Hidden Gem”
My second stay since May 2022. Lovely tasteful decor in lobby and restaurant. Traditional Vietnamese with blasts of color. Outdoor veranda with coffee bar is a nice touch. The rooms are basic and a little small, which is just fine for me. They are clean and functional. Cleaned every day and plenty of water. Breakfast buffet has many choices and includes a made-to-order eggs station and Pho/noodles station. Good service staff especially the nice young man in the restaurant, and the bell hop that works outside most days. Both very friendly and helpful. Wish I had their names. Also Lucy in the office. Best deal in D1 and I will be sad when Prostyle increases it’s room rates due to higher demand.

I genuinely love this hotel, not only the nice and warm set up at lobby area, the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is great with my favourite fried eggs and pho. Close to all the actions. The staff is friendly, helpful and respectful. Particularly, Ni, Thanh and Tin with their always beautiful and friendly smiles. Thanks for a great experience and pleasant stay :). Great services from every hotel staffs”
This is the first time that I encountered great services from each and everyone I encountered from the hotel. Upon reaching, it was raining heavy, one of the staff in orange rush down to shelter us from the rain. The reception staffs are all polite and helpful. Go above and beyond to help us, in particular Ms Mi. She helped us to contact the restaurant as we can't speak Vietnamese. The staffs at the breakfast duty and the chefs are all so friendly and helpful. As I have a young child with me, they helped to serve eggs and pho to our table so that we don't have to wait. The breakfast and the teabreak provided are very delicious. The location is great, walkable distance to vicom center. There is a 24/7 pharmacy nearby which I think is very useful. There are a few massage salon around which are very convenient. It's only about 20-25 mins drive from and to airport. We booked a suite and the room is big. The only downside is that the room is old and the sound proof is not that great. Although it's old, it's clean. We enjoyed our 4 nights stay. Thank you so so much each and everyone of you we met from the hotel. :)

Stunning and great value ”
I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I wish we could have stayed longer. It's gorgeous to look at and the staff are beyond wonderful!! Early check in was given as my child arrived super sick, and not only that, the front door man helped me find the doctors for her urgently. Breakfast was incredible, as was the gorgeous afternoon tea available. Loved everything about our stay!

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights before returning to the uk . Beautiful quirky hotel, modern hotel with complementary afternoon tea . Breakfast was better that our 5 precious hotels .sound proofing could of been better in our room , we could hear next room run a bath both mornings at 5.30 . Slightly disappointed when we asked the reception to printout our Boarding Passes we were charged for this . As this was one of the more expensive hotels we’d booked i feel this should of been complementary. We hadn’t been charged in any of our previous hotels and had also paid a lot less per night . On a plus the Hotel smelt amazing, beds are comfortable and we had a bath 🙏

Prostyle Hotel is in great location. It is on quite street but very close to the center. It took me only couple minutes to walk to Nguyen Hue Walking Street. Rooms are clean and cozy. I really enjoyed the tea time with beautiful ambience. Especially, the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Thanks for your kindness to help me to get face masks during this hard time of flu epidemic . I was about hopeless when trying to buy face masks from all the pharmacies in Ho Chi Minh city. I definitely come back this hotel whenever I stay in Sai Gon. I love this Hotel very much.

My room was clean and well decorated to match the aesthetic of the hotel. The architecture at the hotel is beautiful and detailed, extending into the elevators. This is my favorite hotel when I come to hcmc. The location is very convenient. Walking dist to shopping malls and many restaurants, bars, pubs... the staff is very friendly too. Great service indeed! Will definitely come back. The only minor weakness is the breakfast: very limited dishes. I prefer having breakfast outside.

Really good for the money”
This hotel was the last one I stayed at this trip. The room size was very adequate, not your Rex or Contrnintal Hotel size, but also less than 1/2 or 1/4 the money. Very adequate and the bathroom was modern and very good. The pool is small, but that happens, you can still get in and cool off. Breakfast was very good, surprisingly good for a hotel that is on the smaller side compared to the aforementioned hotels. Staff was awesome, I didn’t need much, but they the few things I did need, like a taxi, they jumped right on it. I’m telling you, for the money, this is one great hotel to stay in. Oh, great location also.

Me and my friends had a great stay in the hotel. Location is great, easy for taxi to pickup and is one of the areas that is not congested with traffic. Rooms were cleaned daily and has a very condusive environment for guests to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. Food offered for breakfast and tea break in the hotel was better than expected, worth trying every dish they have to offer. The best part of the hotel is the friendly staff, they made the place feel like home and are very accommodating. Shout-out to Joe the bartender for giving us tips on getting around, we couldn't have had such an enriching experience of Vietnam without Joe. Many thanks from us, we appreciate your assistance. We will definitely be back to explore more of Vietnam, looking forward to more experiences in Vietnam.

Just one but very important thing: I think for a 4 starred hotel it is a bit embarresing, that You have no opportunity to charge Your mobile or ANY accesory, beacuse there is no plug for it... Sorry, actually there it is: BEHIND the refrigerator (in this case You have to remove the TV or refrigerator plug for time You want to charge) and UNDER the bed (of course You have to move the bed to reach the plug!)... And there is a kettle with three-pin plug wich is unusable... So guys, lets move to the 21st century, OK? Because apartt of these things The Prostyle is excellent hotel!!!
