convenient and penny saving”

pros: super near to JBCC and City Square. nice lobby, good hospitality from staffs. aircon was good, singapore channels available. cons: room was quite squeezy for a king bed, but manageable. they could've provided hooks and hangers (at least for my room there wasn't any). shower drain was clogged for a while but will subside after few mins. overall would recommend if you just need a place to transit.

Decent Hotel”

Been here for 3-4 times. Hotel is located near Sg custom, doesn't have car park but has got a big multi floor car park just few walks away. Staff is friendly & can speak proper English, quick to check in. Room is a bit small & sometimes quite noisy due to smaller area with lots of people staying or heavy rain, but still bearable for a short stay. Air-con is working & hot shower. Lots of big shopping mall & eatery around this Hotel, a good location for short trip for that amount of price.

Very nearby to the CIQ. Walking distance. But not recommended to walk at night time. No parking available so just park in front of the hotel. There's a lot of restaurants nearby.

Night in JB over the weekend ”

Partner and I found this hotel for our 2D1N visit to JB over the weekend. Low cost, convenient location, and decent pictures of the room were what cemented our decision to proceed with the booking and we got what we expected. It was by no means a luxurious hotel, but we weren’t looking for one to spend the night at to begin with. Although, given that it was a good stay for it’s cost, we’re definitely coming back to this in future for short term stays. The only things we were mildly inconvenienced by was the lack of full sized teaspoons/utensils in the room, and the very shallow shower pit in the (modestly clean) bathroom that would easily lead to mini-floods if you weren’t careful with your showers.

Worth the money for night stay”

We are Family of 4, stayed for a night. Its worth cost. The room was sufficient for sleeping. There were no table, chairs etc, which are no necessary who is visit JB for shopping and recreational purposes. Hotel is walkable from city square mall. We have stayed in this Hotel for 3-4 times and will come again.

Walking distance to CIQ. Convenient to go around Jb. Room was spacious. On our last day, the water heater was not working, not sure why though. But overall, it was a good stay.

Came on Friday late night, park at the street for free, since friday and saturday is non working days for JB town, so no worry on samans. Not first time staying, got nice deluxe double room

Value for money”

Booked the family room for 6 pax- 4 adults and 2 children. Room was very neat and clean. Staff of every shifts are very friendly and willingly to help. Water dispenser for hot and cold water just outside of room. Excellent location. Just a 5-10mins walk to popular food like Hua Mui and Hiap Joo. Opposite Komtar and City Square mall.
