Budget speaking, its a valuable place with comfort room, DAIKIN AC, fast wifi for room *01-*09, not recommended room *11++ because wifi is laggy. Woman reception is really kind, but not the man reception. Spacy. Overall nice!

Male reception giving so bad service”
I found that there're no towels in my room, and telephone's not connected. So I going down, I talked to male reception and asked for towels, 15 minutes gone and nothing. My wife going down to ask towels again and this time she's waiting the staff to take the towels. My wife back to our room brought towels, and before left she's asking for toilet mat. And here we go, no toilet mat at all until we check out. When talking to us, male reception isnt smiling at all, talking with minim attitude, and sometimes isnt anwering some of our questions. Almost every weeks we visit Bulevar, and male reception is still like that, I hope the higher up give him a warning. On the other hands, the female reception is so great at service. Polite, smile, answer all of out question, remarkable.

photos with reality are much different, the hotel is very poorly maintained, not clean, and the atmosphere is very uncomfortable. just checked in, it didn't take 15 minutes to immediately check out.

It's straight up nasty. Mold on the ceiling, bathroom floor. Shower doesn't work, they gave us a bucket to shower. Bedsheet full of weird stain. Few bedbugs. Ugh. And also, they didn't provide towel in the roo. . For some weird reason we have to ask for towel on the front desk. So i had to dry myself up with my own dirty clothes first, grab a towel downstairs, shower again. Unbelievable

Need more maintenance, attention and more cleaning ”
I have been stayed at this hotel so many years, much far before covid 19 arrived. the beginning this hotel was completely top for me. the price was good, including bf, the staff was friendly and the room was clean, but by the time i guess since covid 19 this hotel slowly shut down.. i can saw a lot of changed from past till today, honestly i feel bad for this hotel, since if the owner or the ménagement can do more efforts to maintenance this hotel, this hotel can be more interesting for many people's to stay in this hotel since this hotel just in the mindle of 2 big shopping centre ( Taman Anggrek Mall and Central park mall ). plus with all the local foods around, how easily to catch-up public transport, this hotel more have values if they can put more effort for maintenance and cleaning the hotel, specially the room. i hope this message can get through the management to think again and didn't let this hotel slowly to shut down for nothing. wish can still stayed in this hotel for many more years
