Nice and Quiet”
They staff are very nice though they have little English but they understand you and helpful. I was constantly ripped off around the town but they offered to be with me with i need to go out and they do help to get it on local price. If i will go back, i will still book at this hostel

I will never recommend u to stay if you are a real backpacker and want some quiet at sleep time as too many locals living here and they do not care how late it is but always noisy. Staff are nice but to be fair, they did nothing to help but let alone those people shouting and yelling. Maybe that is the reason why hardly have foreigners check in here.

This hotel is very close to malioboro street around 10 minutes walking . Value for money , but no hot water. Friendly staffs, overall it is worth for money. I strongly recommend it .

Very nice garden and staff!”
There are many good things about the place: staff always nice and trying to help us or just being social, the space in the rooms, the location being a walk away from the main night out roads and also close to both train station! Nevertheless, the Toilet and shower wasn't very clean, the breakfast is not a breakfast at all (if you plan on coming because of the "free brk", don't, it's just some sweets and they made us feel sick (still recovering) probably because they just have them on the shelf outside (very hot during the day) and the sweets are like little donuts and local fried pastries plus coffee (very bad, they don't have a proper machine so just warm up water and put the powder in the water (not instant coffee) and you drink the powder...) and black tea.

no water-heater in the bathroom, no blanket provided. I used my jacket to cover myself. Safetyness is an issue when too much locals staying in the hostel.

Good stay there, the only thing that wasnt nice at all was that there was no lockers or keys to the door. So had to carry all the valuable stuff with me at all times, safety isnt their priority. But very good value for money to be honest, nice people there playing guitar, helful staff and clean rooms.

Cheap but horrible”
The staff is very young but not English speaking. Bathroom extremely dirty and everywhere are cats running around (noisy at night). My Room had a whole in its roof...looked and felt very disgusting. It's quite close to Marlioboro but I'd always recommend to book a hostel on the western side of the river. Much more beautiful there!
