The counter girl is very friendly and knowledgable. Booked executive room, the room is very clean and it provide everything that you can use. The bed is comfortable and pillow is soft. Breakfast was nice and delicious. The hotel is close to ben thanh market.

Easy stay with baby”
We stayed here with our 6 month old baby and so the kitchen was very useful for us to make him food and sterilise his bottles. Also, there is a full-sized fridge and freezer which is helpful as mini bar fridges are rarely cold enough. A cot was also available for him (though a little on the shabby side). Staff were nice and the location is great and convenient to walk to many places in District 1. We would stay here again if we need an apartment-type accommodations in the city.

Great staff and location”
Couldn't fault our 2 week stay at Homestead Parkview. Staff are brilliant especially Johnny and Suzie . Breakfast was faultless and a great selection. We stayed on the 11th floor which had a lounge and kitchen area and it made for a perfect stay. Also a balcony sun deck which made it feel like home.

Exceptional - Frequent visitor”

Good Place to Stay for Families”
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The loudspeaker from the school next door starts early (around 6am), but fortunately we were getting up early for tours and our flight each morning so it didn’t bother us. Other than that, the location is on a quiet side street close to the action and not far from Ben Thanh markets, shopping and places to eat.

Fun times ”
Enjoyed homestead Parkview. Easy to walk to all points of interest from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty, enough to chose from but get in early. Bed was abit firm and the area is a bit noisy so I bought earplugs after our first night

This place is a right choose ”
Very close to all city attraction. Cafe , restaurant, water puppet show , movie theatre and more . It is in a good location and big rooms are another plus .

Good Value of Money”
This is not a international 4 star hotel, it perhaps more of a 2 stat equivalent. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Limited facility available except that of common breakfast area. Relatively convenient location but at times may take a while to get taxi, however, hotel staff is always there to help to call in a taxi. During my stay, we were able to get taxi in 5 minutes time, but in HCMC standard, this is consider long :-). Happy with the bathroom and shower!

School Anthem will stick in your head”
Pros Our stay here is good overall. We enjoyed it. Good english speaking & friendly staff . They will recommend and give directions whenever we need. Good enough breakfast spread, love their yogurt. Everyday will have different noodles/pho. Strategic place, with few coffee shops nearby, cinema just opposite hotel. Clean room Cons: On weekdays the school behind the hotel will wake u up at 6.30am as the school athem is super loud. The song sticked in our head till now. But rather peaceful at night. No swimming pool, no gym Aircond too cold Slippery bathroom floor, need to be really careful if it is wet. If you are aware, some tourist bring in random ladies to have 'fun'. It is rather uncomfortable if you realized it. Management should be strict not to allow this.

The couple of receptionists spoke excellent English, the rest was able to understand what we needed. But all of them were extremely helpful, excellent services. Breakfast was decent and there was variety and they changed the menu daily. Afternoon tea was simple with some snacks and it was free. The location was central and within walking distance to most attractions. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Rooms with great size and comfort”
I had a pleasant stay at the Homestead, the rooms are very decently sized and clean, the breakfast was pretty good for a quick bite and Vietnamese coffee to start your day, can't complain there was a great variety including a daily rotation of available cooked items from the chef. The location was smack bang in the centre of the hcmc close by and walking distance to everything. Staff were great and friendly, nothing was too much for them and they were polite and patient. The only set back was there was no pool or gym in this hotel, however for a city stay it's location and room sizing compensated nicely.
