Great place to chill and not work”
The place is nice, clean, staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The food was great too! Therefore if you have iPhone, you better have some data on your phone, the Wi-Fi sucks and it’s known by the staff, it keeps on disconnecting and it’s almost impossible to have any work or connection for that reason!

I highly recommend staying here, even if you aren’t going to Kawah Ijen and of you are, stay another night. The town is so cute and about an 8 minute walk away, there’s a beautiful painted village. Thank you to Velano god showing me around and helping with setting up everything for me!

Not bad. Everything is okay. But what suprised me the most is the water in the pool is warm even though the air around is cool. Usually other hotels i know the pool water is cold. But the pool is a little bit small though.

Luxurious stay at the heart of Banyuwangi”
Pros: location - opposite of Blambangan park, next to traditional market and only 6 minutes drive to the Boom beach; cleanliness; free flowing local snack, tea and coffee; nice breakfast. Cons: the room is a bit small, a bit noisy at times, fixed glass window which can't be opened. What stood out the most is the design of the hotel. It's a small yet elegant hotel.

Comfortable hotel in downtown Banyuwangi City”
A pretty good and comfortable hotel in the middle of Banyuwangi city. The hotel staff is quite friendly and helpful. Located in the center of Banyuwangi city, right next to the city park. Close to the city market and culinary center. Coffee, tea and snacks are provided at any time in the hotel lobby or restaurant, because coffee and tea are not provided in the room. Wifi is quite smooth. Breakfast is pretty good, even though the menu choices aren't too much. Bedroom was not too large, but comfortable. From Ketapang Port, you can reach this hotel in about 20 minutes.

The Prettiest In City Center”
Building with colonial design. Very cheap price. Room was okay, terrace is nice by the pool. Room lighting was too dark, floor is not clean enough. Hot shower is not easy to control. Overall very worth it for transit.

Slightly dates but clean and comfortable”
I stayed here for 2 nights (1 of which was spent at Ijen). The rooms themselves have a slightly dated theme but are clean and comfortable. WiFi was decent, hot water worked well, ample power points. A small pool is nice to relax in. Staff are very friendly. The only negative is the rooms are quite noisy. When i was there the park opposite had a festival and this was clearly audible in the room until about 11pm. Its also right next door to the mosque which can get noisy. Other than that, its a decent place to spend a few nights if climbing Ijen and/or transiting to Bali via the ferry.

Surprisingly good but beware the Mosque”
Comfortable pleasant hotel. Good bathroom with supplies. There was a big party the night we stayed but the hotel prepared food especially for us. Well located but we were there at the same time as Santri Day (see Wikipedia). There is a large mosque in the square oposite - so the call to prayer during the night is quite loud. An enjoyable stay. The hotel is very easy to find.

Worth the money”
Not much to say but it was overall a nice play to stay. We arrived at 11 pm and checked out at 6 am, to catch a ferry boat in the morning. Clean room, nice and friendly staff
