I cannot rave enough about my stay. My condo was undergoing renovations so I was looking at a hotel close by. First the location is great. The hotel is located in the back part of Soi 8 right across one of the best restaurants (Pray Raya) in town. So it is very very quiet while you can walk to the BTS Station Nana in maybe 10 minutes. Walking in the other direction and crossing through the Evangelical Church of Bangkok gets you to the newly expanded and amazing Benchakitti park. The hotel itself is super clean, the rooms spacious and the beds really comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I was kind of sad that I had to leave and go back to my condo. So this hotel gets a A++++++

I’ve been to many hotels in Thailand over the years however this one is my favorite, I’ve stayed her with my son several times now. Every time we in Bangkok we always stay here for at least few days or rather as long as our budget allows os to He He. Every time we hate living this place, Actually we are still here at the very moment. This time only for 5 nights living on Friday. Location is... you simply cannot ask for better one. About 300 m. too BTS which I highly recommend using rather than taxis or tuk tuk. You’re in the prime location close to everything and yet it’s so quiet you can actually sleep with open windows seriously I’m not even exaggerating. The pool well not the biggest but big enough and clean. My 10 year old son loves this hotel too I mean really loves it. The beds are really comfortable, like the best and big, AC is good and the quietest I’ve experience in Thailand. Checking in went smoothly 2 minutes. We arrived early like at 10 so, rum was not ready yet, but you can live your luggage at the reception and go sightseeing, we went to Lumpini Park. About the food... well comparing to all the fabulous street food Thailand is known for there is no contest I’d have to say it’s simply ok. Tv channel selection I guess stand but let’s be frank who comes to Bangkok to watch tv. Bathroom small but good quality and never problem with hot water. Room all ways clean. But what really makes this hotel so special is the staff. I mean every body working here. And I must say it is really nice when you arrive after 2 years and the girls at the reception recognize you right away and greet you with a big lovely smile. I’ve always had the best service from them. They’re all kind and very beautiful girls, a specially one of them. I’m not going to mention her name because I don’t want to embarrass her, she’s so shy and cute. I don’t think she knows how pretty she really is. That kind of girl that’s makes you think: If I only was 10 years younger He He. But seriously

upgraded to excellent room”
good location , nice few pizza places and bars to watch the sports including rugby and football . initially checked in and told them first room smelt of smoke , without hesitation they upgraded us to a suite which was like a mini condo. rooms were very clean , like a 5 star hotel in uk. breakfast buffet could be bit better , no hot eggs or omlettes , just cold fried eggs. good location , very close to nana BTS which is at end of soi or you can get the hotel to drop you off in their buggy as they have driver waiting . very good hotel . no major sticking points and highly recommended .

The swimming pool on the last floor and recreational area in the centre of Bagkok is a hit! The rooms are spacious and clean. Big fridge with free water is a welcome addition. We were attended by very nice staff. The buffet breakfast is fresh and enough for a start of exploring the city. Very good coffee.

Nice view from the balcony. Very clean and big room. Great pool on the rooftop, also Sauna. After a sightseeing day it was very pleasant. The poolarea is open until 10pm. Location is priceless. Next to you many restaurants, bars, skytrain, metrostation, skyscrapers, kitchen street food, etc... Definitely worth it!

New hotel with 9 floors (on top there is a swimming pool). Rooms are well sized and provides a good double bed. Spotlessly clean. Seating area and balcony. Flat screen television. Rain shower and great bathroom. Balcony with views over soi 8. Near convenience store. Recommendend. Staff was kind and cheerful. Thanks!

Great location, big room, modern design, great location, nice big shower, nice breakfast. Only critasism is .. its a quiet hotel. apart from the cleaner rustling bags and moppng the floors and generally going about their job ..but it echo's down the corridors at 8am in the morning ! (STILL gave 5 /5).

Home Away From Home”
Another great stay at Hope Land. I love the Deluxe Room with kitchenette and Washing machine. The room is modern, large with a nice bathroom including walk in shower. The bed is firm but comfortable. Housekeeping is good and the reception very pleasant. Hats off to Concierge who wee always willing to drop me off at the corner of Sukhumvit Road ant time of the day. I’m very comfortable here, and are looking forward to staying again in September. This hotel is in a great location, with lots of restaurants around, close to BTS and its great value for money when booking on promotion. Happy happy happy.

Bangkok Gem”
We stayed in a deluxe double room and it was very spacious with lots of storage space. Huge fridge freezer and microwave. The TV could be watched from the sofa or the bed. The location was quiet and we had a great nights sleep. Soi 8 has everything you need, - shops, bars and restaurants. It is a short walk to Nana BTS but the hotel also has a free shuttle tuk tuk.

Bangkok is known for hospitality and this staff is spot on good. Great location. Everything about the hotel was warm and inviting. The room was cheerful and had 2 air conditioners. If you are like me and like a cold room in the heat you still may have to turn them down unless you are hanging meat in there as well. Breakfast is good. Nothing bad to say.

Hopeland soi 8 is a great location. Close for shopping and only a couple of minutes to the BTS line. Room was a very good size. More like a condo style room, kitchen, seating area, bedroom and good size bathroom. Would definitely stay here again... I'm a frequent Thailand traveler

Quiet place with well equipment”
I was really happy to stay here because is in the deep road and quiet for relaxing with a swimming pool on the top floor. I like the balcony where I can breath fresh air in the morning and sit and do nothing. The stuff are warm hearted and they will take you to nana station for free if you want.

Great room with a kitchen, bathroom sitting area and bed. Really felt like a top class hotel. Very nice stay and it also has a wonderful roof top pool with great views, I would definitely stay again. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
