Great hospitality and best location”
The owners were super friendly and considerate, the lady took care of us like we were family and the husband showed us the tours we could take. I changed my booking around twice but the were still very accomadating with my decision. They helped us with booking transportation to Hoi An, the location was perfect as it was in the middle of everything but i think the best quality is the hospitality, 11/10 for sure. Thanks for the stay!

Lovely hosts and great hotel”
This was my favourite hotel I stayed at in Vietnam. The lady host (forgot to get her name) couldn't be nicer, welcoming, made sure I had everything I needed. When I arrived early after sleeper bus, gave me coffee and got me a banh mi for free. Organised a good motorbike with a proper helmet for my ride to Hoi An. Made me feel properly cared after. The room was exactly as pictured and clean.

A great hotel in middle of Hue”
I was staying at Hong Tien Ruby just for one night. Checked in late and left the other day around 10.30 am. Unfortunately I missed the breakfast. That's why I am not able to give a complete review. What I know and have seen is that the family-run hotel comes with nice and modern rooms, is in good operating conditions and the property is very clean. The English speaking owners are very nice and helpful. The hotel is situated on a small backyard street and the surrounding area is quiet. The only problem I have (but I have it almost everywhere) is, that the mattress is way to soft for me.... But that is a personal thing and has nothing to do with an objective rating... →→→ Since I consider the quality of the rooms and the service as very good, this hotel gets the highest possible rating from me.... ←←←

We had a nice stay here during the Tet new year. The owner was super nice and helpful and kept offering us food! The room was nice and perfect for us. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the neighbors very well but I think that's just how it is in Vietnam in general.

Excellent hotel in a central location”
The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable the reception staff very friendly and helpful, and there were many choices available for the breakfast each day. Everything served was very fresh.For convenience, we would have preferred that daily bottled water was included in the price, instead of being extra, but the price was reasonable. They were helpful in booking some tours and tickets but recommend that you should double check arrangements with them as the tour companies do not always provide what they promise (not the hotel's fault, but better to be certain!)

We arrived after riding the hai van pass at ruby hotel. We get a welcome drink and could go to our room for taking a shower. The room is very cosy and clean and everything was just awesome! We would highly recommend the hotel for staying in Hue.

Tucked into the end of an alley in the walking district. Close to everything you need. The staff is fluent in English and French and are very welcoming. They will take care of you. A very big step up into the bathtub. Very basic breakfast with minimal choices. Could improve on breakfast with a little bit more effort. Few electrical outlets for charging electronics(phone, tabs...). Could use a power strip to solve that problem. It is fine place to stay for the value to your money overall.
