beach was a few meters walk away from the villa, but staying in the villa itself was already a treat with a private pool, lounge, a big shower and outdoor bathtub all to yourselves. The staff were hospitable, pleasant and sweet. The food was also nice. Serving size ALOT for 1 person so I always had to share with my husband. I highly recommend to couples out there to spend some quality time here.

Very nice pool villa”
Nice and private pool villas. Nice building, great half indoor half outdoor concept. Clean. Staff were super nice. Would come fetch us to and from our villa in a buggy. It's situated in Lagoi, a cleaner, more resort area of the island. Lagoi is about an hour's drive to the city where the locals live. Free breakfast, even gave us free room service for one of the days. This was one of the best stays.

Lovely private pool villa with direct access to the beach”
We went as a family of 5 which included 1 toddler and 2 middle-aged grandparents and our stay at Pantai Indah was great! We went during weekdays which meant it was very quiet (we felt like we were the only ones there most of the time). The 2BR villa we booked is very value for money and the outdoor shower and tub were perfect. Aircon is a bit on the warmer side but definitely cools down a lot more at night. The private beach access was great even though it's low tide most of the time - a wonderful opportunity to spot crabs and sea snails. We also caught the most perfect sunset here as the villa faces the west. Ask about the seaside barbecue dinner as it's a nice change from their usual menu without having to leave the property. It was a shame the spa was closed though so hope it reopens soon.

Is was a great stay, staff are service oriented and friendly. I was impressed by their coordination between stayer and the staffs regardless in ordering of food to be deliver to your villa, arranging transport to location that you want, all are well arrange. Food are not too bad which still acceptable but can be improve. Overall, Is a definite "YES" to me to stay at Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan if visit Bintan again. To all staffs at Pantai Indah, thank you for the service provided to my family and I, was really enjoy ourself during our short stay.

2nd time here feeling so blessed to be able to travel again”
Things definitely was different since the first time we came during pre covid times. Definitely understood the situation the resorts were facing so do not set yr expectations too high od u will be disappointed. Was sad to see Lagoi bay was like a ghost town compared to pre covid times. Guess their travel & tourism infustry is picking up back sgain. Room wise & services by the staff was still the same as before no complains. Overall we were happy to be able to travel overseas like before. Price wise was also affordable. Beautiful romantic place”
Love the villa. This is my 2nd visit and still loving it. The staff are friendly. They provide free shuttle to and fro the BBT ferry terminal but remember to inform them in advance.. The staff will help to collect your return ticket. They have free shuttle to the Lagio Shopping Mall. The mall is rather quiet with limited shops. There are some food stalls along the way to the beach. Heard they the food can try but I have not done so. The spa is nice, not that cheap but the service is good. If you are looking at a romantic relax getaway this is a good place to be!

Beautiful villas with friendly staff”
If you want to just relax within the villa with family and friends, this is the place to be. We had fun in the pool and playing games. Location is peaceful and not near main thoroughfare. Need to book taxi service (4 or 6hrs) if going out to various places. Breakfast buffet and the BBQ dinner buffet were sufficient. Had a wonderful time! Will definitely return!
