This was my first time in a Hop Inn hotel and I was impressed. The value for money was incredible since the place is well equipped, practical, very clean and well maintained. Would definitely come back here if I have to visit the city again.

The staff are very friendly, breakfast is okay do not expect much on this budget. Security is good. Aircondition needs to be turned at 20 Celcius to get comfortable.

As a branch of the chain hotel, the standard of room and facilities were excellent. The staffs were really warm and friendly. Yje provided breakfast was properly nice for a business trip. The location is a bit far from the city downtown but in the overall rating, this hotel gave me a really good value of money for a short business trip. Finally, I an going to be back to this hotel again, if I have a new chance of a business trip or even a personnel trip in Surat Thani .

Hotel is very clean, comfortable and has a lot of parking space. The room also included breakfast which is extremely rare since the room rate is very cheap. Really suitable for short term business trip. Also, the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

It’s very good location, Room clean and comfy but they provided only shampoo and shower no shower cap. Staff was not polite, it’s ok to not serve us for B’fast on the table (We have to pick up at the counter by staff’s calling)but to clean the table it should not our duties. Hop inn standard is good as we can trust for good room, location and price. But service it must to be as a same standard hop inn

The staff were fantastic- very helpful and attentive. Everything is in fairly good condition and clean. The problem is the elevator has this obnoxiously loud bell when it comes to the floor. So it rings all night and start ringing again super early in the morning. I asked to move further away from it (which they accommodated) but it was still so loud! Also, there is nothing really in the room- no coffee or coffee mugs, no kettle, no hair dryer...they do have hot water downstairs though...
