Nice rooms ”

the rooms at this hotel are very nice and good for the price you pay. the staff were hardly ever at reception which made any requests or even just checking in difficult, they were however very nice if you manage to track them down. the hotel is well located in halong city.

Beautiful hotel & the room is clean”

I like the design of the hotel, the room is not that big but clean and enough for my team to stay for one night. We had a good time here, the hotel is not that expensive.

Friendly staff”

Our stay was good, halong was very quiet which spoilt the stay slightly. The staff were great, very friendly and very helpful. We booked a well priced tour with one member of staff. I would probably stay here again if the hotel had finished it's refurbishments.

Good view point but furniture not good”

near sea, about 200m. good see view with many ship for day and night. But furniture in the hotel are not good, example: hot/cool water system not operating; air conditioner has not remove control.

The hotel was really hard to find, since the hotel name, the neon advertising was completely covered by plants. Additionally the house is totally worn out. We stayed at the 2nd highest floor and in the morning, rain dropped through the ceiling (not in room) and ran down the staircase we had to use because the elevator was malfunctioning in cause of water too. All in all, for 1 night ok but wouldn't stay here any longer. It feels, that the hotel may collapse at any second Except us there was only one couple. Sad insight, with the rain even more sadly... By the check out we have waited half an hour. nobody came, we left the key on the reception and left.

Free upgrade”

we booked a twin room, but when we asked for a double - they gave us a free upgrade. some work being done, but think that's everywhere as it's very out of season at the minute. staff ok, but the man selling tours from there is very crafty (as most of them are). do not pay the first price he offers (obviously) and don't believe him when he says his boat takes you to the south of catba island. no boats take you there. they take you to the top of the island and then you get a bus to the bottom. it's fine, but not nice being lied to.

Not great”

We went to Halong Bay when it was really cold and when everything was shut. Had a little market nearby though. The hotel is a bit creapy with holes in the doors and walls. Man behind travel desk is a lier and said we can get a boat to south of Cat Ba Island and charged us extra for it. You cant! Not sure if he had anything to do with the hotel or not though.

Poor all round”

This was a reasonably cheap hotel, it seemed like not many people were staying here. It's recommended to spend a night on the boat and skip the town as it seems fairly abandoned. Although if you cross the bridge to the other city it's quite nice and bustling and cheaper. The rooms were not clean, dusty and just worn down. We had a nice hot shower at night. But neither us or the other guy we were travelling with could get hot water in the morning. We tried to find staff but no one was awake. To be fair it was the day after their TET new year - but still no one was awake. Breakfast I believed was included ( maye not) but nothing was provided or available. We had to check out to catch a boat at 8.30 an had to leave the key on reception desk due to no staff.

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Wij hadden voor de eerste nachten geboekt maar zijn er de laatste nacht van ons verblijf in Vietnam weer naar toegegaan. Je voelt je er meteen thuis.

Prima voor 1 nacht”

Ik ben niet tevreden over dit hotel, het is prima voor 1 nacht als je niet veel eisen hebt maar verder zou ik hier nooit meer boeken. Het stonk in het hele hotel, rook heel erg muf. En in de kamer rook het naar schimmel. De mensen die hier werken spreken amper engels, de dochter daarin tegen spreek redelijk goed engels en wil je graag helpen.

Đặt qua agoda 2 phòng hướng biển, tới nơi khách sạn chỉ xếp 1 phòng hướng biển. Khách sạn không sạch, thiết bị trong phòng quá cũ kỹ. Điều hoà, tivi không có điều khiển. Quạt kêu như cối xay. Chỉ được cái gần biển thôi.
