Enjoyable, loved Whitby and will certainly be back.”

Location excellent, handy for West Cliff and close to shops and eateries. Everything we needed provided in apartment and bed very comfortable. Would definitely book again.
Unfortunately, being on the ground floor, we experienced noise above us from a young child running backwards and forwards,bouncing a ball. Woken just after 6.00 am each morning. People should not have to be told to be considerate of others so not the fault of Host &Stay.

Fabulous dog friendly apartment”

We stayed in the split level apartment and loved everything about it, it is spotlessly clean bright and airy. The furnishings are lovely and modern and it is a very comfortable apartment (and bed) and everything you could require to be home from home is there for you. The apartment is in a great location and within walking distance of most of Whitby's attractions. Being dog friendly is a great bonus and the free parking pass in the W Zone is a nice perk to the booking. It was also nice to get messages from the hosts giving details of checking in and checking out and also during the stay checking if everything was ok with the room etc and if we required anything. All in all we were very happy with our choice our apartment and it was a great place to stay.
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this apartment.

Nice apartment in an excellent location.”

Location was excellent, 2 minute walk from the centre/harbour area, the apartment was modern, clean and tidy with everything provided for a comfy stay. Parking permit included in price, no car park but on-street parking everywhere around the accommodation.
Nothing springs to mind, the bathroom could have been bigger but the layout of the apartment doesn’t allow for it, I would have liked a sea view but again the buildings facing the opposite way, but in reality it is a nicely furnished self catering apartment handily placed for easy access to the harbour, shops and pubs etc.

our second visit to this apartment in two years. gorgeous apartment really spacious excellent facilities really cosy in a great location.
Very small niggle they have taken out one of the leather sofas the chair wasn’t comfortable. also it was really cold when we arrived it would have been nice had the heating been put on an hour before we arrived as it took a while to heat up.

Ideal location, room was lovely bed was very comfy. Found towels had some black marks on them, were replaced no qualms and very quickly. Parking is easy and provided by the room. Didn't mind having to use adjoining Street. Good information left in room for what's on and around the local area

The location of the property was a comfortable walk out of the town centre. There were pubs, cafes nearby. The property was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet.

I was very impressed with the whole experience. Added Bonus was we were provided with Tea & Milk Would strongly recommend this stay hope to be able to stay again soon
The only problem was the parking but my Husband found a place just a little farther than we would have liked as he struggles to walk but all was good

Central, comfortable, exceptionally clean”

The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and well decorated. The facilities were great, and the bed mattress very comfortable, we slept very well. It is a 5 minute stroll one way to the whalebones, and the shops start 5 minutes the other way. Although the location was central, it was quiet and peaceful at night time. The Granby pub, at the bottom of the road , to the right is minutes away, and the food and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. We will definitely recommend and rebook
Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer

Short break”

Very warm, comfortable and spacious apartment close to centre of Whitby. Easy check in. Well kitted out with full kitchen and large modern bathroom. Lots of wardrobe space.
Nothing really - only small negative could have done with a freezer/fridge freezer as opposed to just a fridge mainly for ice in drinks. Or if we wanted to stay longer than a couple of days would be handy.

Everything … for ur first trip away as a group it was incredible. Next places we stay have a lot to live up to!
The directions were only sent through google maps. Trying to get a big car down the side street (which we ultimately didn’t need to use) was a bit tricky.

These appartments have everything you need we stayed in appartment 1 and had the best time. It's central to everything and am already looking to return. Clean and homely and there was even milk in the fridge when we arrived. Loved it
Couldn't find any fault phone reception and Internet signal wasn't very good but that's not Glencoes fault

Nice Flat”

It was a lovely little flat in an excellent location. Warm, tidy, easy to get in and out with all the facilities we needed. Met the cleaner who was a lovely lady. Very good price and very flexible with oir timings too.
Wi-Fi was a little weak but not really an issue.
